    Dakota was upfront and honest with me and never tried to “up sell” me. Such a great and reputable man and I got the same feeling from the company when I called for a service call. Great company and terrific service man. So happy, and nothing like the plumber I called last year. I found my go to plumbing company and I am thrilled. Go to their website and read their approach to service. They don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. He let me know my situation was minor and how to handle this going forward. I so appreciated my experience today. Please give them a call.

    Marvin Coney did a great job replacing the tub faucet/drain fixture in one bathroom and also installed a new cartridge in the on/off faucet in the shower in a second bathroom.He explained everything clearly, was very neat, and timely. Thank you!!

    Original had Mister Sparky here for electric issues. started having a well issue afterword. We called Benjamin Franklin because of their business relationship. Marv came out and was great with us giving us temporary water till our contracted plumber showed up. Hes a good man and gave us a very positive experience.

    Marvin is an excellent employee. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and conscientious. He is an asset to the company. Very pleased with his work.We have used them to replace 2 toilets and 2 vanities and we were very pleased. Rod, Thomas and Marvin did a great job in a timely manner.We have used them for outdoor clogged underground issues and Thomas did a fantastic job. He is an excellent employee and represents his company well. He is knowledgeable and thorough and communicated with us throughout the job.Highly recommend these employees.     I am so pleased with the job that Marvin did at my farm. This is the busy Christmas season and I was so afraid that installing a new water heater would seriously cut into my schedule.     Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Willing to go up and beyond to assist. Came out while he was Christmas shopping with his family to address an earlier plumbing install.     Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is very impressive. The technician, Dakota, was very knowledgeable and straightforward. They were punctual and communicative. I have interacted with several other companies in scoping out a major plumbing project and they are by far the best (especially Dakotah). He explained the warranty, the company’s maintenance plan to include annual visits by the BF team to ensure the product’s optimum performance in the future. Very nice, easygoing individual who didn’t hesitate to answer my or my wife’s questions. I will highly recommend him and BF to my neighbors.

    Excellent service! Was notified by water company that there was a leak which we couldn’t find. Even though it was a Saturday, BFP was able get a tech out that afternoon. Dakotah Simmons was able to find the problem in the toilets and offered several options for repair or replacement and will be out tomorrow (Sunday) to replace the toilet. Price was reasonable and service was great.

    We arrived back in Punta Gorda after Milton and found we had no water because the piping from the street to our home had been damaged. Luckily we had turned the water off before we left so there was no water damage. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing after hours but they had someone out to replace our damaged piping by 9:15 pm as promised. Brandon was very thorough explaining what he was doing and was able to complete the job in a couple of hours! He had one additional portion of the project to finish because he needed a part he didn’t have. A day later he called in the morning and said he would be by to complete the work in a few hours and as promised he called ahead to let us know he was in his way and once here finished the work in less than 30 minutes. He reinforced the 2 year warranty on the work guaranteed by the company and was on his way to his next job! We were very pleased with Brandon and BFP and happy they got our water on so quickly!

    Second time around, seem to have done the job right and in a professional and courteous way. Ill give it a few hours and make sure theres no leaks in the faucet which Im pretty sure there will not be and then Ill seal up the hole in the wall and, call it a job well done.
