Very friendly and informative of the procedure and what needed to be completed. Made sure the repair was completed to my satisfaction. We already had a request in to replumb the house and they will credit todays repair from the complete replumb! We are going to have the entire house replumbed with you shortly!

Called these folks for an estimate on a new hot water solution. They responded within fifteen minutes and had a tech at my door the very next morning. The tech was very professional and extremely thorough in laying out all the options for my needs. I cannot say enough positive about this company. They are extremely honest and straightforward. Seems fantastic to experience old school honesty and straightforwardness in 2024There are so many dishonest companies in SW Florida and I am here to tell you these people are not! Firstly please note that I am not in the service industry but a frequent user of services and I am providing my sincere assessment based on personal contact. The service agent named Keith was thoughtful, prompt, courteous and proficient. The office, dispatcher and receptionist (Theresa, and others) were professional, friendly and excellent listeners who responded to my electrical problem expeditiously- resolving the issue at a reasonable cost. I fully and enthusiastically recommend them because I recognize not only the value placed in their customers but the excellence they seek to achieve with their customers. CoHarbor is exemplary as to what a company in the service industry should be. My water heater stopped heating and I knew immediately who to call Coharbor Plumbing.Alex Pereira was the plumber that came to fix my problem. He was courteous and professional. Alex diagnosed the problem with the water heater (a corroded and broken element). The corrosion was so severe, I asked Alex to install a new hot water heater.Alex did a fantastic job! Now I have a new water heater and a new friend in the plumbing business.
