Paula and Gio saved an early Thanksgiving dinner. Sink drainage failed at 11pm the night before (a Friday night). I left a voicemail and went to bed. Call was returned at 0630 and the problem was resolved by 9am. Thanksgiving dinner was saved and I could not be happier. Thank you Paula and Gio.

Have used Mainstream for several plumbing issues since the big freeze. . Always profesdionsl and quality work.. This time removed a faulty water heater from a dual tank system..we discussed several options. Created a plan to install a tankless system at a later date. No need to call anyone else. Theyre the best.

Urinal in the office bathroom was non-stop running. They came out within 2hrs to fix it. Had to come back the next day to check a leak, but they were very quick and responsive to both of my request.

I called Mainstream Services after a recommendation from Pelican Water Systems to have them come out and install my newly purchased water softener. Paula was great explaining the process, and setting up the appts. Then Ben came out and made it all happen. He was wonderful, extremely professional, did a fabulous job and cleaned up after himself. I couldnt be happier with the way the plumbing he set up around the system looks! I will definitely call on them in the future for any other plumbing jobs I have in the future.

Incredible service from first call at 7:30am until the techs left my house. My water heater crapped out and leaked a good amount of water late in the evening, I called at 7:30 and they were able to provide me a price almost $1,000 lower than other quotes and same day install(3hrs from my first call), and done in approx. 1.5hrs. Couldnt be happier and referring them to anyone that needs plumbing service.

Fourteen years ago Eric with Mainstream Services installed a new Bradford White gas water heater for us. It had been problem free beyond the typical life of 10-12 years, until it died on us Friday. Again, this was 14 years with no issues whatsoever. I called mainstream again and Eric was out at my house- within. 20 minutes-draining my water heater in the attic to prevent a flood. He then left and got all the necessary supplies and returned to install a new Bradford White water heater. All told within 4 hours of that cold morning shower we were up and running again without a hitch. Truly pleased. How many other plumbing companies offer that level of service? We highly recommend Mainstream Services for all your plumbing needs- after 14 years we KNOW they can be trusted!

I called 6 or 8 plumbers to come diagnose and repair a leak. 2 gave me appointment options 3 days out; the others have yet to call me back. Mainstream called me back within an hour and had a tech here in a couple of hours. Ben (technician) was a very knowledgeable and friendly explaining his findings with us. We have found a friend in the plumbing business!!
