Awesome work and overall customer experience with Jordan and Black Out Electric!Here’s a quick overview of how my experience went:- I sent an inquiry about wiring my barn on Friday April 26th through their website.- I had a confirmation email to meet Monday April 29th.- I met with Jordan Monday the 29th and he was even early to the appointment.- I had the bid by end of day April 29th.- The work was completed by May 2nd with (exception of the finish work that comes after drywall)🤯Black Out’s work was a better price, more efficient in their scheduling, enjoyable to work with, and completed the work in less time than it took to get a bid back from a different electrician. I had Jordan (Lux Illumination) install big SER cable inside my garage connecting to a new meter and my existing house. He came out to look at my project the very next morning. He worked with me on price and charged me the cost of components (he gave me a copy of the receipt) plus his hourly rate. He did excellent work, my electrical work passed inspection, and he is a very personable guy. I even had him do a hallway switch in my basement because I knew he would be fast. Working with him is like having a good friend do the work. Except this friend knows his stuff! Highly highly recommend Lux Illumination. He is my go to electrician

He completely re-lit my work shop w/ 10 LED light fixtures, 6- 110 V & 2-220 V outlets (all power was routed in rigid conduit raceways). I cannot give this company a good enough review. We had a problem and instead of setting up an appointment, Jordan called my husband and talked him through how to fix the problem and what parts to buy. He even texted him diagrams to show him exactly what needed to be done. I usually feel like people will come out and charge you for anything they can, but Jordan was as nice as they come and seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to help us, and also wanted to save us some money. We will be calling him for all our electrician needs, knowing what an honest, nice guy he is.

I coordinated through Jordan and Jake did the work. He installed an outlet in my bathroom and hung a TV for me. They were extremely flexible; very accommodating to my schedule. He came out once but I had the wrong TV mount so he came out again. He was on time both times. We had to get creative with where we placed the outlet and hung the TV. Jake was patient and determined to make it work to my satisfaction. He was very professional. He worked quickly but was very thorough and ensured the work was done accurately. The price was exactly as Jordan had quoted the first time we spoke (even though Jake came out twice). I would highly recommend Lux Illumination. Their customer service is outstanding, they do quality work, they are dependable and their pricing is fair.

These guys are honest, and they work with you, not against you. I hired them to move my breaker box, and run a new service wire at my house.They gave me a fair price for the work, and brought enough people to get it done as quickly as possible. So, no food going bad. I noticed a couple of things that I wanted changed, and they didnt argue with me at all, they came back and adjusted for me. This company seriously rocks, dont think twice. In 2018 I had my basement bathroom finished; unfortunately, all the electrical was done incorrectly. Thankfully, I was given LUX Illuminations contact information and was told that Jordan could help. I called him immediately and was not disappointed. Jordan fixed all the previous errors as well as installed a couple more outlets in the basement rooms. Ive kept his contact information for future use. Fast forward a year later, I just had him install power to the outside shed. He exceeded my expectations. He blended the power cord perfectly with the house. So well infact, my husband didnt even notice it when he went outside. I wasnt quite sure what lights to use for the shed. Jordan brilliantly hung two 4 LED lights, which were perfectly positioned above my husbands work space. He also installed an adjustable motion sensor that works flowlessly and several outlets that are easily accessible inside the shed. I am beyond satisfied with Jordans work. He goes above and beyond, and definitely knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Jordan with LUX Illumination for all your electrical needs. You truly wont regret it!
