Plumb Perfect installed a natural gas water heater and a home water pressure regulator. The technician (Bobby Carter) was on time, professional, highly skilled and quite courteous. He did a great job. During the job, we encountered an unanticipated problem. Bobby was quick to coordinate with the owner (Thomas James) who stepped in immediately with a solution and he personally got the ball rolling without delay.We contacted Plumb Perfect for this work because we’ve used them before with great satisfaction. Has a shower leak and went to YT University to repair myself only to create a mess. Called Plumb Perfect at 6 am and Ricky C. Showed up a few hours later and got the issue fixed. He was friendly, informative and professional. He wore shoe covers without me asking and he Didnt price gouge me (I had an estimate prior and they were obviously price gouging). I set up an appointment for Plumb Perfect to give me an estimate on installation of a bathtub. Justin Ward came out and kept me informed of when he would arrive . He was on time and he checked everything out and explained the process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will be getting my tub installed on 8/26/24. I have no doubt that an outstanding job will be performed. Today as promised 8/26/24 Plumb Perfect installed my bathtub. They were right on time and Justin and his helper did an amazing job as I expected. I’m super particular and they were very respectful of my home. I’m so glad we chose Plumb Perfect to install our tub. If I have any more plumbing needs you best believe they got my business. I was referred to Plumb Perfect Plumbing for what was originally thought to be a replacement of the main line coming into my house. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 and on top of that, sh was able to get to my home earlier than expected. When Josh arrived, he was attentive to me explaining the entirety of previous efforts that had been made to identify the water leak I was freaking with. Josh could see what was assumed as the main line leak but instead of just taking the easy answer that could’ve cost me $10,000 and the disassembly of my front porch, Josh went above and beyond just to check if the leak could be something else. He explained what he wanted to check for and what could be a much simpler and cheaper fix. During his inspection he found exactly what he thought was the issue. He brought me pictures of what he did and saw, all before doing anything to wait for my approval. He showed me why the leak happened and what he was doing to ensure it wouldn’t happen again.I find the level of honesty, and integrity that Josh and Plumb Perfect Plumbing showed to be almost impossible to find anymore. I would recommend Plumb Perfect Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed.Thank you to both Plumb Perfect and Josh. They did right by me when they could’ve easily taken the more expensive fix that was never needed.

We had a water heater installed a month ago and yesterday it started pouring out of a pressure valve. We called PPP and they sent out Dan who is The Man. He found that there was water hammering and our house had no pressure reduction valve to monitor the pressure fluctuations. He was on the spot, early and thorough. Within a few hours he had our house protected with the system fully checked. Dan is The Man if you have any water concerns.

We called last night and they were able to send someone today! The window of time was between 2-5 but Ricky was able to be at our house by 1:30. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he definitely put my mind at ease. He was also patient with my 2 little dogs that were excited to see him. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem today and were very grateful. This is the second time weve used Plumb Perfect- we trust them and highly recommend them!

A few weeks ago I had a pipe leak in my basement, a very bad one. My son called Plumb Perfect, they came out and looked over everything. Jason came and explained everything to me and said that they would have to come back because what they had to do would take 8 -9 hours. I gave him a deposit and Bobby came back on a Thursday. They had a massive amount of work to do, they never minded that I asked questions. They were very nice people. He even gave me a $100 discount without me asking. I will tell anyone, if you need any plumbing work call Plumb Perfect they are AMAZING!!

Another great experience!!! James texted and called to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he arrived he put the protective shoe coverings on, and he was on his way getting my water leak figured out and he also replaced the shower head because i was uncertain about it, and glad i didnt do it because the pipe broke off!!!! Sooooo glad he was there, God does have perfect timing. James was very polite, professional and patient with all my questions. (i ask a lot of questions) Once again another great experience. I really like how this company does business, they answer the phone, they email you, and text you confirming appointments and let you know when they are on their way and everyone is very polite and friendly. GREAT JOB!!!!Again great service!!!! Had the water line from the well to the pressure tank replaced. Dan called and let me know he was on the way and got here a couple minutes early. I had a window of 8:00 am to 11:00 am and he was here before eight. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The online scheduling portal was a breeze and allowed me to upload pictures as well as a description of my concern. On the day of my appointment, I got a call from Randy 30 mins prior to my appointment window as well as a text with his eta and picture. When Randy arrived he was professional, courteous and just a real nice guy. He diagnosed and explained my issue and options for service. He took the time to answer all the questions I had. Once we agreed on the path forward he had everything he needed on his truck for a same day water heater replacement. He wore shoe covers and put down tarps to protect my home. Joey and Bobby were amazing! They arrived on time and got right to work. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I needed a new pressure tank and pressure switch for my well. They were able to disconnect my old one and relocate a new one in my crawl space. My crawl space is not easy to maneuver around in; yet they got the job done in just over two hours. Before committing to this job with Perfect Plumbing, I received a quote for the same amount of work from another company to explore options due to the amount of money it costs. The other company was late coming by for the estimate, unprofessional by being argumentative with what I needed and how they wanted to operate, and were going to charge me double what Perfect Plumbing was going to. The other company employees were making jokes while here, and did not treat my problem of no water in my house seriously. I have more confidence in Perfect Plumbing than any other plumbing company and do not foresee me looking anywhere else for plumbing problems in the future.If youre looking for good quality work, professionalism, honesty and some reassurance the problem youre dealing with will be fixed, call Plumb Perfect Plumbing. My window of service was between 11:00am and 2:00, but Dan called and stated he could come earlier. My bathroom faucet was putting out very little water which was a quick fix and no charge. As he was about to leave I asked him to take a look at my hot water turn off valve for the washer. It would not turn off. He told me step by step what needed to be done, the cost. I chose to have it done while he was here. He explained things I knew about plumbing and some I did not know. He got the job done. Dan is a talker, and a teacher. He was pleasant, friendly, and easy to chat with. I cant say if the price was too high compared to other plumbers because I have never had this type of work done before. I was happy with the service and will call them again.

