I have been searching for a company to upgrade my surveillance system on my 25 acre farm. It is a large project and knew it would be an expensive one. I received several estimates prior to OSS. Paul came out and spent a lot of time walking the property to understand my needs. I then had a zoom call with Justin to go over the estimate. Following that, I had a bunch of questions and a few changes that Justin happily answered for me. The estimated cost was reasonable and in line with other quotes I had received. One Source Systems is a professional company that I definitely trust with all my network/surveillance needs.

In the modern pandemic era that we find ourselves in, I have realized that working from home requires a reliable wireless network. My old network was not up to the task, and fortunately my electrician recommended One Source to me. One Source set up a 3-router Eero mesh network in my home and now we have strong wireless capability in every corner of the house.In addition, One Source warranties their work, which I needed. My work laptop uses older software that was not 100% compatible with the state-of-the-art Eero mesh network they installed, so One Source came back and solved that problem at no charge to me.One Source’s home office customer support is professional and responsive, their sales people are incredibly smart, and their install techs are dedicated and hard working. Today’s technology is outpacing the average homeowner’s ability to keep up, and I am happy to have One Source there to help me.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Juan at One Source. What an incredible experience!! Obviously when your POS system has problems, it’s ridiculously stressful. Juan completely understood this and acted in a professional and gracious manner. He diagnosed the problem so quickly and completed the work and got us up and running. He was so good I insisted that I buy him lunch. He followed up the next day with a phone call and made sure I had his cell number so that I may call if future problem arise. Since the original call I’ve had to use them 2 more times and both times I had similar experiences. These guys are the real thing and will continue to be my go to tech guys.Great job

The people at One Source are THEE people you want to call for all of your tech needs. We have used them for everything from our MICROS POS to helping us link our networks to new service providers and beyond. They are always willing to go the extra mile even when its not during typical work hours. I will give a special mention to their field tech Juan who has bailed us out plenty of times. Of course anything that can go wrong in a restaurant usually happens when business is at its peak (nights and weekends) and he is always willing to help. I will continue to use them for a lifetime. I am a F&B manager at a fine dinning restaurant and two of our Micros POS system crashed on a Friday night during service. Our POS system was not communicating with any of the other POS system, cant update or refresh and tickets didnt print in the kitchen. Ive called One Source and a technician (Kevin) came out to service our location. After running some test he realized the cable that he needed to access was underneath the hutch which weights around a thousand pound. He could have said the hutch needs to be removed in order for him to work on the system; if this cant be done now (in middle of service) he will have to return instead, he understood the urgency and went above and beyond his call of duty. To make a long story short, it would have been a nightmare to operate a restaurant thats at full capacity without all systems in working condition. I would highly recommend One Source. I’ve been working with One Source Systems for some time now and each time I’ve been impressed with their customer service. Juan their service manager has been especially helpful going above and beyond to make sure our MICROS system always gets back up and running. The most recent experience was rather grueling but Juan escalated the issue to a MICOROS technician but then continued to stay on top of my progress with MICROS and even provide advice to the MICROS technician on how to get my system back online. I am truly grateful for this companies help as I am a small business restaurant owner in DC. I highly recommend them!
