Things literally couldnt have went any better. (Perspective): I am a first time home owner, as ignorant as that come when it comes to home maintenance. I explained that upfront and hoped I could trust an honest plumber to not take advantage of it. And thats when David showed up at my house after working around my schedule and convenience.Ultimately, David is who should get all of the praise, but obviously this is a business review and he represents Drain Doctor. Solid solid work, honest, flexible, knowledgeable, and most importantly for me, personable. I entered into this job looking for someone to be the person I can tell people; hey I got a plumber who can do that no problem.. We got lucky enough to find that person on our first try. Im definitely calling Drain Doctor and asking for David for our plumbing needs every time!

The Drain Doctor was very responsive from the beginning and easy to set up an appointment with. From the moment he got here he was very kind and courteous and also took time to explain the different things he would look at. When he found the problem he took time to explain it to me and how he would fix it. Right up front about the pricing and worked hard to get the job done. He also double-checked all his work before leaving and made sure everything was working properly. I very strongly recommend him for any sewer & Drain needs!

The Drain Doctors did an amazing job helping clear one of our sewer lines at work. They were able to diagnose where the issue was and then show me with a camera. Once they cleared the line, they showed me video of our clean sewer line from the main tee to the clean out. This is the first time in 15 years that someone has been able to show me the issue, as well as the resolution. I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They explained everything along the way and were very thorough. They are definitely my new contractor of choice!!

He immediately jumped into the job with no hesitation and no worry about the mess my backed up drain caused. Without exaggeration, the BEST experience ever with a plumber or anyone who has worked on my house! I called at 8am about a clog other plumbers were not able to clear. Drain Doctor responded to all my questions with great patience and knowledge. They came by 2 hours later and immediately unclogged the drain with no problems. Next time they will be my first call.

This is one of the best plumber experiences I’ve ever had. David came out within an hour of us calling he was extremely kind, and did great work. He showed me that the sink was no longer leaking and even checked in 24 hours later to make sure it was still not leaking. It was also extremely reasonably priced. David exceeded expectations set by any other company weve ever used for our too frequent sewer back ups. First, he was early for his specific appointment time, no 2-4 hour windows. He was super friendly and, most importantly, he even helped clean up the mess in the bathroom. He asked for more towels, a fan and extension cord to keep our floors from being ruined. I was just going to wait for my husband to get home to take care of all that, now were 5 hours ahead on drying out the space. Well definitely spread your name.

Very professional and showed up when they said they would be here. David and Seth did an outstanding job of completely cleaning our 57-year-old main sewer line from the basement toilet to the city sewer line. We had another local company snake the sewer line 3 years ago and they just ran a 3/4 snake down the line and said it was fixed. David and Seth ran a cleaner head down the 4 sewer line that completely cleaned the cast iron pipe. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and would recommend their services who want their drain problems fixed for good.Thank you, gentlemen!
