Our 10 year old 80 gallon water heater went out on Sunday morning. Our company that had been here for a week left early that morning so I had a boat load of wash. This company stated on Google that they are open 24/7. I called and spoke with Jose. I had hoped that they could repair my current water heater, but he said it was too old to work on it, but would quote on a new one if I sent photos. I got a quote for $3k installed and they could do it Monday morning.I received an email telling me who was coming to do the job.Louis arrived at the appointed 7:30 a.m. and had the new water heater installed and ready to go by 9:30. He was professional and friendly.

Within 5-10 minutes I had a response from the website and was quickly coordinating a plan to restore water services. They were professional, prompt, and was at my house by 9:15 the next morning as scheduled to replace. The technician was quick, polite and professional (and masked!) and completed the work in under an hour, including arrival and clean up. Keep in mind they did all this with by far the lowest quote around! 20 out of 10 would recommend and use again!

After sending them a couple pictures and basic information, I got a quote in minutes. The price was much better than other quotes, and was similar to what I saw advertised on the website.It wasnt a major emergency, but Jordan finished the job today before 11 AM, less then 18 hrs after I called. Everything was installed, cleaned up, and paid for in well under two hours. The price I was quoted never changed, and it covered the entire job, including disposal of the old heater. The installation looks great and weve been running the hot water for all sorts of cleaning throughout the day.Also, Id like to add, honesty is part of what keeps their prices low. They knew I didnt need a permit for in-garage installation in my county, and told me right up front when I asked. Other businesses, however, included the cost of an unnecessary permit in their quote.Overall, its pretty obvious that Im extremely happy with the service we got from the Water Heater Guy. ☺️

Overall he was nice and knowledgeable about the hot water heater and the installation process. The rep that I spoke to who assisted me was kind and helpful. I loved how the process was easy. They will provide you with a quote via text. All you have to do is send them the pics of the hot water heater then they will provide you with a free estimate. Not only that but afterwards they had disposed of my hot water heater free of charge. I had contacted another company as well and oh man there prices was off the charts. The Water Heater Guy is a great company with wonderful knowledgeable technicians. If you’re looking for outstanding services with reasonable fair prices, this is the place to go for your needs. Excellent service and competitive price!We called on a Sunday because our 30 gal electric hot water heater was leaking and we needed a new one installed (old one was 9 years old). We live in a second floor condo in the Naples area.We got a fair price over the phone, including everything. EXCELLENT SERVICE & PRICE! I obtained a text-quote within an hour of calling THE WATER HEATER GUY. I also called another 4.9 plumbing company who is known for its Water Heater Installations. The other plumbing company took a day to send someone out and quoted me almost double the price for an off-brand 6yr water heater, while attempting to up-sell me to their annual contract. So, I called the WATER HEATER GUY and my brand new Rheem water heater was installed within 24 hours. We originally called to try to get the water heater fixed. It was too old and fried to be fixed. So they gave me a price for a new one. These days you have to check around because 90% of contractors are trying to hit home runs. Not these guys.
