I recently had the pleasure of having Billy over for some plumbing work on a Sunday morning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He showed up right at 8:00 am, exactly when he said he would, and was on time and ready to go. Right from the start, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen.The issue involved a pretty complex water system from the 1920s, but Billy wasted no time diving in, quickly familiarizing himself with all the details and coming up with a solution. While inspecting the system, he even spotted corrosion on the main faucet that had started to spray further up the line. He didn’t just point it out—he offered a preventative measure I could take and helped me redirect the water in the meantime.He worked efficiently, but also made sure to do things thoroughly, which I really appreciated. When he finished, he even cleaned up after himself!The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises, and I felt confident that he took real pride in his work. If youre looking for a reliable, knowledgeable plumber who can handle anything, I highly recommend Billy. Ill definitely be reaching out to him for any future plumbing needs.

Brendon showed up the same day I called for an appointment and was courteous, thorough, professional and honest. Although there was only bad news about my furnace I appreciated his candor and thorough explanation of everything going on with my furnace.Chris was also great to deal with. He arrived saw the issues I had been having with old out of date equipment and he put together a great package of new equipment to keep my house running efficiently for the foreseeable future.The installation team with Andrew has been great as well. They get done what they say they will get done and in the time frame they estimate. I would highly recommend HCE to anyone looking for competent, efficient professionals.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Home Comfort. It began with a Saturday phone call to a kind and personable employee who sent a message out to her coworker. We received excellent customer service provided by Alex, the plumbing expert. He was onsite quickly and explained everything he would need to do to complete the job. He wore booties in the house and left the work area very clean. Whatever process this company is using to teach customer service skills to its employees, its working wonderfully! Will definitely use their services in the future!

Quick response and great staff!! Brian and Chad handled the initial visit. They were both very polite and professional, and explained everything in a way we could understand. They were conscious of our budget and laid out all our options without ever making us feel pressured to complete a sale. Kendall and Dylan handled the installation and did a great job. They replaced our system in one day. Showed us how to do a couple things and were very respectful of our home. Everyone we worked with and talked to was wonderful! And they were all very nice to our dog which earns them bonus points 😁The ONLY issue we had was with scheduling/communication. Twice I told someone that I would be home at a certain time, and then got a text saying a technician was on the way hours before the discussed time. Something in the way scheduling is communicated to the techs needs to be changed so they dont waste a trip!

Home Comfort was able to sent a technician at short notice when my heat pump went out. Pho diagnosed the problem quickly. The project manager, Bruce, came out quickly an gave me options. They were able to install a new heat pump and furnace the next day! Installation techs Phil F. and Francisco worked quickly and had the new system installed by 3pm! Phil did a great job explaining the new system and thermostat to me and left the place immaculate. I highly recommend this company!

Billy was great! We hired Home Comforts to install a water softener. Upon inspection in the crawl space, Billy told us about some leaks he saw under the house. I love how he was straight forward with us- he didnt just come in and do the job he was hired to do but he also took the time to look at the water lines under the house and make sure everything was functioning as it should. Had we not had Billy, we may have had enormous problems in the future! Thank you for treating my house like your home!

5 stars! I could not be happier with the customer service this company provided. From price checking and asking general questions about services provided the receptionist, Brooke, answered everything with sincerity and warmth. The techinican, Dave, absolutely blew me away with his knowledge and kindness. His attitude was so fun and refreshing. Dave took the extra time to make sure he did the job right. My older home required extra work but he was happy to oblige. I am so very grateful for this teams help. 10/10 would hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

We had a 17 year old Carrier furnace and it started acting up in late spring. We would call Home Comfort Experts and they would come out THE SAME DAY to service whatever the issue was. Every time they came out (which was roughly 4 times in 8 months) they would fix one of the multiple problems that occurred throughout the fall. Every time a technician was here he would kindly remind us that its probably getting close to the end. On Thanksgiving morning it finally ended. The following Monday they replaced the old furnace (and the aging air conditioner, too). They replaced both units in half the day. I cannot thank the technicians enough for their quick service and honesty. They were more than fair with my wife when they were here diagnosing the end of our old furnace (I was at work that day). Billy Schroeder from Home Comfort Experts was the plumber who repaired my leaking pipe in my basement. It was a Sunday afternoon. He did an excellent job. Fast.I was impressed that the company was able to send out a plumber on a Sunday in a very quick time period.Billy Schroeder was quick. Polite. Very friendly!!! Explained everything that he would have to do which included cutting out a piece of drywall in order to get to the pipe. He was able to tell me why the pipe broke. It only took about 1-2 hours to repair. And the price was very reasonable. Excellent job

He just seemed like a good person who enjoys his job, knows the products well, and takes pride in working hard and treating people fairly and thoughtfully.Mason and [forgot name sorry!] did the install and were excellent. They were very professional, polite, and friendly. I was a little surprised by their young ages, but they gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. Despite their youth, they had plenty of experience and apprenticeship training. They were careful and thoughtful about everything. There was a complication with getting the exhaust pipe through a wall. I appreciated that they didn’t rush the job. It took them longer than anticipated but they did the job right. It looks great and runs great! I was glad to have met them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My only issue is that he unplugged our very full upright meat freezer in the garage to utilize the outlet for his equipment. I discovered this while moving our things back about an hour after he left. Fortunately nothing was lost despite having been unplugged for several hours on a hot summer day.

Our old furnace finally checked out at my business. Gabe came out right away to assess, and showed me the issue inside the furnace with the camera, the heat exchanger was coming apart. The furnace was 25 years old… so it was time. The AC was also living on borrowed time.Rather than taking advantage of the situation, Gabe quoted a price to replace the whole system that took me by surprise. Not much more than I paid 13 years ago for a much smaller system for my house.Keith was out the following morning, extremely courteous and thoughtful. Couldn’t have asked for better. 7 hours later all done, including new pipes (wasn’t expecting) plenum (wasn’t expecting) and condensate pump (wasn’t expecting).Thank you for fantastic work!

Billy works for a company whose technicians are not commission based. This means they dont sell you unneeded services to line their pockets. He is now our preferred technician for future plumbing services. If you contact HCE, request him. You wont be disappointed.

Home Comfort Experts is an excellent company with very professional employees. From customer service reps to the technicians they are great. Billy Eggert installed my new hot water heater and was very informative as to what he was doing. He explained everything in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend them for ALL your HVAC needs!!! Lucas has been to our home quite a few times and always remains pleasant and communicates details very well. His team member yesterday was kind as well. Although there was no fix to the problem, they did put the effort in as they always have to clear the plumbing.
