They were able to give me an appointment super quick, they confirmed via text, sent me a photo of my technician with an ETA the day of…. Upon arrival my technician was so nice, his name was Nate. 100% Plumbing and Tim Castillo were wonderful. Tim came out very quickly and fixed the water heater that had broke on Christmas Day. Tim was very kind and explained everything before he began to fix the heater including the cost of repairs. When he was finished installing the new water heater, the area was extremely clean and he explained how everything worked which was super helpful. This was the second time I’ve used 100% Plumbing and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future if I need plumbing work done.

The best! The techs arrived as scheduled and promptly began assessing what I thought was a drainage leak. They dug down approximately 1 and had me run my shower to watch for any leak. They worked efficiently and kept their work area clean. And they restored the area where they had to dig. Fortunately, there was no leak, just residual water from when my neighbors irrigation flooded my yard. To my surprise, there was no charge for their efforts to locate a nonexistent leak.I made certain to get their business card, I will definitely utilize their services when I upgrade my bathrooms in the near future. This is probably the 3rd time we’ve used this company. Theyre always quick to respond, friendly, and efficient. I also really appreciate the fact that they text you a photo of the technician that is assigned. They usually give you a two-hour window and will call if the technician will be arriving early. You also receive a text when theyre on their way. For a pricing reference, today we had a garbage disposal replacement and installation, it was a little over $500 all together. This is the plumbing company we know we can count on to do the job right, I highly recommend!

Five star service from 100% plumbing as always. Had a leak over the weekend that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom. I tracked it down to an incoming hot water line in the bathroom that was beyond my expertise to fix so water was turned off. Called 100% plumbing at 7am on Monday, they had Brett out by 10am. He explained why the leak occurred at a weak junction in the hot water line, fixed it correctly, reset the toliet and ensured everything was working with no leaks. Disaster resolved by 12, the only job now is to dry the carpet!

Figured out what the issue was , fixed it. When he was leaving there was a sound which I thought was related to the problem, and he came back in and looked and explained the sound was associated with a RO system which turned back on when my new refrigerator was installed and unrelated to my issue.

My 2 year old brand-new toilet began leaking at the base despite being caulked - not an emergency at all but they were available same-day. He reset my toilet and re-caulked it perfectly, removing as much of the old caulk as possible. Fair prices - I am hoping no more issues but I would not hesitate to call 100% Plumbing again! They have excellent customer service from Rebecca, their receptionist, to Mont, the owner and every tech/ plumber in between, thank you Chad. I really appreciate their honesty; they do not try to sell you what you do not need. Had issues with my garbage disposal. They were able to fit me into their schedule the following day. I was ready to have to replace the garbage disposal. Instead, the tech/ plumber assessed the problem, not only did he fix it, he also showed me how to address the problem in the future, which I’ve had to do a couple of times. I recently had issues with my water softener leaking. Once again, 100% Plumbing was able to fit me in the following day. This time I was visited by Mont, himself, he determined that it was an overflow issue; he had the unit serviced the following day and reminded to to maintain a healthy salt pallet level. This morning I had low flow in the shower. The guys finished out sewer line last Friday within the 3 days quoted. The guys were extremely courteous and respectful. They left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I jokingly asked if they were going to seed over the excavation and their response was do you have the seed?. 100% price was more than 1/2 less than other quotes. Highly recommend.

Definitely, highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. They replaced our hot and cold outlets behind our washing machine. Very fair rate for the work done. Other places wanted me to pay them $85 on top of the service just to come out to the house. Why should anyone have to pay a company money to Give them business?
