I needed A utility sink installed in the garage. I call Sosa plumbing and Jason came out to give me a quote. He was very professional and gave me honest information regarding the sink and even water treatments. I ordered my own sink from home depot and Jason came back out to install it. He was really professional and answered all my questions. The work was of great quality and prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend Sosa plumbing and will use again for future needs.

After going almost half a year without a eater softener I decided to pull the trigger and look into getting a new one. Jason came out to explain about the appliances they offer and he was very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about his work.i decided to go with the brand they offer vs a Big Box brand and let me tell you, the appliance looks top grade for sure. It was a quick remove and replace and he even fixed up all the pipes and tubing in the area and made it look much neater. It only been a day since install but I can already feel the difference especially when washing my hand. They feel much softer. Their customer care was also very professional and understanding when I made a mistake in the payment process.

A very small pool of water appeared in our backyard. I searched, turned on the outside faucets - all with high water pressure. But I knew water was leaking. I texted a friend who suggested Sosa Services. A call and Jason came out later that morning. We talked, he asked questions and after examining the dirt (dry here, wet there) he knew where to start digging. Within 30 minutes he had the hole dug and there was an exposed pipe and a tiny leak. A short time later Jason had the leak repaired and the dirt shoveled back.This morning the pool had disappeared. Tomorrow the ground will be drying.I am so pleased. Jason knew what to do, where to search. He answered my questions and worked. The pipe that was leaking was over 35 years old. So great job then. Roots were invading the pipe and causing the leak. Jason put in new up-to-date piping.So THANK YOU. THANK YOU.I highly recommend Sosa Services

From the get go, I appreciated Meghans helpfulness when I called for service. Stephen and Chris, the plumbers, worked diligently to figure the problems. Megan was great about getting me on the schedule right away when my kitchen faucet started leaking, and didn’t charge for the visit because they had installed the faucet. Tomas came out and found that the faucet was leaking from the inside so it had to be replaced. He recommended which brands to look at, and I found a Moen faucet I liked. Tomas suggested that I shut the water off underneath the sink so it would not leak overnight, which was good advice that I really appreciated. He came back the next morning and installed it the new faucet for a very reasonable charge. He worked fast and did excellent work - thanks!

I needed someone to connect my new gas grill to an existing gas line on my back porch. Scheduling and communication for the appointment were very easy. The plumber (Stephen) was running a little late from a prior job and I was notified that he was behind schedule. Once the Stephen arrived, he assessed my needs and provide a reasonable estimate of the cost. Since they are in Georgetown, he was able to get the needed parts quickly and completed the job. I also discussed my water softener with Stephen, and he did a quick test to determine that my existing softener was working properly. I will use them again for plumbing services.

We had replaced flooring in the primary bathroom and the toilet flange was too high for the base of the toilet. I had had another response stating that we would have to have the flange cut and a new one put in which was looking to be expensive. I called SOSA Services and they came out and they had a better solution which I was pleased with and they were able to fix and put the toilet in fully seated correctly. I totally appreciate them - they came, saw and fixed!

Although I did not have a five-star experience with Sosa Services, they came through in the end. And I had a weird job (a water softener in the attack). They installed a water softener, pan, and drain line. The drain line was angled upward in one area and would not drain properly. They attempted to fix it, and it was then angled upward in another area and would not drain properly (we checked it with both water and a level).In the end, they got the drain line to function and drain, but the pan gets quite full.

Long post in leaving a review. Did a pretty big kitchen remodel and wanted plumbing and gas lines moved. Lydia I have to rave about the most, as a woman business owner in the construction field, it is a big deal when you see other women working in the profession. Lydia is not only a quick, efficient plumber but she went above and beyond in the work at my home. Megan, and Jovanny are excellent as well. Appreciate Anthony the most we talked alot while this project was happening. Even through hiccups and permit delays Anthony was there to answer every question and give honest feedback. Once the leak was found, she notified me, took pictures and finished the job. And the city never showed up to complete their part of the leak. I now have a new plumber. After one well rated firm never got back to me with a quote and another established/well respected firm (that we had used since moving to Georgetown in 2010) telling me it couldnt be done with the brand/model I have, I now have a recirculating line & pump added to my tankless water heater. Since the water heater is located on an exterior, masonry wall the project required some creativity & elbow grease as well as knowledge, experience & skill. Everyone I dealt with @ Sosa Services (Alex, Mary and Isaiah) was so pleasant & professional. After Alex assessed the problem, he explained it would be necessary to go through the sheetrock in the garage and that he didnt have anyone who did sheetrock repairs. I didnt care: Im tired of running gallons of water down the drain 1) waiting for hot water at my kitchen sink & the dishwasher as well as 2) the shower in my bathroom. And I know a good handyman. As it turns out the small piece of sheetrock that Isaiah removed is close to the floor -- and behind the salt barrel for the water softener! Additionally, he placed a timer on the pump, so Ill also save gas & electric when the pump is off/when I dont need it. I was charged exactly what I had been quoted.
