    I was in a tight spot, my sink was leaking and the faucet wouldn’t turn on. I called West End and they told me they’d be at my house in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later Johnny arrives. He was super pleasant and very professional. We had great conversations and he fixed everything so quick. The price point was extremely fair and the quality was amazing. Whether you supply them with what you have or they supply you it will still be amazing. Johnny if you’re reading this I really appreciate everything you did. I can’t compliment you and the company you’re with enough. If I could give you 6 stars I will. If anyone asks for a plumber or an ac company, West End will always be my recommendation.     This is the third or fourth time I have used West End Plumbing. They promptly came out when I called. I had a shower cartridge that needed replacement and they needed to special order a part. Once they had the part, they came out and did the job. There were pieces of the old one stuck in the valve, and the plumber went above and beyond to get them out of there. He kept going when others would have given up. Very much appreciated. Thanks very much to the West End Plumbing team!

    West End plumbing delivered impeccable plumbing service to our home.Provided us with knowledge about how to fix and care for our plumbing. The initial diagnosis was a leaky pipe which they would have to tear apart our wall to replace the piping. Mike though saw it was new piping, ran a bunch of tests which saved us over a thousand dollars as there was no leak and didn’t have to tear apart out wall. So thankful for that.Didn’t charge us for anything we didn’t need.Punctual for service.No gimmicks.Star service and will use again!!Mike and Justin were professional and very thorough.

    After I noticed a leaking problem in my garage, I called West End Plumbing for help largely because of the many positive reviews in their website. They sent Mr. Mike Russow to detect the root causes of the problem, which turned out to be much more serious than initially thought: the leak was from the pipe that connected the two hot water tanks in the house, one in the garage and another in the attic over the other side of the house. Part of the pipe was even buried deep inside the concrete wall. Mike spent nearly two days, searching and pinpointing the source of the leak followed by blocking the problematic pipe and re-routing new pipes to my house. I am very satisfied with his job and impressed by his plumbing knowledge and professionalism. If I encounter plumbing problems in the future (hopefully not), I will not hesitate to contact him again.

    Sooo Happy! We called this company yesterday morning and spoke with Adam and sent pictures. Not only was Adam able to get Plumbers out that afternoon but the Plumers (Peter and Mike) were able to fix it on the spot. They had the shower control valve, they had sodering equipment, etc. They didnt have to order something and it will be in soon All three of them were professional, friendly and efficient.If you are looking for plumbing work, give them a call and see for yourself how good they are.     We had a new kitchen sink put in 3 months ago, and we were surprised when we had a flood from under the sink. It was NOT done by West End. Apparently a pipe was not glued as it should have been. I looked on our community FB page for plumber recommendations and several recommended West End Plumbing. They were responsive, came within 2 hours of my call, Gary Brown redid the plumbing, which looked a lot better then the original work done by someone else. We are West End customers from now on!     We had a toilet that was not working properly. For the first time I called West End and got the office on the phone and not some call center. Jane, who answered the phone, was very understanding and helpful and she scheduled an appointment for the next day.I received a confirming call in the morning and service person Johnny arrived as specified. He was pleasant, professional and meticulous. He wasnt going to leave until the toilet was working perfectly. The work was good and the price was fair.This was our first experience with West End and it wont be our last.

    Great experience with West End Plumbing. Thought I had a leak in the hot water pipe coming out of my water heater and going into the garage ceiling. After a very thorough inspection by the technician it was determined that it was condensation from the recent cold snap. Great job by West End. Prompt Courteous Professional and very skilled employees. Highly recommend.10-24-24. Another great job by West End Plumbing! Mike replaced a hose bib outside and the cartridge in the mixing valve of my master bathroom shower. Both are working better than they were when originally installed! Thank you Mike and West End!

    A+ Service from West End....I know how frustrating it can be to find good honest tradesman. NOT EASY TO FIND these days. Especially when you are looking for professional and honest feedback. I want a company that will tell you what you should do and you shouldnt do and recommend what work REALLY needs to be done. I had two really great Plumbers Corey and Gary who completed a reroute of the main water pipe into my home as well as installing a new hot water tank. They were curtious, respectful and totally professional and kept me updated as to the work they were carrying out. THANK YOU! Corey and Gary!Now they are not the cheapest plumbers but if you want everything you would expect in great service and peace of mind. You certainly get it from West End.     Our house needed all new pipes and we didnt know where to start. A friend recommended West End Plumbing so I requested an estimate from them and another company. Both estimates were comparable in price, but not the service. West End walked me through all the work that would be done, potential problems that could come up as well as things that may go in our favor. They returned my calls timely and right away I knew Id be in good hands. When the crew got there (on time by the way) they were professional, explained everything that they were doing, showed us the progress and answered every question/concern I had. They finished the job earlier than first discussed, which was key because we couldnt move into the house until the work was done. They were mindful of our home and obviously take great pride in their work.I highly recommend this company, from Randy and Adam in the office to Cory, Mark, Justin and the rest of the crew that jumped in. It was such a relief to find a company you can trust to be there when they say they will and do a quality job.

