Excellent service! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had two separate issues. The first was solved within two minutes of him looking at it. The second portion of the job was finished within 40 minutes.The plumber was CJ and he was extremely friendly and he even helped me carry in delivery boxes off my front porch.It was refreshing to have such great prompt service! I highly recommend this firm.

On Wednesday Dec 11th 2024 my wife and I woke up to start our day and realized our shower wasnt working. We went to google to look for a plumber we called several places and either they did not answer or they where answered by a AI chat . We where able to get a hold of 1 Tom Plumber I believe we called them right around noon . The person that answered the phone was able to get us an appointment that same day. 2 hours later we received a text that Dave would be at our house shortly. Dave showed up and was extremely helpful and understanding. We described the issue we where having and he diagnosed it immediately. We also told him about not being able to shut the water off at the house and he said he could do that to. Dave put up with our annoying dogs and had a great demeanor and was very understanding. The explanation of the pricing and work to be done was outstanding. I forgot to mention he also was stuck out in the rain while he fixing the shut of valve for the house. I would recommend David and 1 Tom Plumbing to everyone. Being a Sales Manager myself I really appreciate great customer service and this team knocked it out of the park. Mike W
