I recommend Flatney. They had to camera my line and advised a hydrojetting to clear the line. They showed me the camera before and after. I have evergreens over my line so it was extremely clogged with roots and I was getting I was getting it rodded twice a year with another company. Flatney was able to clear the line all way out to the village line. There was one spot they couldn’t get but said they would come back with the camera to see if it got pushed out. They came and it did. I also appreciate Scott. He actually went in my crawl space. Bless his heart. Also they can right away both times I called. 👍🏾

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that has an urgency of flooding. They gave my parents a piece of mind and fixed their plumbing issue after having their basement flood due to the previous owners cheap way of doing plumbing. Shame on them, on taking advantage of 1st time home owners that are senior citizens.! This crew cared about the major issues and worked as a team on getting the job done right once and for all. The job wasn’t done because I didn’t have the money 💰 that Flatley Required! On the Goggle advertising online for cameras 🎥 was $69.00 and the person who came to my house asked $395 + $300 unfortunately I live on a fixed income from SS and I didn’t have that plus I needed a sump pump this is more than I have at the time.

I give MAJOR accolades to Juan Perez, my Plumbing Express hot water heater installer! The day before installation he came to the house and explained everything that was going to be done. Two hrs ahead of scheduled time, the following day, he was fully prepared to begin the installation...alot of heavy work for one man but he was very confident and my only job was to open the door so the old unit could be removed and the new one brought in the house!! He was kind to my dogs and the area where the unit sits is clean as new. I needed to replace my two electric lowboy water heaters in my crawl space. I purchased them in the big box store. Their installers price was outrageous, and they refused to remove the anode rods. I called Flatleys, they were here the next morning to look at the job and the price was very reasonable and would remove the anode rods from the new units. The guys were great. I highly recommend Flatleys and will use them again when I have plumbing jobs to do.

Sorry this review is so late, but Phillip was awesome! We have home warranty insurance through AHS but we needed someone to come out immediately since our basement had flooded. I contacted Plumbing Express to come out with to check why I had water in my duct HVAC system. The first gentleman came out and explained i needed a clean out installed outside and that would fix the issue. However, after Plumbing Express installed my clean out, a couple of ducts remained with water. I co tasted them and they were very helpful in trying to assist me further. They scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. They sent Mike who was phenomenal. He arrived and Instantly began trying to assist by using a camera scope in the water filled vents. Which actually was ingenious. He noticed that my sewer line under my foundation was intertwined with the duct work underground. After extensively maneuvering the camera, Mike located two spots under the floor that were broken. Hes the first one I ever saw to use this technique inside a air duct vent to help find the issue. I look forward to Plumbing Express rectifying my problem, and giving me a peace of mind! Thanks Mike! Ive called out several plumbers for this issue and they all couldnt find the problem. I initially called Flatley’s last year to get our sewer routed out. At that time, we were told that we had bigger problems, and that although they could get us back in business temporarily, we would need bigger work down the road. Sure enough, we needed a complete replacement for a large section of our sewer system. It also happened to be the middle of winter. The hard-working, problem-solving crew of Dave, Danny, and Juan worked through extreme cold without complaint. Throughout this job, another crew, including a plumber who is no longer with them, unfortunately did some parts of the job that were less than satisfactory. I have learned that the person responsible for the less than satisfactory work is no longer with the company. Nonetheless, Flatley’s stood by their warranty, and the small problem that persisted was just finished up beautifully this morning by Dave and Danny once again. Any small problems that happened along this extensive job were handled in the end by qualified, clean, and courteous professionals. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the service, courtesy, and fair pricing of this company and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. By the way, Dave and Danny weren’t just clean and professional, they were super sweet to our dogs and very personable. I have found that my dogs are great judges of character, and this crew was top notch in their book! (and ours!) :)

Felt very comfortable and scheduled a visit later that morning which they arrived within 30 minute window promised. Root cause identified after 15-20 minutes. Less than 1.5 hours, all lines rodded and cleared. Very lucky line was not sheered off at foundation wall! The plumber politely asked if there were any other plumbing issues that needed a quick look. Price was very fair considering my emergency cries for help and I felt very good about their work for preventative maintenance. Other plumbers I called that morning did not sound so definitive on the troubleshooting process and I would feel more exposed financially if they visited. Glad I chose Plumbing Express. Will call them again when needed and recommend to friends and relatives.
