    Great company from honest sales through install. I always wanted to add a whole home generator but lets face it whole house generators are not cheap! Generator Supercenter had options to make it happen. If those big home center generator prices look appealing there is way more to the story than the price tag you see walking in! I had no idea all the hoops a person has to jump through to install this type of generator in our area of West Virginia but Generaror Supercenter took care off it all! Paperwork needed a notary so Jacob the sales rep became a notary in WV so that we the buyers would not have the time and effort into finding one! Install was seemless by James. There was no waiting for a plumber or electrician Generator Supercenter does it all as a team! For a small price this company can remotely monitor the system on a daily basis which others do not. This is not a sell you something and they are gone type company you can tell they value every customer. I am confident if I need them they will be there in fact they will know if I have a system issue before I do.

    Jacob and Maureen, my sales agents, rocked!! They represent the company very well. They showed patience while my husband and I asked our questions, sometimes asking the same question over again. They explained everything to us in a way we could understand. They walked us through the process and what to expect along the way. The willingness to work with us so we could have the best experience possible was nothing short of amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a generator!!     Jacob King came to our home to provide an estimate. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail and was very thorough in explaining exactly how the system would work. He spent a good deal of time with us to make sure he answered every question and tailored a quote to best meet our needs. Highly recommend meeting with Jacob if you are looking for a Generac.

    I am an employee here and this has to be the cleanest trade business store front I have ever been in. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the bathroom is kept hospital clean, and we have a beautiful display of the Generac products. It truly builds purchasing confidence when you can see and feel the product that we will be installing on your home. If you have not been inside I 100% recommend that you come see us in person!

    Met with Jacob about a whole home Generac. He was very knowledgeable about the process but explained it in a way I could understand. The fact that this company is family owned and operated, along with the fact that they do all the installation and maintenance, made this an easy decision for our family. And, not only did Jacob answer all my questions but we spent time talking about cars, camping, small business advertising, criminal justice, and DISNEY WORLD! I felt very comfortable choosing the King family to help with our Generac generator.

    We have used the Generator Supercenter of NW Maryland for the last 6 months. I can not say enough about their customer service team and the team that comes out to fix the generator. Today we had a problem, Jacob arrived a few hours later, and was done in 10 minutes. I wouldnt use any other company to provide service for our generator!

    I had the pleasure of meeting with Jacob King to discuss the purchase of a Generac generator for my son who is ventilator dependent. Jacob took his time explaining the process, materials, placement of the unit, took measurements, and provided us with a fair quote. Needless to say, given environmental weather concerns, the decision was a no-brainer. It’s time to retire our gasoline generator! Contact signed. Thank you Jacob!!