Great service from the first phone call. We had a bad leak under our sink that pooled and leaked into our basement. I called this morning (3.17.23), they scheduled me for the same day and I received a confirmation call from Dan Lopez saying he was on the way. Dan is so professional, efficient and friendly. He walked me through everything that was wrong, what needed to be replaced and even looked at two other areas of concern in the house that I was worried about. The cost was affordable and he had all parts with him getting everything done in an hour. Dan kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process and even organized everything under the sink better than it was before. Finally, he took pictures before, during and after, attached them to the invoice, along with detailed notes of the problem and the actions he took to resolve it. They quoted me $2,000 to replace a $500 pump that takes maybe 2 hours to install (including removal, prep etc.). That comes to more than $700 per hour in labor etc. … not a reasonable offer in my book. Probably would have hired them if their markup/pricing were more reasonable.EDIT: A very friendly and professional representative called me after I left my original review. We talked a bit and perhaps my original assessment is colored by the fact that I am able to do this job myself, so the choice is between doing it myself for 500-600 bucks and two hours of my time or paying them 2k to do it. The pricing they quoted me may be the going rate for plumbing services, but it’s more than I’m willing to pay. All in all though, I had a very professional experience with this company, and they were very responsive, so I’m changing my original review rating.

I called Plumb Perfect to help with a possible gas leak and a very loud whistling noise coming from my gas meter when my whole house generator turns on. The technician who responded was James.As you might expect, the noise level had reduced considerably once a plumber showed up, (much like when you take your car to a mechanic ), but James still performed a very thorough inspection to see if there were any irregularities with the gas lines that would cause excessive whistling. He assured me everything appeared normal with the gas smell coming from the regulator and the now slight whistling coming from the meter.He had spent an hour here, and there was no charge. He even called back a while later to report he had researched the issue further and provided information that I could explore with the gas company to upgrade the meter if the excessive noise returned.I wholeheartedly recommend Plumb Perfect as a company you can trust to provide excellent service and who I will not hesitate to call for any plumbing work I need in the future.

In less than an hour the new pump was in and James tested it several times to ensure that it was working properly. If you have a gas water heater with a sensor that shuts off the water heater if off-gassing from the polyurethane is present, call your plumber (Plumb Perfect!) about turning off the gas to the heater and removing the sensor until the off-gases have dissipated. We had to have our sensor replaced. Additionally, don’t use an oil based paint around a gas water heater. The same issue could arise.) But as noted, Plumb Perfect Plumbing is a company with integrity, excellent employees including their office staff, and we highly recommend.

Our gas company technician noted some outdoor gas pipe was not up to code and needed to be replaced. Plumb Perfect came out and took care of it easily. The gas company notified us that the line wasnt allowed outside or underground (even if sleeved) but Plumb Perfect disagreed and suggested we only had to replace a small portion that was exposed outside. They went so far as to reach out to several folks including their suppliers and the gas lines manufacturer to prove that the sleeved line underground was safe and only the exposed line needed to be replaced. In the end, I saved $2000 by not having to dig and replace our underground gas lines.

The current setup was ruining our yard where the water discharged at the end of an above ground corrugated drain hose. Plumber Scott was dispatched and he arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. With 30 years plumbing experience (and dealing with sump pumps), he knows his business. He gave us his recommendations and estimates, and after he answered all of our questions, we chose the option best for us. Scott had the project completed that same visit. Mind you, we had two plumbers previously inspect the problem and they left without any resolution. Our experience with Plumb Perfect Plumbing is exactly that, plumb perfect! An honest company! And if you decide not to use them (although we highly recommend them), you will only be out $29.00 for the visit, not the $90.00 the other plumbers charge.

During a routine check of my AC unit, l noticed that I had a small leak under the crawlspace. I needed to get it repaired before it began leaking badly. I contacted Plumb Perfect and a repairman was dispatched the next week. James arrived and accessed the situation, finding several more leaks. I decided to have them all repaired as I had encountered a major leak a year earlier. James repaired all the leaks in a timely manner and was very professional in explaining what needed to be done. I have and will always use Plumb Perfect for all my Plumbing needs. I want to THANK James for his honesty, professionalism and courtesy.

I am in the process of finishing our basement and other upgrades in the house. I could not be more happy that I went with Plumb Perfect Plumbing. They are absolutely professional and the quality of their work is unmatched. Shane and his partner came in and re routed all of the plumbing in my basement from the middle of the ceiling and ran it around the walls so that I can have higher ceilings installed. The job looks 10 times better than what was originally done by the home builders. They also relocated the well water pressure tank so that I could have a larger bedroom when finished. During the same visit they ran a propane gas line from the basement to the kitchen so we can covert from electric to gas. You can tell they take pride in everything they do. They showed up at 0800 and were done before lunch. Amazing. I highly recommend this company and especially Shane and his partner. I will be calling them when we move forward with the basement project.

Our sump pumps failed after a lot of rain and Jason arrived with the necessary equipment to install. We now have 4 pumps with battery backup. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. We couldnt have asked for better service. Would highly recommend.
