    Ryan did a good job taking care of us. Nina was also amazing to work with. Ryan took the time to go through the house and let me know how much it would cost to get all the work done that we need/want. They also assisted with making sure that our smart switches worked too.

Also they are offering a discount if we participate in a food drive for the community. That was enough to sell me. It’s an easy thing to do!And Riley did a great job while he was here.     I’m very pleased with Ryan Electric. I’m so glad that I’ve found my go-to electrician. I hired Ryan Electric to upgrade and replace all of my Ring security cameras. I contacted their office on a Tuesday and they were at my home ready to do the work on Thursday, very impressive turnaround. Also, the experience is fantastic from the office receptionist (Nina) to the completion of the project. As soon as you call, you’ll get exceptional customer service from Nina, she’s great! I worked directly with their Master Electrician Tim. Tim is exceptional in his demeanor, honesty and knowledge. Super easy to work with and he’s extremely respectful of the home, no mess and very patient and polite. In fact, he wore slip covers over his shoes every time he entered the home. I also signed up to be a member, giving me priority scheduling, pricing and annual maintenance for a low monthly membership fee - I don’t know of another electrician that offers this. Dealing with Tim was like working with a friend, he’s that friendly. Look nowhere else, I highly recommend Ryan Electric, you will not be disappointed.

    I decided that I needed a dedicated circuit for EV charging in my garage. I found Ryan and called. I spoke with Nina. She was pleasant, professional and helpful. As promised, she called me in advance on the day of the appointment within the scheduled window. JT arrived early and was equally professional and knowledgeable. He discussed options and listened to my needs and expectations. He recommended a solution and helped me decide the pros and cons. He also gave me options, to include pricing. Once I agreed, he got to work and diligently installed a new outlet in my garage. He kept me updated and advised me of when we would briefly lose Internet since he had to do some panel work. My wife was working from home and we appreciated his awareness. I’d do business with Ryan again and when I do I will request JT. I received no discounts or benefits for writing this review. I just appreciate good old fashioned customer service and pride in workmanship! Great work!

    Riley was so awesome! He helped break things down for us in a way we could understand and gave us estimates for other projects we plan to complete. He uninstalled an outdated light fixture and installed a new one which looks incredible. We are very pleased and hope to have Riley back out in the summer to finish those other projects. Highly recommend!

    If i could give more stars i would! Riley was incredible. He came out to do a full inspection for a potential home we are buying up in Hagerstown. He was personable, kind, precise, thorough, and an incredible man of his craft. He looked at every electrical component both inside and outside of the house and answered every and all questions we had. 10/10 would recommend Riley and Ryan Electric for anyone looking for an electrician. I look forward to working with them in the future for all my electrical needs and questions.

    Very professional and friendly, he was very thorough at trying to find exactly what the problem was even if it was a bit complicated, he also was very educational and gave me recommendations on future issues I may have because my home is kinda old.     JT did a fantastic job. He updated a couple things on my fuse box and put in three smoke alarms and a smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detextor. He explained what needed to be done clearly and simply, did the work and explained and showed me what was done. He made other suggestions that could be helpful, but didn’t push anything on me. Job well done.

    I’m really happy with my service today. I originally called about a bathroom fan that wasn’t working right along with a switch that needed replaced. He was able to change the switch right away and took his time to check over the fan and offer solutions. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I felt he went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed done. He checked over all the outlets and breaker box just to be sure everything was safe and offered helpful solutions and suggestions for my issues. Very happy to recommend him to anyone I know!