    First off, West End Plumbing offered us a very competitive price. Customer service was very good. Mike and Justine, who came to install a new Rheim Water Heater to replace the old one in our condo, were on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. They were meticulous and studious in keeping things clean and ordered from start to finish, and in putting down a tarp along the path into our kitchen so as not to dirty our floors. They did an excellent job cleaning the built in tray to our water heater. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions and, at the end, Mike arranged with the city the day for our inspection. They charged us exactly what we were told it was going to cost. No hidden fees or costs. They were scrupulous in cleaning up before they left. We will use West End Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

    The punctuality, professionalism and quality of work performed by West End Plumbing was exceptional.From the beginning, they were honest and upfront of the work that needed to be completed to resolve my issue. I called and left a message and was contacted the same day. I explained the specifics of the problems I was having at my home and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and put me on the schedule for the next day. Cost for work completed was very reasonable. It took two visits for the completion of my work. On the first day Mark came and explained what he need to do to get the job done and the best way to do it. He was very professional and explained every step of the project. The next day Ted came in to complete my second project. He clearly explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix the issue.     I called West End Plumbing because I needed to replace my water heater. They provided a quote on the phone which was very reasonable, and we scheduled an appointment. The morning of the appointment, they called in the morning to confirm the time window, and then again when the plumber was on his way. Excellent communication. The plumber who did the job was professional, friendly, and did a nice, neat job. Everything looked good when he was finished. He was helpful and answered all of my questions.     West End Plumbing are the best! I called this morning, it was non-emergency, but low water pressure. They were super nice with my initial phone call and then called me back to schedule for same day! By the time Gary arrived (yay! They could even come earliert than expected) he checked the water valve outside and discovered the problem. Let me tell you, they were so awesome with communication and working around a couple minor scheduling things. Problem fixed, and I only paid the service fee.     Water heater replacement - Excellent job start to finish. Appointment process was easy, they handled everything with my condo association.     I received service the same day I called. Although it was an emergency to me, it was not an urgent emergency. I could not use my kitchen sink and had to turn the water off from underneath. I was pleasantly surprised for the timely response and professional service from Mike R who was the tech that came to my home.     We had a water leak underneath our very old water heater. We called West End Plumbing and spoke to the girl at their local office. She was very friendly and guided us through the process of getting someone out to diagnose the problem and install a new water heater. I had some technical questions, so she put the owner, Adam, on the line. Adam was very helpful and even gave us his personal number in case I had any additional questions. After answering all of my questions, Adam himself, set up an appointment for his plumbers to come out and replace my water heater that same morning. Who does that these days?Two very professional plumbers, Joe and Gary, showed in less than two hours. They determined that the water leak could be coming from the wall, not the heater. After some wall removal, they found a pipe behind the wall that was corroded and leaking. Joe and Gary were very knowledgeable in explaining how the repair would be done. They quickly went to work, repaired the leak. Because the heater was so old, we still replaced it. They did a great job! Very clean installation - welding and pipe work was professionally done, A+. Great company! We would definitely recommend them.

    My technician, Gary Brown, arrived on time, was professional and courteous through out the whole time he was here. I had three areas that I had requested an estimate on.     I can not say enough on how professional and quick these plumbers are. We had a serious back up in our main drain and they were here within an hour. Marc came out and he was awesome.     Had a not so handyman come to my house for some repairs. He went on to break my main water valve to my house and make the leaking spikettte on the side of the house worse.     I’ve been using this company for over 8 years. They are always on time, professional and fair in price. I recently had a pipe leak under my home, which required a leak detection to be performed. Pete and Gary are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The actual repair will be performed at a later date due to scheduling conflicts on my end. However, they made sure I would be functional to maintain my daughters needs while pending the repair. I recommend them time and time again.

I feel good knowing that I’m getting top notch work that is done right the first time, and the workers are always so nice and personable.     Fast service. We called at 9, were told that wed have someone out same day, between 1 and 3. Our service rep got here at 12:35, early. Had us diagnosed pretty quickly, and hot water heater was replaced by days end. Theyre also taking care of the important but less emergent pipe issues in the bathroom and well have a camera diagnosis tomorrow for them. Everyone has been efficient, extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable and Id far rather someone be early than someone be kept waiting for hours where service is considered. My only worry is that the service reps kept turning down fluids when offered. Its HOT out there today!Update: Even with the hot water heater replacement (which after 36 years of service did need replacement), there was also an issue with the pipes, which was suspected by our handyman any myself for some time, and the parents thought if they ignored it, it would go away. Again, West End saved us, quickly, professionably, and reasonably. The piping work that needed to be done was done quite a bit below what they estimated the cost would be. West End has been amazing to us, and we will continue to use them.

