Devoted Restoration came out the day after Hurricane Helene passed causing some minor water damage at our property. They were prompt, professional and very efficient. They immediately sprang into action to help us dry out. They came back daily for a few days to check on the progress and we were done after a few days. We highly recommend using them. They did an excellent job. Carlos and Alberto, in particular, were friendly and very helpful. And Tony, their manager, was also very pleasant and easy to work with.

Had a leak in all the rain last week. Devoted Restoration sent out 3 of their best employees to remove all the damaged drywall. Jovani, Josh and Carlos did a great job. One of the goals of Devoted Restoration is to provide their customers with outstanding and courteous services from their staff. Justin, Luis, and Carlos did just that!When I called, the company was able to send a group out within the hour. These men were friendly upon arrival! They were extremely kind while cleaning up and identifying the problem. They took the time to explain my options, give advice, and ensured my home was taken care of. They were quick to work and completed the job with care! They then took the time the following day to come back and check on everything! It was amazing. I am grateful for their amazing customer service and skill! When you call for assistance in your home, ask for these 3! They are a winning team!

Wow! When you are in a crisis “oh my gosh what is happening” situation when you get home and there is water pouring out your front door - these are the guys!! Josh, Carlos and Justin showed up in no time… and helped clean up all the flooding water and get all the dryers and dehumidifiers set. The next day we had another crew including Luis to adjust all the fans and do their moisture check. They were so great as we were trying to keep us calm as we were trying to figure out what to do next.

I had a leak in my unit and called Devoted first thing in the morning. Tony, Justin and Luis were there within one hour. Found the source, and put in dryers and dehumidifiers immediately. Justin and Luis came in every day to read the moisture levels and see if progress was being made, and showed up at the exact time they had promised the day before. These guys are extremely professional and when you call the office, you always get a live person with a positive attitude. I cant thank these guys enough! I will forever recommend Devoted to all of my friends and family.

I called devoted restoration when I had a water leakage from a valve to my washing machine. They responded to my home in less than 30 minutes, assessed the situation, and gave me their recommendations. They had to remove baseboards and install seven fans and a dehumidifier to dry out four rooms, including one with wall-to-wall carpeting. The team of Alberto, Lewis and Justin and their supervisor, Tony, did an excellent job. Not only where they prompt, but also professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who had a water problem, or for that matter any other home issue that needed professional attention.

We experienced a pipe break in the ceiling above our master bedroom closet and found it on a Sunday morning. Following a visit from United Plumbing to fix the pipe, Alberto and Nate from Devoted Restoration came over quickly the same day (even though it was Sunday) to clean up the water damage. They did a great job cleaning everything up and setting out the drying fan. We were dried out quickly with no mold growth because of their prompt action. Once the area was found to be dry, Jamey came over to give us an estimate to repair the closet area. We were very pleased with this company. We will post an additional review once the reconstruction has taken place.

We had a hot water heater explode in the garage of the house we rent, just before Christmas. We went to Alabama for Christmas, and when we returned, the back wall of the garage was covered with mold. The containment was started and mold tests were performed. The drywall was replaced and painted recently. The team member that really went the extra mile for us was Nate Wheatley. He was the person who explained the process and fixed the wall garage door opener, which had a corroded connection. I am completely satisfied with the project when it was completed.

We recently had a small leak in our roof that led to a wet carpet in one of or master closets and mold in some of the baseboards. The team of Cayden and Damian were dispatched in less than half an hour after I called the company. Gone 5 hours and we came home and found our condo flooded from a leaking hot water tank in the unit above us. Our property management company recommended we call Devoted. Devoted’s staff came quickly, set up numerous giant fans and a couple of dehumidifiers throughout our home. When the insurance adjuster called he said he can delay his visit because he has worked with Devoted before and we did what he would suggest. Damian and Winston treated our home as if it were their own. Four days have passed and most of our place is dry. A couple of spots will have the blowers for one more day to be sure everything is dry.

Had a sink overflow problem that spilled over onto hardwood. Called Devoted Restoration. They offered to send emergency service within an hour. Very prompt arrival and thorough inspection. Cayden and Damian were the inspection and evaluation team. They were professional and efficient and well-equipped to make a complete assessment. They showed me where a small problem existed and suggested corrective action. The most surprising thing: there is no charge for the evaluation. Their office will call with suggested action and cost estimate, should I wish to pursue the matter further.I would recommend this firm for prompt response and giving an honest assessment.

