    I have used Plumbing Nerds before, in 2018, to replace a hot water heater at my previous home.They were great then and I have sold that home in 2022 and my new home needed to have the hot water heater replaced this month. ⭐I didnt hesitate to call Plumbing Nerds again.They were prompt, courteous and did a great job.     The Nerds were outstanding, Robles and his trainee arrived on time as scheduled and I was notified 30 minutes prior to their arrival too. Robles explained to me step by step the process of descaling (flushing ) the tank less gas water heater which it took about forty five minutes. Also both technicians were professionals and courteous. Good job guys! I would definitely recommend the Nerds Plumbing Cooling Electrical.

    David and Eric were great to do business with. They were both friendly and worked with me to give me the best possible deal to satisfy me.David the HVAC specialist worked to give me a great deal on a new AC and also tried to help get my water heater working by replacing the breaker that was faulty, but ended up sending Eric the plumber to get my water heater going, which ended up having to be replaced because the way it was originally installed was not good or safe.These two young men made my week!

    I called Plumbing & Cooling Nerds for low water pressure on two upstairs bathroom faucets, and they were able to schedule something the next day even though it was not urgent. Elier, the technician, was polite and made the repair in a timely manner. The cost was truthfully a little higher than expected and out-of-budget, but I have no complaints about the service.     Lee Martin is an excellent plumber, and really took his time explaining my home plumbing inspection results. Thanks to Plumbing Nerds prior work, everything was in good operating condition. However, as my hot water heater was 12 years old, and at the end of its expected life span, I opted to have it replaced. This was done in just a few hours. It is a relief to know that all my plumbing is now up to current code. My experience with everyone at Plumbing Nerds has been great!

    Aramis Gotay was sent to our house to repair some drywall damage that occured during the AC installation, which is great that they are prepared for this and have a team that handles it. Aramis was great, knowledgeable and did an amazing job at patching 3 areas of my ceiling. It has been a few days and now that everything dried, you cant tell there ever was damage and a repair done at all. This company has been amazing during the whole process of replacing our AC unit. We were told they will eventually start doing electrical work and Im looking forward to use their services when needed. Thank you for all the great work!

    Was hesitant using an 1-800 plumber. Eric was literally at my home in less than an hour. Did a full diagnosis of the faucet issue, took pictures. Explained the issue, even spoke to their CS to get me a free replacement part. He then completely fixed the problem.     I called Plumbing Nerds Sat to replace my garbage disposal and install sink fixtures in my master bathroom. It is so easy to schedule on-line with Plumbing Nerds and they had availability the next day. Sunday they arrived as promised. The tech was Zack Talvy and he did a great job.     These guys are the best. Had a major water leak. Called them mid morning, and had a guy out to my house in 90 minutes. Talked over the options and pricing. Decided on a full house replumb. Next morning, 8am, 3 guys show up and completely get my house replumbed. All to code, new fixtures, cleaned up. And they were done by 3pm. These guys are awesome, super quick, and very professional.

    Im impressed with not only the quality of the work completed but the professionalism of the plumbers and entire staff dealt with . Not only were the installers considerate of my home, they took the time to explain everything in detail and ensure I was satisfied and...they cleaned up when done, even vacuumed and swept. I know others have complained their prices are higher. In my mind you pay more for quality service. Trust me, this crew earned their pay. My job was extensive and required crawling under my home. Not pretty!! Again, wonderful job. Very happy 😊

    I would highly recommend Plumbing & Cooling Nerds. I have been extremely impressed with everyone I dealt with. Grant first spoke to us and convinced us to have someone come be to give us a quote. Dave came by the next day and we signed the agreement. Within 3 days we had the AC unit installed and running. The 2 technicians sent did a great job. They were friendly and knowledgeable. 5 star all the way. I am sure we will also start using the company for our plumbing needs in the future.

    Fantastic company. I called just expecting to get a quote but not only did I get that, they were ready to work that same day. Zach and Jeff are great guys and are very knowledgeable. They came out and hooked up a whole house RO system, washer, and dishwasher. They also fixed a fridge hook up, and installed a few faucets. After dealing with quite a few company’s through out this remodel I can confidently say Plumbing Nerds is a breath of fresh air.

    I highly recommend Plumbing Nerds for all your plumbing needs. They’ve assisted me previously and once again provided exceptional service. I called them yesterday because my kitchen sink faucet was dripping and quickly getting worse. Also, the toilet was difficult to flush. Technician George Santiago kept me updated by texts to let me know his arrival time. George gave me various options for fixing both the faucet and the toilet. He replaced the toilet handle and inside parts, replacing plastic parts with durable metal. He installed a new kitchen faucet. He had everything he needed on his truck and completed the install of both in short order. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs.

