On a Friday night my shower would not turn off. On Saturday I tried to change out the cartridge and the stem pulled out. Now I had an emergency since I couldn’t turn the water back on until it was fixed. I called all drains, explained the situation, was given an estimate over the phone (which hardly ever happens), and Miles, the plumber was there in about one hour. He started the job by trying the least expensive repair. He then proceeded to fix the shower and due to faulty parts supplied by the hardware company he had to spend over six hours troubleshooting. He was at the house working for about seven hours and charged me exactly the price he quoted me on the phone. Miles is a dedicated individual and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend him for your next plumbing repair.

Yesterday I found water leaking from underneath my tiles in the laundry room. I called All Drains and they were able to make it out within a few hours. After some testing, they found the hot water heater tank was leaking, and had flowed underneath the walls into our master bathroom. The tank was still under warranty, so they removed it, exchanged it, and installed the new one. They included all new copper piping, a new gas line, and a catch drain pan. The company who installed it previously just put in a new tank with the old equipment. They also contacted a restoration company to take care of the water damage. They knew that it would be covered by homeowners insurance, and the company they recommend has been phenomenal. They are personable, take the time to explain things to you, are knowledgeable, and reasonably price their services. I felt they went above and beyond for me. They even called today to ensure everything was working and the restoration company was getting things taken care of. You don’t find honesty, quality work, and top notch customer service like this very often. All Drains is my go to for any plumbing services in the future.

Miles and his team at All Drains Plumbing were all on point, very friendly and extremely helpful! We had an emergency on NYE that needed immediate attention. We called Miles and they were onsite within 2 hours with all the equipment and team members needed. They did their due diligence when diagnosing the issue to ensure the correct work was being done and made sure that I understood everything completely. They had the issue diagnosed and taken care of within 2 hours and even cleaned up the work area. We will be using All Drains Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future!

He graciously volunteered to fix it for me right then. I declined because it was late and Christmas. I just wanted to share, we had Miles from All Drains Emergency Plumbing come out yesterday and he did a fantastic job. He came out and fixed everything in 1 day so we wouldnt be left without water! He busted his butt for 7 hours!! He fixed multiple issues in one shot instead of taking days like Ive experienced in the past!! He was so friendly, VERY reasonable, and respectful of my home/family. Even working around certain areas so my dogs/kids could stay on their routine and stay out of the heat. He worked out in the hot garage for awhile so my dogs could come inside and cool down. He was so courteous and cleaned up after everything!! Best plumbing experience ever!!

We had a homeowners worst nightmare - visiting out of town relatives and all toilets and drains suddenly clogged! Called All Drains on Saturday morning at 06:11am and within the hour technician Miles arrived. Quickly determined it was main line blockage and went right to work. In less than 20 minutes had the line somewhat unblocked and camera diagnosis revealed root intrusion. Miles presented me with my options, was very professional and not pushy. I elected to have line hydrojetted and was glad we did as there was continued blockage down to the main sewer connection, very surprising for a six year old house. After completing the hydrojetting Miles walked me through the entire camera view of the cleaned system which was around 100 feet. Miles cleaned up the work area and you could not tell anything had ever been done. I was happy and our guests were relieved. We discovered a water leak four days before Christmas at 5:00 pm. We had no idea what was leaking or where, just that water was pouring out the foundation on the outer part of our house. We chose All Drains based on stellar Google reviews. Miles showed up at our house and worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem. It took him from 7:30 pm until 1:30 am. He worked to help us find a mitigation company and ensure our pipe was no longer leaking, even coming back the next day to make sure it was secure. We cannot say enough about his work ethic and thank him for making sure our kitchen wasnt flooded beyond repair.
