They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with info to fix the problem. Less than 24 hours from the original diagnosis we had a new faucet and water valves. Our team member Mike was kind and professional.

We had a really corroded, leaking soil pipe in the house we just moved into and I was super nervous about having to get this fixed. These guys made the experience a breeze and completed the plumbing work in a day (taking walls out, installing new pipe over 2 floors, reattaching everything, putting the base layer of the wall back up). We still need to get our decorative portion of the wall back on and the finishing touches completed via the construction company we contracted but the pipe is done very well and we can take showers without water leaking all over the basement now!They came back a second day to do other plumbing work that we asked for, which was also done well (pipe venting, frost-proof outdoor spigots and a couple other things). Also, I thought the pricing was very reasonable for all the work that was done.

I had the entire flexible ductwork replaced in my home. 14 runs in all. All the ducts were in the attic which was covered with fluffy blown-in insulation. The quoted price was reasonable and their plan on how to go about removing the existing flexible duct was what really sold me on using them. They meticulously removed one run at a time, instead of just going into the attic and rustling all the existing ducts out at once. They put each new run in one by one and were careful not to get insulation in the new duct. They did a fantastic job with 3 workers. It went smooth as butter without a lot of insulation and dust in the air. They provided plywood for a work platform between the beams so they wouldn’t lose footing and fall through the ceiling. They were so conscientious about their work, they even took the time to rake the insulation back in place and the attic looked good as new when they were done. I couldn’t believe it! It is not often you find people conscientious about their work these days. They did the work until it was done with no breaks and no lunch. They got done earlier than expected due to their diligence and reduced my bill accordingly, instead of keeping to the higher quoted price. You won’t find many doing that for you. Also, the attic temperature was very cold and difficult to work in. I used this company back in the 1980s to put air conditioning in my home. They did a reasonably priced and fantastic job way back then too. It is so encouraging to find a company still doing a conscientious and reputable job for decades. I would most certainly use them again in a heartbeat. I hope they never change!