    I walked into the garage to find water on the ceiling and immediately called West End Plumbing. They quickly came out found a plumbing leak coming from the manifold that takes water from the water heater and branches off to the rest of the house. The initial contractor designed it improperly which led to a failure. They were able to come out the same day and make the repair properly...the way it should have been the first time. This company is professional, clean and their owner and employees have the experience to handle any of your plumbing needs. They also now service air conditioners if you are in need of a tune-up.

    Amazing service.. gave me a window of time and then the technician called before the appointment.. he was so efficient because my toilet was leaking.     We were experiencing palmetto bug infestation over many weeks and could not figure out how they were getting into one of our bathrooms. We had a new roof recently installed.Peter Bradshaw was able to efficiently conduct a smoke test and lowered a camera down through a stack on the roof. He located the break in a pipe behind one of the walls and was able to fix it quickly. The pipe had got dislodged from the work done by the roofers. Peter was very pleasant and professional to work with - he shared a video and pictures of the break.I waited a few days before posting this review to ensure that our problem had been solved. Happy to report that we have not had any palmetto bugs since Peter fixed the pipe joint. Thanks very much West End Plumbing!

    I had a leak at the main outside water supply pipe. They replaced and repaired the leaky portion with new PVC pipe and new copper pipe. Additionally, I had an outside garden hose faucet that was old and leaking. They removed and replaced the faucet with a new one. Don, the plumber was an excellent craftsman, not a handyman. But then we had some issues with the city gas company (city gas employees who didnt know that there is new technology beyond the 1970s) and wouldnt turn the gas on.     We are weeks away from selling a home when we noticed the water heater started leaking. Oh My... The garage walls and floor had been painted and was ready for the sale. Mike, the young man that did the water heater replacement, took great care in doing the change-out without any harm to the work that was had been accomplished to the inside of the garage. Mike was polite and informative about exactly what he was doing. When he finished, there was no evidence he was even there EXCEPT for the newly installed water heater. My thanks to Mike.

    We will give the highest possible recommendation of West End Plumbing to everyone! We had a very complicated plumbing issue in our home and we were lucky enough to find West End Plumbing through a Google search. We spoke to Adam (the owner) on the phone and he patiently discussed the problem with us. Gary Brown came to our house with Patrick early in the morning and he evaluated and diagnosed the problem with great professionalism and accuracy. He explained the problem to us and he patiently told us how he would fix it. He spent many hours at our house and would not give up until he fixed it that very same day. Gary went far above and beyond our expectations and would not stop until the problem was completely repaired. It was tremendously apparent how much he cared about doing a great job and fixing everything perfectly. It was an extremely complicated plumbing issue and I am sure most plumbing companies would not have the knowledge or expertise to have done that kind of repair. Gary has since done other plumbing repairs in our house with the same skill and professionalism. Thank you so much Gary, Patrick, and West End Plumbing for fixing the problem for us. Thank you Adam for giving us so much time and discussing all this with us on the phone on a weekend. You have customers for life!

    The Plumber, I think his name is Joe, very courteous and kind in explaining my situation. He gave me two options to repair.I had water leak outside my villa caused by tree roots. The next day two Plumbers came out and fixed the leak within three hours. They were expensive, but what plumber is inexpensive? I would have given them five stars had they come out first thing in the morning. The water meter with the city kept running.

    I called them to switch out and install a new kitchen faucet. Wasnt sure if I would need new angle stops. Gary Brown, the plumber, evaluated the stops and they were fine, so he installed the faucet. He was professional, courteous and explained everything in plain language so a lay person could understand. Highly recommend west end plumbing for their honesty, professionalism, responsiveness and fair pricing.

I want to especially thank Gary, Russo, Mike Jr., and Junior for being efficient, diligent, thorough, informative and cordial during a long and complex visit with many plumbing jobs. As well, I want to thank the owner of the business, Adam, for being accessible, efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and my particular plumbing job. This is the only plumber I will use from now on! Also, BTW, West End now has an HVAC division, who also did excellent work in making our AC/heat work after two other companies were unable to do so.     I had a kitchen renovation done and needed my sink connected and faucet installed.I called the day after Labor Day (day after our hurricane scare) fully expecting to leave a message on an answering machine as nothing was open. To my shock I had Tech Gary Brown at my home in less than an hour. Even with the problems from my granite contractors Gary did a magnificent installation and anchored my dishwasher along with a new garbage disposal. All at a very fair price. I am so pleased, do yourself a favor, call West End if you need ANY plumbing done.

    From the 1st call, thru the completion of the hot water heater installation EVERYTHING was done so professional. When they said we will be there at 4:00, we got a call at 3:40 saying our installers will be there in 20 mins, sure enough they were. The two installers worked great, everything done right and they cleaned up behind themselves. They took the time to explain what they did, explained the warranty and 18 months no interest financing helped greatly. If I could give them 10 stars plus I would. I am highly recommending this company. Thank you West End Plumbing, you are a great example of customer service, with professionalism and quality work.