    Unbelievable the service I received.Jeffrey and Richard were awesome. For what I had done the price was excellentThese guys explained to me what was going in.Jeffrey came out first and after checking the inside of house he discovered the leak was outside.     Technician was polite and knowledgeable. I called and someone was sent out the same day, which I consider excellent customer service. I do have questions why a piece that was part of a replumb done 2 years ago by the company would be broken in two places. Its where the dishwasher connects to the drain.The dishwasher is only used occasionally.

    We had multiple minor plumbing issues to address, including low water pressure in one bathroom, two runny toilets, faucets that werent turning off properly and one leaky faucet. Jeff Eger came out and was able to fix all of our issues.The low water pressure issue was easily corrected but Jeff recommended a longer-term fix by installing a sediment filter to our water line. We agreed and hopefully, we have the issue fixed for good.Jeff also answered a number of questions we had on various topics and was extremely helpful with his explanations and suggestions.This is our second time that weve used Plumbing Nerds. They have become my go-to source for our plumbing needs. I strongly recommend them. They are prompt, efficient, competively priced, and responsive to our needs; they recommend realistic solutions and options to consider without pressure. I also really love their name!!

    My husband and I bought a home for our daughter. She woke up one morning only to find she didn’t have running water.     I searched many ac installers because my reem Ruud 3 ton and air handler was going on 11 years i called the cooling department of Plumbing Nerds was fortunate to get Dave the companies comfort specialists to come out and go over exactly what i wanted. Dave looked at everything i also wanted condenser off the ground since in Florida rainy season and hurricane seasons produce so much water running through condenser, so he advised putting condenser on 48inch high legs tap coned to existing slab. Im 6 foot tall and now i look eye to the top of condenser. Also, with the installation comes a one year bi annual Maintenace agreement included in price.I shopped other companies several low balled Daves price sin several attempts changing price several times within minutes they were relentless finally they got to $6799.00 not far from Daves price but when i asked about the one year bi annual Maintenace i was told it was an additional $7000.00. OMG not only did they keep changing price several times in minuets that did not include legs to raise condenser 48 inches above ground said they never heard of that but they add the $4000.00 for the two maintenances on condenser and air handler $4000.00. which put price about $4500.00 more above dave complete package without raising condenser the 48 inches above ground. And this was not isolateded to one company also Dave was professional, patient, friendly as he lisened to whayt i wanted he went into house to measure and assess interior to make sure 3 ton was what i needed before quoting. He asked when i wanted installation this was Friday i shopped. I told him on Monday and on Monday job was completed by two very qualified installers that took their time to install and make sure everything was perfect. Take my advice ive lived and grew up in Cape Coral and Fort Myers for past 60 years do not use any one but plumbing and Cooling nerds if you want the best. Thanks to all there from dispatcher, Dave, the installers and done even consider anyone else! Go with the best. Thanks Nerds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been having an issue with our hot water heater that another company installed and kept putting us off even though it was under warranty still.The person that answered was very thorough in their questions and explained the process of how they operate and how we would be notified of when the tech would be here, including tracking where he was.Jose Lopez was our ‘Nerd’ and got here today (Monday) as scheduled and on time. He asked some detailed questions about what we were experiencing and offered explanations about the potential problems. He pointed out a number of installation faults by the prior plumber and how it wasn’t to code.Because of the warranty being tied to the prior plumber and already reaching an agreement with that plumber on getting our money back, we didn’t want to have Jose fix the installation problems, but buy another heater and have him install it the correct way to code and now we will have a more responsive and professional company that will stand behind our heater.Jose was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional through the whole process and gave pricing up front and multiple options on what we could have and how to install.He gave us quite a lesson on everything to do with the heater and the install and was able to do it the same day, only two days after the initial contact.We will be recommending Plumbing Nerds to anyone that needs a plumber and will be using them for any future projects.

    Jose Lopez was the second plumber to come out I had mystery leak. My water bill went from $110 to $287 after the hurricane. My property mngr and I were here when Jose arrived. He was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions. Im very Impressed with this young man he found the leak within an hour and fixed it. I would definitely recommend this company and Id ask for Jose Lopez if you do need them.Thanks so much

    Service and communication was a 10. Dan Sanchez was professional, and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend them. However, their pricing is a little on the high side. The fact that they wont quote an estimate over the phone was a little awkward. They said they have a flat rate for each job. But they are professional, and I have no complaints.
