Justin did a GREAT job at asking questions to better understand our 2 electrical issues we had at home. We have worked with Sam on several occasions to locate the problems with our sewer systems. He was always prompt and professional. Always found the problems with his line inspection video. He is also looking for ways to save cost when trying to find solutions to fix the problems.

When I realized the hot water situation in our recently purchased home was not as it should be, I contacted Korte on the recommendation of some of my spouses coworkers. Korte was very quick to get someone out and help me. I had Thomas as my tech. He’s very knowledgeable and very understanding. Helped with a sewer mainline diagnostic and flush. Helped identify a major larger issue I had as well as a reasonable cost and quote. For what I needed compared to another larger plumbing company it was 1/4 the cost. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Logan and his trainee did an excellent job of repairing the problem leak and replacing the necessary parts to get things working. But the most important thing was the comfort of getting things fixed quickly. Our previous plumbing co told me it would be a week to 10 days at least. In this instance that was unacceptable. We are very happy with the quick response and service offered by Korte in our emergency. Thanks to all involved from the operator, the scheduler, to Logan and apprentice. Korte is our new provider.

My service tech is Blake C. and although I was skeptical, I gotta say he has done a great job thus far. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Blake made the experience feel more like a conversation between acquaintances than a typical I know more than you so what I say is law kind of sales pitch. Its rare to get good customer service these days. Kudos to Korte for your business ethics.Just over a week later and Greg B. came to install the new ac system. I was not able to be there and had someone else available. The feedback I received from my stand-in was that the guys did a great job. They were efficient and professional. Awesome job guys!

The original company who installed my furnace was too busy to fix it when it suddenly stopped working. Korte responded and came to the rescue! We called Korte in June when we discovered a leak under the slab. They advised us to contact American Leak Detection to come out and mark where the pipes were leaking. Then scheduled Korte to come out first available. Mike and Gabriel were fantastic, broke through the kitchen floor and fixed the first marked leak, then discovered a second leak, fixed that one where marked. Ran out of time so said they would be back next day. Matthew and Nicholas came the next day with Mike and Gabriel and identified 2 more leaks and fixed those. Then discovered a pipe was still leaking so have the have Leak detection back to tell them the location. All the Korte Techs are great and very professional. Highly recommend them.ALD found 4th leak and marked for Korte.Friday Matt and Nick arrived and finished the leak repair and filling in fill gravel and adding the concrete floor over the holes. Great Job again and very happy.

Riley Kull arrived on time, was very kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was to do..his conversation was very comfortable and he had a good sense of humor..he gave me two options of how we could address our need for receptacles..he was very thorough and I understood it all well enough to explain it to my husband..he then gave me two options to talk over with my husband, and the price for each and he explained how he had come to both amounts.. Riley said he would most likely would come out to do the job which was fine with us.. But, after I spoke with my husband , he determined that it would be after Christmas that wed have it done and he still wanted to shop around...plus he has skilled tradesman at his job and was going to check into that..so thank Riley for his Exemplar and professional work ethic, I told my husband I was impressed with him!

My main water line was frozen this winter. I had a technician come out after four days of battling with the pipes in my home. After a heater running all day, the Korte technician came about an hour after my call and assessed my situation. Luckily, the water started running magically as he was there about to go under my home. No services were needed however he offered to send me quotes for other repairs I could do to prevent this for next season and also was very supportive and friendly during the whole encounter.

Noah performed a prompt, quick and efficient install for our sump pump. Only negative was that we were told after we paid we could have had a discount if we signed up for their maintenance membership beforehand. I called the main office and they won’t honor the discount after you paid. I want others to know as perhaps this can save them some money.

It is worth the price compared to mending my really old system that was overdue to update. I have definitely seen more expensive offers out there. I am someone that is not easy selling products to, so he did good.
