Very happy with new HVAC unit,everything about the decision to repair or replace was well explained. The sales was well explained and the install was perfect, you’d never know anything was done in the basement they left it spotless. Been running for a few days, I have to constantly check to see if it’s running it’s so guiet! Have used King before so I have a lot of confidence and trust for them! I’m 75 so I don’t think I’ll have to use them anymore but I know my next generation will!!!

Extremely professional and thoughtful evaluation of a very old boiler at my home. After deciding too purchase a new boiler the entire process was very efficient and quick. The project was completed on a work day. I was very pleased with the work crew as well. They were very conscious of their work. They even returned the next day for what appeared to a minor issue but proved thier obvious attention to details as directed by their boss. It was a great experience overall.

The service man was prompt and helpful. We were without heat on a Saturday night. He came out around 8:50 pm and stayed until 10:30 pm. Hed completed a technical analysis earlier but had to go back to the furnace and make an adjustment which ultimately provided what was needed as we have had heat the past 14 hours.

Ive had King install a furnace, two AC units and now a whole house humidifier. Even though Ive seen several different technicians, each time their work is professional, a fair price, and they can share technical details that other HVAC techs havent. I appreciate their people and high standards. The one issue Ive had is communication. A couple of times, Ive needed to call them to get a timing update, when they should have called me. However, they are always friendly when this happens.

We were in the market for a new furnace and water heater, as ours were old. We went thru Costco, which connected us to Kings HVAC service. Our salesperson Ross came out to meet us to explain everything. Ross has been very good, keeping in touch with us for everything. Responds quickly. Mike came out with his apprentice to install. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. After the work was done, they cleaned up the area, left it spotless. Job was well done. Units have been running for couple of days now.

I changed my electronic air cleaner filter that morning and left to go out. I came home to a cold condo. Well what happened is I called for a service call and Dave arrived. He found my problem. I had put the filter in wrong. He showed me what I had done wrong that no other service tech had showed me. This could have led to a bad outcome. I was grateful this problem was caught right away before the circuit board on the furnace was damaged. My mistake has taught me a lesson to let the service guys change my electronic air filter in the future.My thanks to Dave.Joyce SCHUSTER

I called King because my upstairs neighbors hot water heater leaked down into my furnace and ac unit. They came out inspected it .wrote up a work order took pictures and helped me send it to my homeowners insurance Co They gave me the Lowest estimate out of all that I got like4 of them.They came out removed the furnace so the drywall people could do there job.for no charge You dont see that anymore! Roland the sales guy went above and beyond doing his job. Was friendly but professional kept in touch with me thru the whole process Returned calls promptly it was just a good experience. The HVAC guys and the Plumbers were great as well They were prompt efficient cleaned up after themselves. Had a problem with the hot water heater. I called King sent out a plumber the next day. Overall just a Great Company Fair prices will definitely work with you and Not try to rip you off. Id give them 10 stars if I could

Our air conditioner would not turn on we called King to come out and take a look. The technician John Hocking came out and was very kind and respectful. He was very informative and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of bull. He got right to the point of what was wrong and fixed it. In the long run we will need a new air conditioner ours is 24 years old but at least we can save a little money and buy a new one next spring. We will definitely call King heating, cooling and plumbing for our new unit.

We purchased our home about four years ago with the knowledge that our HVAC equipment was near the end of its life cycle. I called King when our furnace went out the other day. They sent a technician right away and he found several fractures in our heat exchanger that could pose a serious threat to our family. We decided to replace all of our equipment to ensure reliable comfort for the foreseeable future. King supplied us with a few space heaters for the night and was promptly at our home the next morning. They sent several technicians, swapped out all of the equipment and had us back up and running in about 4 hours or so. All of them were professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. I woke up to a freezing house….52 degrees. I’ve only lived in the house for 6 months, so I didn’t know who to call. I called King Heating and Cooling. John was there about 2 hours later. Unfortunately, and it was no surprise, my HVAC needs to be replaced. John walked me through all the work that would be done and then worked out a very good estimate with various options. I didn’t hesitate to get the work done by King based on John’s knowledge. I really trust King because I trusted John! The new furnace gets installed tomorrow and the air conditioner when the weather permits. John was able to get the furnace running so I have heat until tomorrow!
