Response time was perfect from the moment we made the phone to when they had a technician out to assist us when our air conditioning that stopped working. Cool nerds were able to come out diagnose the problem, provide a plan of action and provide us with a temporary cooling unit and tower repairs could be made the following day. Upon installing our new inside and outside units for our air conditioning. The technician ran into a few snags where he respectfully explained the situation and again provided a plan of action to be able to come out at later time to finish the work properly, but in the meantime was able to provide us with services. This was our first time having to install our complete air-conditioning units so relatively speaking I don’t know how comparable in prices, but they seem to be continuing to work with us with the prices that they charge, which is exceptional, especially for our family at this time.

Had a very good experience with this companys service. The service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions that I ask him. The response time was great. Was in my area within a couple hours of my call and within 2 days they had the necessary parts and installed. I would highly recommend this company and the service tech very friendly experience.

Would recommend them 100x over (and have!); both plumbing and AC work. The entire team from scheduling, to dispatch, to providing quotes and service performed are honest, reliable, kind and communicative. While there may be more affordable options, I trust the work performed, the products and the recommendations of the Plumbing Nerds team. They also came within 24 or less when I needed them. Dave, the technician, arrived on time. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with my A/C unit promptly. He made the necessary repairs and answered all my questions. Also, he helped us figure out ways to improve cooling in our home and offered various alternatives with the specific quotes.We have also used the company’s services for plumbing in the past and had a similar experience. I’m very satisfied with the service in the past and today.

We were very pleased with the quick response we got from Plumbing Nerds when we lost our air conditioning due to a collapsed air duct under our home because of a week of torrential rain. They came out in less than 2 hours from our call and explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. It was going to take a couple days to dry up the water to enable them to replace the duct. Any days without a/c in Florida is a real problem. We were totally surprised when Jackson, the rep told us he was going to the store to buy a window air conditioner for our bedroom so we could at least sleep comfortably. Alex and Tyler arrived before 8:00 am and got right to work and installed the new ducts in 3 hours and made sure everything was working and they cleaned up and removed everything. We would definitely recommend them.

The whole process was very professional. Initially we had some difficulty connecting and it had to with my phone but we finely got the issue resolved. Luis came on a Sunday morning introduced himself, wore gloves and shoe covers while in the house. We had a clogged toilet. He explained everything he was going to do and within a half hour the problem was fixed. I would recommend the Plumbing Nerds.
