I wish I could give KY Plumber 10 stars! For a short background, we went with another company for work on a water line which, unfortunately, completely destroyed our whole sewage system. KY Plumber’s owner made himself available for an urgent need when a sewage leak was pouring through our ceiling into the basement, came out on Christmas Eve to replace the grinder pump, and the day after Christmas to rewire the sewage to fix all the other company’s mistakes. He and his team took the time to repair each item and was able to thoroughly solve all the problems and identify the root issue. This process was daunting and very stressful, but knowing we had KY Plumber’s support and expertise kept us sane. His pricing is very reasonable and competitive. We will not EVER go with another company after the care KY Plumber has showed us! I recommend this company 100% and trust their work completely!

After having a plumber from a different company come in and estimate my job at $1,400, I had a feeling this was way too much. I found that many people in my neighborhood used and highly recommended KY Plumber. Im so glad I called them. They scheduled someone to come out, and I got the work done at a very reasonable rate. Everything is working great. Ill definitely call them again with any plumbing issues I have.

We are fortunate to have a company like KY Plumber here in our area. I had a couple problems to take on which I was unsure on how to handle. KY Plumber came out and took care of everything while giving me a bit of knowledge which I can use to help maintain the shower and toilet to help avoid future problems. These guys are professional, extremely proficient in their work and do not leave any type of mess when completed. Great customer service when making the appointment and trusted work when the plumber arrives.

He was also very professional and had a nice attitude. I have been trying to find a good plumbing company with reasonable prices and trustworthy plumbers. This company is the one.

Gary and Jordan worked on my job and did excellent! They worked well with all the constraints that the Home Warranty put on them and was able to have everything covered with their excellent documentation and making multiple calls back and forth with the adjuster. It can be scary when something goes wrong over the holidays. KYPlumber came through when the first plumber I contacted did not bother to respond. They contacted me promptly after I left a message. Once we spoke about our issues, we were able to schedule and get our repairs done. Gary and Chris did an excellent job, needing to be innovative to repair the leak under our slab. We found the cost of the new water heater and the line repair to be reasonable. Thanks again to your entire crew! If we need a plumber, you will be our first call next time.

After checking out their online reviews and noticing some were from professional and personal contacts I felt confident reaching out to KY Plumber. The plumbing issue we had was not nearly as catastrophic as I had anticipated. They could have come in and torn out walls and charge me thousands of dollars and I would not have been surprised. Fortunately their expertise and great customer service exceeded my expectations. Within an hour they had my issue fixed and the cost wasnt much more than a nice dinner for a family of 4 would be. I highly recommend KY Plumber to any of my Georgetown friends.

Quick, dependable, and trustworthy!!! I will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing problems. I had a huge waterline leak. The owner came out to the house and ensured the water was shut off at the meter, scheduled his team to start digging the next morning, fixed the issue, and ensured the area was cleaned up prior to leaving the job site. Overall cost was less than his rough estimate. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

I had a toilet flange repair. Gary come out and was able to repair the flange correctly where the toilet sat level on the floor. Something that Ball Homes was unable to do. The repair was done quick, some instruction on care going forward, and cleaned up after job was complete. I have to say one of the best experiences with a plumber I have had. Thank You.

I did a search for a plumber, and although KY Plumber only had a small number of reviews, all were positive.I can tell why all were positive! I had a great experience with KY Plumber. Their rates were very reasonable and they didnt gouge me on the little things. As he fixed my problem, he took the time to explain what he was repairing and why he was repairing it.I highly recommend KY Plumber.

I have had to call on two occasions, and both times they gave me great suggestions, and made sure I was educated prior to leaving...In other words, Gary would share additional info with tips on how to handle certain things to help prevent or look out for situations. Great group to have when needed!

KY Plumber is the best in Georgetown and surrounding areas! They have fixed so many issues for us including our pump, kitchen sink pipe not being cut in the correct spot by the original builder, leaking toilets etc. Gary and Jordan are both professional and top notch and we’ve never had plumbers that are as good as they are. Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and they are the only plumbers we trust to work on our property. 10/10

Had to find a new plumber since recently moving to Kentucky. This is the nicest and most professional plumber and office staff ever. I had him out for one toilet, and he checked all three and replaced parts that were about to go out, since we were already paying for the service call. (Last plumber I used charged a full service fee for each item he repaired.) This is definitely my new Kentucky plumber!!

Unfortunately, we were not able to wait for them to be able to do our particular job, however, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten note and refund for our diagnostic fee from the owner, Gary. He didnt have to do that, in all honesty, as his son did come out to diagnose the problem...but wasnt really able to do.. We already knew what the problem probably was, but he was just going on information received from the scheduler. Anyway, I just appreciate his integrity and professionalism, during a time when it seems to be lacking by many. I wont hesitate to use them in the future.

We called them in an emergency and they worked us in that same day. Since it was an emergency they could have charged us an arm and a leg, but they gave us a very fair deal. We have been pleased with the service we received today, and will be keeping their name for any future plumbing work we need done.

Our experience seems to be a little different from everyone else. We had a minor issue which he did fix but it only took him 15 minutes to do the repair and he charged us $120.00 for labor. I thought this was a little extreme but maybe Im not up to date on what plumbers charge.

Amazing service!!! Even though he was booked he still made time to come out within an hour and a half of me calling him. He fixed the issue and then the next day I was having another issue and rather than come back out and charge me another service call, he was able to help me trouble shoot it over the phone. It took him 45min and 142 dollars later, we have a new shiny pipe and no leak. I am super impressed and astounded at a how fast, cheap, efficient and beautiful it all was.
