If I could give ten stars I would. We were panicked at a massive water bill that made no sense at our Georgetown property that had been mostly unoccupied. Robert made time in his schedule for us, and then dug into the situation to discover there was no water flow, and we most likely faced an accounting error. In trouble-shooting the issue he argued as our advocate, he was cordial, on time, is knowledgeable about his trade and long with experience, and ultimately trustworthy beyond question in our family’s mind. In future we will call Professional Plumbing right out of the gate when a need arises. Make no mistake, and call Professional Plumbing.

Best plumber I’ve found around the auburn area. And he’s local, based in the foothills. Listen….this is the guy you want to call! Especially if something is wrong or the job seems too much to handle. That’s how I first found out about Robert….other plumbers refer him when they can’t (or won’t) do a job. He has showed up and easily saved the day for me multiple times. Once with a badly clogged septic line. And most recently he made time to swing by and take a look at a project I was repairing myself, just to give me the professional ok.Down to earth, likable no nonsense guy. Most importantly a knowledgeable plumber and very reasonably priced. Save his number!

Professional plumbing showed up on a Friday afternoon and I had a serious problem with my plumbing. My toilets were not working and my system was backing up into my showers and within 40 minutes he had everything cleaned and working perfectly. I will never use anyone else except for this company for my plumbing needs. Bobby is professional fair and knows what he’s doing.

Robert and his partner are the best around. I had a sever on my drainage line and he came by same day and handled it within an hour. I had three estimates and he beat them all by far. I support local business and I will refer to all family and friends. You won’t go wrong with Professional Plumbing!!

I was in a panic thinking I was going to go into Easter Weekend with no hot water. I called Professional plumbing early in the morning he actually answered the phone to see if they could come out to replace my water heater on short notice. To my surprise he had an appointment available to service my house. They came over replaced the old heater with the new. They were Professional and respectful. For any future plumbing projects I will be calling them again. I would and will recommend Professional plumbing to my Friends and family in the future. Thank you!

All business, shows up on time, gets it done right the first time, has all the parts you need in his van. We bought an older home in the foothills, the property is beautiful but the house itself apparently was built by lunatics. Robert has come out and fixed hard stuff; ruptured pipes behind walls, replumbed kitchen so we could swap from an electric to gas stove (this is scary and needs a professional). Most recently we had kitchen and both bathrooms re-tiled. When the tile guys were done, the toilets would not fit back on pipes. The tile guys shrugged their shoulders and said, you need a plumber, and left. Robert showed up exactly on time, knew exactly what to do, knocked the job out in no time flat...plus fixed the leaking faucet on the front porch on his way out. When you need help- call Robert.
