Dylan was able to get us scheduled today when other companies couldn’t fit us in. Texted us to keep us updated on techs arrival. Our tech Isaac was amazing, took care of a running toilet, changed out a shut off valve and assorted projects. Totally professional and work is guaranteed for a year. Really great service… Didn’t overcharge us or charge us for things we didn’t need They care enough to wear shoe coverings to protect your home. It’s the little things like this that let a customer know that a company appreciates and respects them. Like giving repair options and fair pricing . From the moment I spoke to Dallis requesting a quote to replace my gas hot water tank to when Manny finished the job, I felt comfortable with how sincere and honest they both treated me professionally. Spartan Plumbing’s quote was comparatively equal to the other 2quotes I received for the same job, plus Spartan did not charge me to quote. And now a days this quality of customer service is hard to find, sadly. I really appreciate how quickly they responded, got me scheduled and completed the job. I was referred to Spartan Plumbing and I am glad as my experience was “excellent”! From the moment I called there office and speaking with Dallas who arranged my appointment time frame and kept me abreast with regards to the plumbers arrival time! That was great for me so I wasn’t waiting in limbo! Then Manny who was my plumber for my job was beyond magnificent! He and Trent his cohort worked in tandem beautifully and the knowledge and skill they shared was greatly appreciated! When you have to call a plumber its never a good thing. I had a leak in my attic and it was coming through my ceiling. Little did I know that polybutylene piping was not good to have in your home. Thankfully Spartan Plumbing was able to come out and fix my issue promptly. The prices were fantastic in comparison to the other places that I shopped around to. Very professional and the office staff has been extremely helpful during this trying time. Dallis is an amazing office personnel. Nothing short of courteous and competent. Multiple technicians came out to the house so I cant name them all. But they were all great. Respected my home to the fullest. Highly recommend

From initial contact and throughout the entire project communication never ceased. Issac is the best and reasonable rates. Will always use spartan.Unfortunately I had a pump go bad spartan came out the same day figured out the problem and worked to get the best price on a new pump. We used Spartan Plumbing for the 1st time yesterday. We dont have a computer, thus the delay in getting this info out...After researching plumbers for a time, Spartan was on our final short list. We called them 1st. After making the initial call for an appointment, we decided to look no further...I believe I spoke with a young lady named Dallas (I apologize if thats not correct). She was professional, polite, helpful & accommodating. When she explained how Spartan works in terms of coming out, giving a free estimate, ... we decided that this business seemed more than fair & we decided to look no further. We made the appointment for yesterday with a 2 hr window re time of arrival. Prior to the young man coming, we received a phone call to let us know he was on his way...ISAAC is the plumber who came. He is fantastic! Needless to say, 1st & foremost we wanted a plumber who knew his craft. Isaac does & hes so much more! He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, polite, patient, ... This list could go on... He asked what our specific problem was. We told him we had a clogged toilet. He asked if we had any other issues & we told him about occasional water running in the toilet. We gave him the specifics & the details & then he explained everything to us clearly. He answered all of our questions, didnt rush us, & even gave us options. Did we just want the clog fixed, did we want him to do a test to see if the flapper was bad, ... He then gave us the different costs based on what we decided before doing the work...He cleared the clog & changed the flapper successfully. He wore coverings on his shoes & was very clean & neat with his equipment. Unfortunately it started raining really hard when he had to go get the snake from his truck. When he came back, i told him that the floor needed a wash so he didnt need to put the coverings on his shoes but he politely did so anyway.Of course we hope we dont need a plumber again in the near future, but if & when we do we will DEFINITELY use SPARTAN PLUMBING & we will ask for ISAAC!!! If any of our friends ask if we know a good plumber, we will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SPARTAN PLUMBING!!! Based on our experience, from the initial call to the actual service - which wasnt just good or very good but EXCELLENT - to the followup, we lucked out & chose the best! And the fact that this company is veteran owned ( thank you for your service to our country) is a bonus!So if you need a plumber, this is the company to go to! You wont be disappointed! Youll be EXTREMELY SATISFIED customers just as we are!!!

Responsive, On Time, Precise Clean Work, Affordable... Accidently broke off the pipe going to the fridge water & ice dispenser, inside the wall, while removing old fridge. Semi emergency since the water main had to be off til fixed. Spartan sent Isaac out within a few short hours of my call with text updates regarding arrival. Isaac was friendly, fast and very knowledgable, came prepared with the box for the connector & installed it quickly. He left the place spotless, and he even hooked up the new fridge and flushed the water dispenser to make sure everything worked. Did not have to do that but he did. I had called Spartan based on stellar FB references on the Cape Coral Info forum and they lived up to the hype and beyond. My usual plumber wanted significantly more $$$ for the job and I would have had to endure a hard sell for more services which is almost worse lol. It was Veterans Day and I also got a discount from Spartan. This is my new plumber! Highly recommend!!!

We were in a pinch. Other companies could not even look at our problem until the following week. Spartan stepped up AFTER 5 and diagnosed our issue, FaceTime’d with me, removed our old water heater, added a brand new Rheem 50g tank with a new pan, capped an old heat pump, and took away the old tank. No one likes spending money (even in an emergency) but the old adage “you get what you pay for” really rang true with Spartan. We got A-one treatment. Trent did a masterful job. He was polite, professional, and on top of it from start to finish (even offering a tip for our water heater’s longevity). If you have plumbing needs in SW Florida, make Spartan your FIRST call!

For the quote we had the owner and Isaac show up and they were very thorough and detailed on explaining to us our options and the process. The team showed up the day of the job lead by Seth with Isaac and Derek. They did a great job to protect our house and flooring as much as possible. They were fast and very considerate to ensure we had running water that day. The entire process has been smooth from dealing with the office schedulers, the on site teams and finally the dry wallers.
