My landlord called this morning because I had no water as of yesterday. Hector came to my house before 10am today looked at my water pump and assessed the problem and explained everything thoroughly what he needed to do. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy! He showed me everything he did and it all looks great!! Kudos to Hector and Paradise Plumbing!! Thank you so much!!

On 11/7, Paradise Plumbing was contacted by the septic company that they were needed at my home. Jackson called me and gave me an idea of what time he would be at my house. Jackson and Isaac arrived at my house and for about the next 3 hours did the work that needed to be done, then referred me to an abatement company. Jackson and Isaac were professional, polite, and diligent at the work they needed to do. They represented Paradise Plumbing well!

It has been a delight to work with the folks at Paradise to have our septic moved to the new county septic system for our neighborhod! They have been easy to coordinate with, responsive, and patient, with my questions, and the work completed quickly once the county was ready! Note I have also used them for smaller jobs along the way and they responded quickly even to non emergencies. Prices are very reasonable which always is appreciated! Highly recommend them.

I called our regular plumber on Monday 9/16/24 told them that we had no water and hadn’t had since Sunday morning. No appt they said until Tuesday afternoon…no not acceptable for a 30 year customer. I then called Paradise plumbing the young lady that answered the phone was so nice and helpful said they could come but would probably be afternoon I said that’s perfect. The end of the story was they were here and gone within maybe 1 hour and a 1/2 from my early a.m. phone call. A++ paradise great technicians and fairly priced, and quick service!

Installed a new faucet. Very thorough, checked out all of the connections, fixed leaks, a clogged pipe to the dishwasher. Complete service for problems I didnt know I had along with faucet replacement. Very courteous and concerned about delivery quality service. Really happy with response time as well.

Called June 2021 for a quote. Received price gave them the job showed up installed 300 plus feet of sewer pipe started 12 ft down completed job. Has been nearly 3 years and working great. I ama a 89 year old retired master plumber. These people are as good as there is..

Very knowledgeable, hard working techs; reasonable prices. Had them replace a bunch of drain piping, some hose bibs, and relocate a main shut off valve. Good at explaining options and making recommendations. Will definitely call these guys again!

Our water stopped working while we were on vacation. Paradise sent someone right away to meet my older son and repaired the issue.When we got home, our main toilet wasnt filling. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes to repair. Great company! Everyone is so polite and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I have used this company twice. They are responsive and prompt coming as soon as they can. The employees are professional and pleasant. Both times they worked hard to find the problem and get it fixed. This time I had a leak under my old farm house. Bo and his crew are awesome! They not only fixed the leak but also replaced several old pipes. Not all companies will go that extra mile. At the time it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company and Im so glad someone recommend them to me!

Excellent customer sevice from telephone representative, Emily. Timely, and high quality service, from a very professional plumer. I was able to share and receive photos, of suspected crawlspace leak. Have also had them complete other repairs, which were well managed, for a very fair price. Water can easily become a damaging emergency. I am grateful to have the support of such a dependable, local company. I highly recommend Paradice Plumbing.

Very professional and polite. They went above and beyond what I expected. Fast service, I called the night before, they returned my call early the next day, fit me into their schedule, and were at the house by 9 am. The guys were super polite and fixed the problem (clogged main drain), they ran into some problems, but were able to come up with solutions, I was very impressed how they handled themselves. If you have a plumbing problem, call this company. Amazing.

I am MORE than happy with Paradise Plumbing! Mike, the owner, was so thorough to make sure he knew the job and went down to my crawl space, and also into the attic, to know exactly what he needed to do install my new Rinaii super high efficiency tankless hot water heater. 3 other companies gave me outrageous prices for average efficiency heaters that I never heard of before, and didn’t look anywhere except my old tank! I had 2 more estimates planned, but I just hired Paradise on the spot because I really trusted the owner because of his work and he explained everything to me I could tell he was a very kind person. I got a super high efficiency Rinaii tankless for $1000 less than these other companies offered and great next day service at that!!! Super nice professional job! You won’t be disappointed!
