Peter came in for a quote a few weeks ago prior to making a decision on purchasing a house. He gave a detailed explanation on his findings. Safety was his #1 concern. After the options and estimates given we decided to move forward with the purchase of the house and hiring the company he works with to replace our electrical outlets and panel. Job was done in about 3 days. 20 year warranty on the panel and 5 years on the rest. We switched old school wires to new ones. We also had all the detectors replaced. Today on our walk through he informed us that we will be getting an inspection from city as well . 10/10. Peter and his assistant are hard working professionals. You can tell Peter has a passion for what he does. He answered all questions or concerns we had.He also has a passion for food so he gave us some awesome restaurants that we will check out. His boss should definitely take him and his assistant out for Pho. 🍜 for a job well done. I also like the fact that if any issue arrises, I can reach out to the company very easily.Good job guys, thanks for making our new home safe 🏡

Electrical Connections did work at my home twice. The latest was an electrical upgrade to 400 amp service including adding a second electrical panel. Two 240V circuits were added to the panel and run to the garage for EV charging stations. Trevor was the lead on the work and ensured coordination with PEPCO and Montgomery County inspections was scheduled and occurred as planned. The EC team arrived on time and worked the schedule as planned. The quality of the EC work was very good with organized, secured cabling and clean up at the end of each day. Problems with other contractors were managed by Trevor and Celina as they took full responsibility for successful completion of the project. EC staff is very responsive and ensured all my questions were answered fully and accurately. Celina stayed in touch with me throughout the project to keep me current on plans, schedules and any issues that arose. Very satisfied with the service and friendly professionalism.

Eddie was excellent! He came out and took a look at our wiring problem with a dishwasher outlet. It was a mess with wires everywhere. He gave us multiple options for the fix. We had an issue with the initial outlet option when trying to install the new dishwasher, called to get Eddie back out, and it was fixed quickly. He is great and the work is high quality. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again for future work.

We called Electrical Connections to hook up underfloor heating, the scheduler was polite and able to dispatch an electrician to attend the same day (Silver Spring, MD).The electrician, Josh, arrived on time and explained all options available as the load on the main panel was already high. A couple of breakers needed to be moved to fit the new load into the panel, as well as installing the control unit.Josh was fast + efficient and got everything hooked up and working in no time. On top of that he is also a super nice guy.No hesitations in recommending Electrical Connections - the service was great!

I had the best experience with Josh and Hector the installer. They were extremely professional and were extremely detail oriented. They took measures to make sure my light fixtures didn’t get scratched or bent while installing. My fixtures didn’t come with good installation instructions. Josh took the extra time to make sure my large light fixtures were installed flawlessly!!! They handled my light fixtures with extra care which is greatly appreciated! Josh and the installer did such an excellent good job that we went over my next project I want to get done by him. I can’t say enough good things about Josh and Electrical Connection!! I endured a God awful beeping coming from my smoke detector for over three days. I called two other companies, one company offering same-day service and one offering next day. Company A neglected to honor my appointment as the technician’s previous job was running too long and therefore they had to cancel my appointment and wanted to reschedule for the next day.Electrical, Connections, LLC is an excellent company from what I could tell. I had an excellent first experience with my technician Josh T. Josh came on time was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience.Embarrassingly enough he found that the problem was NOT the smoke detector but actually another issue in my home. Josh recommended he install 2 new smoke detectors anyway as these 2 I had are originals in my condo building.Josh completed the install efficiently. Electrical Connections backs all their work under warranty so should you have an future issue, they will back their work and make necessary repairsI cannot recommend Electrical Connections enough! I’m sure all techs are great, but I cannot recommend Josh T enough!

Eddie from Electrical Connections came out to repair/replace our smoke detectors which were going off with false alarms in the middle of the night. He reviewed all of the units and determined that some were 24 years old from the original home construction. He recommended replacing all of the smoke detectors to brokg them up to current technology. He brought all of the new smoke detectors and did a very thorough and neat/clean job replacing the smoke detectors. Eddie was an excellent Electrician and was very polite and personable. We were really pleased with Eddie’s work and with Electrical Connections.

This is the first time I used Electrical Connections. Their scheduling process is super efficient. Im also being updated to the electricians schedule and their arrival regularly which is a big plus.Kisan and Josh were the electricians that were dispatched. They were on time, and assess the work that needed done very thoroughly. I needed 5 GFCI outlets installed in very tight spaces and needed access to the attic to complete the job. They provided a very detailed explanation of what they are going to do and also provided a very fair quote on the spot without any BS other contractors have given me. (I have compared several quotes from different contractors)Kisan and Josh got the work done perfectly and professionally. They actually exceeded my expectations! There were zero damage to the dry wall to get the wiring in, as I was expecting I may have to to do some dry wall patching myself afterward, but turned out it didnt need any, which Im super happy about!I highly recommend them! 5/5 STARS, A+++ and will definitely use them again. So my neighbor‘s tree fell and damaged my lamp post which they offered to replace and install it themselves. They installed the new lamp post but did such a poor job that my lights wasn’t working. I contact them again and they declined to take care of it. I ended up having to call an electrician for them to come out and do the repairs. They did a fabulous job. They were here for only a half an hour and now my light post is working YAYYYYYY!

Luckily, our electrical panel is in our garage so it was pretty simple to install without much additional labor or wiring, so he was able to do it same day. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable about household electrical systems and safety. He explained some potential issues he noticed with our electrical panel and overall wiring. It was a little overwhelming because I was not expecting to hear bad news or deal with additional expenses. It did not prohibit him from installing the EV charger, though. So he left me with a couple quotes for different options, which all costs thousands so we need to do more research and save some money before we can take on those expenses. He did a good job in upselling additional options for his company. He was very professional and polite. Id be willing to work with Electrical Connections in the future.

I had Electrical Connections come out to install an additional outlet in my garage and they were incredibly responsive; I was amazed as to how quickly I was able to get an appointment. They keep you appraised of when theyll be coming out via text and email, and even send you a text with the details/picture of the expert coming out to see you which I find to be a nice touch! Kisan is the expert who came out and he was incredibly friendly and professional; he explained everything he was going to do beforehand and got the job done in no time. Pete did a perfect job replacing dated fluorescent lighting in our basement with beautiful LED flush-mount lights. He also replaced the fan/light in the bathroom, a light in an adjacent room, and repaired a live wire problem.
