Roger installed my water softener, and R/O system. He did a very good job, and installed both systems in just a few hours! He was very knowledgeable about the system because I asked him a lot of questions on how the system works. I doubled check his info by reading the manuals, and some research online.I would’ve went went a cheaper route, but I have the peace of mind that I had an actual plumber install a loop to the main shut-off valve.Finally, he was very responsive whenever I had a question.

I hired Roger for a complete plumbing inspection on a home I was purchasing in Phoenix after the original inspector had some suspicions about the condition of plumbing components. Just found my new plumber, Roger is an absolute pro. Hired him to install a garbage disposal and replace the guts of a troublesome toilet. He diagnosed the toilet issue in all of 2 seconds and it was a quick and easy fix, so he did it at no charge. Pleasant surprise! I ended up having him replace the shut off valve as well, and he had all the parts needed on his truck. Garbage disposal was done quickly and the install was of high quality. He even showed me a couple tricks on how to fix it if it ever gets jammed.This is the type of contractor you hire and then recommend to your friends. Just good vibes right off the bat, he is a friendly guy and obviously knows his stuff. Honest too, his pricing is up front and reasonable. Easy recommendation here, Armstrong Plumbing is top notch.

I received estimates and interviewed 8 plumbing companies to replace my leaking gas water heater. We built this house 17 years ago and this is our 5th water heater so I decided to consider a tankless model. I chose Armstrong Plumbing because Roger was the most knowledgeable of all the companies I talked to. He was prompt when he showed up to give me an estimate, very professional and his 35 years of plumbing experience was obvious. I was very impressed with his presentation and knowledge of the products we were discussing. He came to my house the next day and installed a tankless water heater and during the installation process he was neat and efficient. While his pricing was lower than any of the other estimates I chose him for his expertise and knowledge of the product and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I will call him for any future plumbing issues and I have already recommended him to a friend of mine who is also in need of a water heater. I am very impressed and very satisfied with the work that was performed.A few months after Roger replaced my water heater my 3-year-old grandson flushed a plastic egg down one of our toilets and it was lodged in so tight it could not be removed. Roger recommended a toilet to replace it and he installed it quickly with no mess. As a repeat customer I continue to be impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and his commitment to his customers. He is and will continue to be my go-to plumber for all my plumbing needs as I trust him with any problem I could have. I hired Armstrong Plumbing to install a hard water line for my backyard. Roger set up the line and connections with a straightforward approach. He also performed maintenance on my tankless water heater, doing what no others had done (including original installers), troubleshoot the system. Every time I’ve asked for someone to check the recirculation valve under the kitchen sink, it’s been met with resistance. Now I know why, because other plumbing companies have less competent technicians. I have had my share of exploitative plumbing technicians at my property; Roger is NOT one of them. If I could give 6 stars, I would.Our rental tenants reached out to us and told us there was water leaking from the backyard hose bib. I drove out to the house to check out the leak and immediately realized the leak was much worse than I could have imagined. I went to turn the water off but the valve was not working and the water was still running and appeared to be causing water damage to our foundation.My sister suggested we ask a neighbor for a tool to turn off the water. That is when we saw Rogers plumbing van a few houses down. We jogged over and knocked on his door to ask for help. Roger was amazing, he was willing to quickly come, turn off the water with some fancy tool he had, assess the area, assess the damage and give me a quote on the spot. He was available to fix the leak and the dry wall all within 2 days.Rogers immaculate customer service was beyond what I couldve asked for in a time of crisis. Roger put us in contact with a thorough adjuster who was able to come to the property, assess the water damage, get in contact with insurance and file a claim all within 2hrs. Roger did a wonderful job on the work he did on our house and thanks to him, I was able to sleep knowing everything was being taken care of.Roger has very strong communication skills which is what you want especially when you are not able to be on site for repairs. He was able to break everything down and itemize the costs for insurance, which made the coverage portion flawlessly smooth.I will highly recommend Roger to everyone and will continue to contract him for all of our plumbing needs.
