Ted is the technician who has been providing service to us most recently. We have moved 3 times in last twenty years and Cypress Plumbing has always moved with us so to speak. Ted is great.

Great interpersonal skills, organized and super helpful - she - & Tammy - make my life so much easier. They are a real pleasure. Blake and the other techs are professional, personable and get right in there and get the job done. Blake is so good explaining to me what the issues are, what he is doing and what I can do, as a homeowner, to extend the life of my plumbing or whatever I need to do to keep my plumbing in tiptop shape. Came to my house within 24 hours from the call. Chuck was polite and listen to me explaining the issue. He got it done faster than I thought. When he finished, he showed and explained what he did and why he did it that way. He also stay to make sure there were no more leaks. He cleaned up after he was done. I am very happy with Chuck and the work he did. I will use them again and will recommend them.

Randy from Cypress Plumbing came out and did a great job replacing my broken electric tankless water heater and installing the new one. He was very professional and quick you can tell he knew what he was doing and the price was extremely fair. We used this company after getting a 1k quote from best home services before hurricane Ian and then best home services quoted us the same job for 4K a week after hurricane Ian, price gouging us! We were so glad we called cypress plumbing their price was fair and they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need they just did what we hired them to do and Randy did an amazing job! Highly recommend them!

Cypress plumbing was AMAZING!! They came out the same day, came out when they said they were going to. Service was AWESOME! From the lady on the phone to the plumber that came out, they were all incredibly professional, polite and great all around. The plumber fixed my problem in no time and found 6 of roots in my pipes! Crazy! Super pleased with them!! i will refer everyone to them!

I called them 2 days ago, because I had no hot water in the kitchen. The lady in the office, Carol, was very friendly and professional. They send out Patrick, who came the same day in the afternoon and looked at the problem. Took pictures from the problem and explained me everything. We needed a new waterheater because it was corroded and a too small installed pump. Everything was done the next day and the price was ok, too. I only can highly recommend the company, great people, great service, thank you very much!

With two toilets, they each starting leaking a week apart. Cypress sent their men - Jeff and Tim (one each week). They were extremely professional and performed the repairs quickly. As a senior it is important to me that companies do not try and sell me products. Cypress does not. I will continue to use them.

Never could I appreciate at hot shower more than after Ian. Our home was still in a war zone when ‘Hercules’ Ted arrived. Single handed Ted work in tight quarters to remove and replace the battered old tank. As promised we had hot water by end of day.

My first experience with Cypress Plumbing will definitely not be my last. I initially contacted them regarding a cracked toilet tank. They set up an appointment to have it replaced within a week from my call. (Water to the toilet was shut off so it was not an emergency situation.) I also asked if their tech could check out my hot water heater that appeared to be leaking, which they agreed to take care of. Unfortunately, the very next day, the water heater gave out altogether. I immediately called Cypress and within one day they had Jackson not only take care of the water heater, but replaced the toilet as well.I was extremely pleased with the customer service afforded me by those at Cypress. Jackson was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And the cost was very reasonable.

My drains have been slow since I bought here 2 years ago. When the entire plumbing system started to overflow I decided to call a plumber; three to be exact si i could compare prices. Cypress was straightforward and knowledgeable, no high pressure sales and no mystery about their fees. I was worked into their schedule for later that afternoon. During the day the pressure buildup seemed to push out what was clogged because I heard a loud slurp and woosh sound followed by amazingly empty drains. I was on the fence about canceling the plumber and saving $ but was afraid if the problem reared itself again it would cost even more. So, Joe came around 5 and explained it had done just as I suspected, offered advice, collected his service charge and left.

Highly recommend. Superior service and good pricing.Cypress Plumbing was recommended to me when I had a plumbing emergency last year. They were great! and I have used them a few times for emergency type service- backups, etc. since. They are quick, do it right, and the price always seems more than fair. They just finished up again today at my home, on a list of things needing their expertise. I called them on Sunday, not expecting anyone to answer, to leave a message for them to get Monday morning. They actually answered on Sunday night! We scheduled it or Wednesday because I was having a new shower head shipped on amazon that was coming Tuesday. Shower head arrived early than expected on monday. So last night late, I left a message explaining the shower head was here early and they could come tomorrow, tuesday, if they wanted. They called me first thing this morning and said, sure, we can come this afternoon. I asked if they could call me when they were on their way... and they did. They do a superior job of communicating with their clients and techs. Thomas was great. He replaced the disposal and gave me some great tips on how to make it last. He also replaced a shower head, fixed the water pressure problem i had in the kitchen. He explained how I could PREVENT the water pressure issue from happening again. I really appreciated that. Apparently I packed too much stuff under the sink and it was crimping the line. He figured out a plumbing problem that No ONE(i tried) one has been able to solve since i bought this house a year ago. Its not worth explaining, but he solved it. He stayed late to finish some leaks i remembered I was having on my outside hose and also fixed the hose in the back that has never worked.Lengthy review, but I cant say enough good things about my experiences with this company. Contractors like this are hard to come by. I own a similar contractor/ construction business. We have been around 30 years and we still have our challenges. I have tried to implement changes to emulate the way Cypress Plumbing operates.
