Working with Larry is truly a great experience. We originally called him back when we had a problem with our water heater, and have since had him out to help with other plumbing issues in our home. After our aging dishwasher had a leak that went undetected for a few weeks, we had to have much of our kitchen rebuilt. Larry interfaced very well with the contractor who did the water remediation and build-back, and made sure that our new sink, faucet and (of course) dishwasher were as they should be. He also offered great advice to make sure we didnt overlook any potential trouble spots.Larrys a great communicator and is very friendly and courteous, shows up on time, works hard and is everything youd want from a true professional.

We had a sanitary blockage that backed up into our house. Our home warranty company couldn’t get a plumber to respond quickly, so I called Northwest Plumbing. Larry was extremely helpful and offered me solutions try myself. When those didn’t work, he was able to get to my house that day to clear the blockage. He noted that we didn’t have an external clean out and by running his camera through our main line and located a low point and a break in the pipe. He returned to install the clean out and repair the pipe quickly.The clean out was in a high visibility decomposed granite patio next to our front door. They did an excellent job of restoring the area after they dug and installed the clean out.They also worked with my warranty company to help get the repairs reimbursed.I work in commercial construction and Larry and his team is extremely professional. They were on site when they said they would be, they were thorough and did quality work. They will have my business going forward. I highly recommend them.

Larry was instrumental in several repairs involving our water softener implosion. He talked us through repairs over the phone as well as coming out and helping fix and flush the entire house issues. He was very helpful getting a new system and installing it very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my tankless water heater issues.

We discovered our water heater was broke the morning after Christmas. I called Northwest Plumbing and due to the holiday wasnt sure if they were open for business. Their voicemail informed me they were closed. Within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail I got a call back from Larry. He was boarding a plane in Denver, CO returning from vacation with his family. He offered to contact someone else if I needed the repair done that day otherwise he would make the repair the following day. I was so impressed by his communication and care I waited for his return. Larry and crew arrived as promised and replaced our water heater with a tankless system and couldnt be happier! I contacted Northwest Plumbing after hours on a Sunday evening to fix a leaking line in my hot water circulating system. Larry promptly came out and replaced the leaking coupler. This is the second time I have used his services and I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend his company for your plumbing repair needs.

We had a broken water heater which my home warranty company took 3 weeks to figure out the issue. We had several plumbers look at our issue and they said it couldnt be fixed. I found Larry on Google and contacted him. He came out next morning and, provided me with several options, I decided to go with installing new tank less water heater as his pricing was a great value. He and his crew got the new system installed same day and boom we had hot water again!. We will use northwest for all of our future plumbing needs.

Larry answered the phone and shuffled his schedule and immediately responded and fixed the issue.The issue returned and Larry and Kyle again quickly responded to get us up and running. We are scheduled to find the cause and get the necessary repairs, but Larry knows what he’s doing!

I was very pleased with Northwest Repair Services. Larry was very friendly and went straight to the job at hand. Larry tested my propane system and found a leak in my water heater. Larry explained everything he was doing and made it easy for me to understand. I called CASA mechanical and they replaced the part for free (under warranty). Larry was one of very few plumbers who respond on the weekend. He fixed my hot water heater on a Saturday night and worked well with me to figure out that the hot water heater failed due to low power in the house which required a breaker replacement. He didnt charge me for the 2nd call even though the problem was not with the plumbing. Very friendly.

We ran into a plumbing problem while tiling the ceiling of our shower. I called Larry and he was able to come out very quickly and help us out. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Before he left we had already scheduled him to come back for another project we had. He is now officially our family plumber! He is reliable, punctual, professional, and personable. You wont find a better plumber in the area!!

We need to have some bathroom faucets replaced which we thought would be an easy repair for us, however, it wasnt so we needed a plumber to come out to do this and luckily based on reading other reviews I called Northwest Plumbing and Larry was able to come out the same day. Hes great at explaining everything and will keep his number when we need him again!

Im having work done on the house, learned that I needed a vent stack moved. Framers are waiting, roofers are working around the area, was recommended to call Northwest Repair Services. Called at 5pm, Larry came out early the next morning and had the work done in record time!Highly recommend them for plumbing! Larry also mentioned starting a Cleaning Company that only uses Green materials - Ill be contacting them for that as well!

We got Northwest Repair from our area Nextdoor App. We called and set up an appointment for the afternoon. Larry showed up about 2 Hrs, early. We thought we had a major main line water leak but after they inspected the situation it was only a busted sprinkler pipe. These guys were efficient and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have them service our problem. If you need a good HONEST plumber dont hesitate to call them.

He took our call at almost midnight on a Saturday night and was here first thing Sunday and again ON Labor Day to help us fix the issue. There was Bad news, I had a leak, there was Good news, I discovered it. Then I started to uncover it, Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, and the hole in the ground just kept getting bigger, I described what I eventually found to Larry, and he told me to fill up my bathtubs, so I would have water for flushing, and that the soonest he could be there was Sunday morning. I didnt want him working on Sunday, if I could help it, so he set me up for Monday morning. He arrived on time 11:00 am, looked things over formulated a plan, and executed. By 2:00 pm we had water to the house, and the street meter wasnt spinning in circles anymore. Larry and Mike, delivered quality service and advice. I will be calling them in the future. Thanks Guys!!