This company is absolutely top notch. I recently had flooding in my home from a broken water heater. I was fortunate that I was referred to Devoted. From the first phone call that I made (I spoke with Jamie, one of the owners), all service was prompt, courteous, professional. I needed everything from the initial mitigation service with having baseboards immediately removed and large fans/dehumidifiers placed to the final process of painting walls. Doug was my go to person and he handled everything for me including the estimate, communication with his team, and check endorsement from my insurance company. He made sure I felt free to reach out to him at any time with questions and he kept me updated continually. Chelsea helped me with scheduling for all repairs and made the process easy for me and my schedule. Tony and Tim came out to replace baseboards- were right on time and had the job done more quickly than anticipated with excellent work. Leo and his team came out to paint- again every day on time and really went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly. Then the icing on the cake- Kelly came out and cleaned following all work being completed and she was wonderful! I feel so thankful for all of these people and the work that Devoted does. The communication throughout was so timely and the process was seamless. Truly made a bad situation for me so much better. Truly a testament to the owners that they have all of these wonderful people working for them- they all truly care about their customers!

Jason and his team were extremely polite and informative in what they were doing and what would come next. When a washing machine completely flooded one of our homes they had a team on site, after hours, in less than 30 minutes. They moved quickly and helped to ease our tenants anxiety. Attention HOA, Lcam/Cam, building managers and maintenance providers.We scheduled 10 AC unit change outs with company XYZ over this past weekend and started on Friday and ended lon Monday.Upon arrival Tuesday morning my heart sank as water was dripping from numerous places. You all know that feeling.I had met one of the owners of devoted restoration at a networking event in the past so I called to see if I could get any love... Boy did I.In 20 minutes I had Seth and Cayden from devoted restoration at my building. They were clean and presentable and asked to speak to the person in charge of this event. The front desk brought them to me and they immediately explained their process, had me sign the contract and we were underway!I asked them many questions and they answered every one of them. They seem to also care about their job, which is rare when you have people that young.. now that I think about it I should have tried to hire them. Just joking.Needless to say they attacked the event and walk me through any concern that I had and I dont care what company you hire today but please consider giving Devoted Restoration a chance.

I never leave reviews. But this was such a positive experience I felt I needed to. We had a water leak over the weekend. On Monday we called Devoted and asked them to come out to assess. They were there right when they said they would be and carefully surveyed the situation including an infrared scan. They determined that we had already done a good job of mitigation and gave us some additional advice. Best of all they didnt try to up-sell us on services we didnt need and didnt charge us anything for the visit. They were great. Wed definitely use them again - but hopefully we wont have to.

I was greeted on my recent return from the North to a water leak from the unit above me. Although the gentleman upstairs said he would make it right and pay for everything, I thought it important to contact my own homeowners insurance. When I did, the referred me to Devoted Restoration. I called and Jackson and Collen were at my place within an hour., They were able to detect the water behind the walls and well as see the stains. Carpeting had also gotten damaged and baseboard had to be removed. Then in came the blowers, a number of them. Jackson were professionals in every since of the word and were just as courteous from the word go. They were here right on the button every morning, even as early as 7 am as that is the time I had requested. I believe this is well ahead of the time they normally start. Good to see people work with you. I am very pleased with the work them and the work they did.

Going through the process of dealing with insurance adjusters and the landlord was extremely stressful and daunting – I’ve never been through this before! Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Ian but it wasnt leaking, or so we thought. About a week before the roofers were set to replace the roof, water leaked into the house through the roof and around a window. Stan and Tony responded the same day that I called to inspect the water damage. They concluded it was drying out nicely on its own and didnt need remediation work. I greatly appreciate their honesty and not charging an arm and a leg.

Seth and Cayden from Devoted Restoration came by my home today to uncover the source of a leak in the ceiling of my laundry room, which they did. The also professionally removed wet drywall and set up dehumidifying equipment in preparation for a plumber to fix the leak, and the drywall to be repaired. The were polite, efficient, quiet, and cleaned up very nicely. So far I am very pleased with Devoted Restoration.
