However, Jaden & Sons Plumbing came to our rescue with innovative suggestions and practical ideas. I am sincerely grateful for their readiness to assist during a tense kitchen overhaul. I would absolutely advise getting in touch with them BEFORE starting a remodel to gain their expert advice before fitting new cabinets or countertops. Im extremely pleased with the outcomes and will definitely seek their services again. This is the second instance Ive used them for urgent plumbing issues and theyve executed both tasks to my contentment.

This is my follow-up review (for the sake of clarity--I had a different email previously). Without any doubt, I can state that Billy is the only plumber I would suggest to any family member. Ive consistently been pleased with the plumbing services he has provided in my home in Frankfort. Billy is straightforward, highly skilled, offers fair pricing, and his work is outstanding. So far, he has assisted us with multiple leaky toilets, swapped a few shut off valves for a couple of toilets, fixed a leaky water line in my yard, replaced the water supply shut off in my garage, repaired my water heater, and even sorted out the pipe under my bathroom sink...you see what I mean. We have absolute trust in him. As for the complaints about him not being immediately available-- is he expected to appear like a genie if you rubbed a magic lamp? No. Lets be fair. If your home in Frankfort is flooded, hell reach you as soon as possible. Even if its not, hell still arrive as swiftly as he can. Billy always tries to coordinate with you to schedule a time when you can be present at home. Its no surprise that this man is highly sought after.

My previous plumbing company wrongly charged me for a part under warranty, failed to identify a second issue, and then attempted to convince me to purchase a new water heater, despite having 15 months left on my existing warranty. That night, I reached out to Jaden & Sons Plumbing and the very next day, they dispatched two technicians, Billy and Miguel, who had a combined experience of over 30 years. Within a SINGLE MINUTE, they detected and confirmed a leak at the coupling on the liquid line. They made sure there were no other leaks or problems, inside and out, and promptly fixed the one they had found. My houses temperature started to stabilize immediately, saving me more than $9,500. I really appreciate their honesty, their willingness to explain everything, and their speedy repair work!

The team, including Billy and Miguel, showed up ahead of schedule, worked swiftly and effectively, and were done in less than an hour. However, after their departure, we noticed a leak in the disposal. The issue was addressed promptly within 45 minutes by the business owner, who not only identified but also fixed the problem, and even apologized - all without any extra cost. Its refreshing to see a business owner who truly stands by his work! The person handling the scheduling was also very accommodating and vigilant during the entire process. I would undoubtedly utilize their services again and recommend them to others in the future.

Having noticed a section of soil caving in my front lawn, I was concerned that my drain line had given way. A different company had previously been to my place to perform a hydrojet cleaning to unblock a clog, and they had come back a second time to confirm that the drain was still intact, but instead, there was a leak in my water line. Their quote to replace the waterline and the drain, which had sections bulging out, came to a whopping $8600. In comes Billy from Jaden & Sons Plumbing who took a close look at the drain line and reassured me that my waterline was not leaking. The soil collapsing was likely due to inadequate compaction. He further explained that the comprehensive drain replacement suggested by the previous company was not needed at all. There might be a couple of spots to consider replacing down the line, but nothing pressing. Billy’s assessment saved me from shelling out $8600 on superfluous repairs. I appreciate it, billy! In case I need any plumbing services in the future, I will not hesitate to call on them.

Billy did an excellent job. The task at hand was to replace the sewer pipeline exiting our home. There was a deck previously installed before we moved in. This deck was unfortunately positioned over the sewer line and had settled slightly. This minor settling resulted in the sewer line connection being misaligned by about half an inch, leading to a blockage. Billy came to inspect the line with a camera and pointed out where the misalignment was. He suggested a solution to change the path of the line so it wouldnt be underneath the deck. I was permitted to dig a trench to reroute the line (though they could have done it, they allowed me to do it to save some money). Once the trench was ready, they disconnected the old line, installed a new one, and embedded it properly. They made sure all the necessary permits were obtained and inspections were carried out. Throughout the entire process, billy was excellent at communicating via text and the final price fell within the estimated range, which was all i could ask for. I would be more than happy to use Jaden & Sons Plumbings services again.

I was extremely happy and content with the job that the plumbing team did when my sewer stack needed replacement. they arrived exactly on time and when i asked about how they planned to take out my vinyl beadboard in the bathroom, miguel referred me to a carpenter he often collaborates with. the carpenter was fantastic, always on time and quite friendly. he took down the wall so billy could access the sewer vent and came back to put it back up. every member of the team was polite, detailed, welcoming and very accommodating. they finished the work right on schedule. the receptionist at the plumbing company was patient and polite, understanding my tight schedule and worked with me to get the job done. i would definitely call them back for any plumbing issues. if i had to rate them, id definitely give them an A+. cheers to the awesome plumbing team in frankfort.

During the cold months, an exterior tap got frozen and now that its warmer, we found out that the inner pipe (inside the wall) was leaking water into our wall-to-wall carpets! what a disaster! miguel and billy located the problem, switched out the external tap, and set up an urgent shut-off valve within the wall. they walked me through each phase so i had a clear, direct (actual) sight of the issue, the resolution and the measures that i can implement to prevent this from reoccurring. both billy and miguel were really well-informed, and the plumbing work was very neat. all of this happened in frankfort.

I had a problem with my kitchen tap dripping. i reached out and got a slot for the next morning. billy showed up on time and got to work. he tried his best to save me some cash by swapping out the hose (its a pull-out tap by Glacier Bay just 6 years old) but they dont sell replacement hoses anymore so i needed a new tap fitted. Taking off the old tap was quite tough. i felt bad for billy. he had to make a few trips to the store, first for a replacement hose and then to purchase a new tap. he left the place spotless and took all the garbage with him when he departed. he was fantastic and ensured that the new tap was correctly fitted and functioning as it should. i was so happy with the service from Jaden & Sons Plumbing that i will definitely use them again if needed. Kudos to billy. he was awesome!

They were speedy and left a fantastic impression. Under new management now, their service has improved greatly. Incredible!! All of their plumbers consistently do a fantastic job for me, whether its at my office or my home. I must say, however, that Miguel recently did an exceptional job at our office. We had a gas leak in 18 different spots, and Miguel devoted numerous hours to rectify it! We initially thought we might have to dismantle walls to identify the problems, but not at all! Miguel managed to resolve our issues with minimal internal demolition! Exceptional work and Ill always reach out to this plumbing service for our needs! Much appreciated!!

He swiftly identified the root of the problem and thoroughly explained what was going on and the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Once I gave him the go-ahead to implement the solution, Billy quickly retrieved the required parts from his vehicle and before I knew it, the toilet was securely reinstalled. My spouse and I were particularly impressed by his attention to detail – he ensured to finish the job perfectly and cleanly by applying a neat line of caulk around the toilet base. This is something that other plumbers have overlooked in the past. His pricing is quite reasonable too! Well definitely be reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs in Frankfort!
