    I selected JBI Services to install my Generac home backup generator because they offered the best value. As a Costco-certified Generac dealer, they were able to offer me a price (Costco discount included) that was, in some cases, thousands less expensive than competing offers.Once installed, JBI has maintained my Generac well, performing the recommended maintenance tasks as scheduled. My Generacs wireless communication module did initially have some issues, but JBI dispatched a technician to handle the problem, and informed me when it was resolved.In addition, I have found their email customer support to be outstanding, always friendly and responsive. The bottom line, I got a great value, my unit is well maintained, and my family is protected with one of the industrys top home backup solutions.

    JBI came to my home to install a Generac Home Generator and did a phenomenal job with the installation, just how I asked them to. This was done in December of 2023, and since then, they have been back twice to do maintenance on the generator. Work was done quickly and expertly and the techs informed me of everything they were doing. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a home generator installed. Fantastic work JBI.- Anthony

    We purchased our 27 kW Quiet Source Liquid Cooled Generac generator through JBI Services in March 2016; it was one of the best decisions ever made. The installation process was seamless. The generator works great and hardly makes a noise when in use. We also took out a preventative maintenance contract with JBI Services that we renew annually. JBI’s technicians are prompt, friendly, professional, and know what they do. I highly recommend using JBI Services for your generator needs.

    JBI services has been servicing our wholehouse generator for about 10 years. They have done a very thorough and professional job over all these years. The service men who have come over the years do a great job and keep me informed of any problems that might arise based on their testing of the unit. During the warranty period they always took care of anything that arose, doing all the necessary paper work with Generac. Regarding the battery replacement, which is not covered, they gave me plenty of notice from their checks, when it would probably need replaced, so I could budget for it. Now, that their price for servicing is increasing, Im hopeful that the quality of the service remains as good as it has been.

    JBI Services provided a Generac 24KW generator with two automatic transfer switches, MobileIink WiFi, Tank Utility Monitor and Smart Management Modules.The first step in creating my estimate for a whole house emergency generator with automatic transfer switch was a site survey performed by Dan Jolles. Dan arrived during Covid 19 wearing a mask, having his best foot forward for JBI Services. There are a lot of moving parts just to evaluate and identify load requirements. Dan was prepared, fully knowledgeable and meticulous in his documentation which paid off in the end making the installation smooth. The installation was supervised and performed by Ian Jolles. My residential installation looks like a commercial job from one end to the other. I have worked with many contractors, and I immediately recognized Ian’s qualities. Decades of experience, honest and no BS! I am an incredibly happy customer!

    I have a service contract with JBI to maintain a back-up generator. I have never actually needed to use the generator for a sustained period but for the short periods when I have lost power, the generator has always responded. JBI is always good about reminding me when service maintenance is needed and will ensure I commit to a date so the service is done on schedule. The technicians are polite and professional. The in-office staff could use some training on their bedside manner, however. Thats a small matter.

    I used JBI for home generator installation. I was pleased with their workmanship and follow-up in this very complex installation involving transfer switch, Generac whole house back-up generator, gas lines, electric lines and electric panel work, managing supply-chain backlogs as well as interfacing with my local utility and county permit office. The installation was not without problems, but JBI made sure that everything came together correctly. The problems we had were not of their making. They could have dropped the ball and left me alone to deal with technical issues. Instead, they stood by me to assure that the job was done right.

    After years of trouble with an older generator, we bit the bullet and decided to invest in a slightly larger new unit. JBI services is a certified Generac installer, and we found them to have both stellar pricing and service from start to finish. Dan Jolles did a thorough review and plan for us to get a generator that would meet our needs at the most affordable price -- no pushy up-sell. Dan noticed that our gas meter was already undersized for our house and worked with his contacts at Washington Gas to get the correct meter installed promptly at no cost to us. All the right county permits were pulled. The generator installation was fast and efficient, and we sailed through the inspection. We finally have a generator that runs smoothly and reliably...and even has a phone app that shows the generator test results and run status! Throughout the process, Dan was great about communication by phone/text and email. The installation guys were just as good -- polite, smart, and efficient. I highly recommend using JBI for generator install and/or regular maintenance service. We certainly consider them to be our go-to guys from now on!
