I have been undergoing such stress and frustration because my kitchen sink hasn’t been working no matter what I try to do. However that all changed once J showed up at my doorstep. Let me first say that I never have any luck with plumbers because I always end up having to wait the entire day for them to show up, not J though! He showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and he brought such a wonderful and positive attitude inside my home. He reassured me that he will fix it and make sure it stays fixed. He was such great company and fixed everything in such a timely manner. He exceeded himself in professionalism! I have never encountered such a wholesome person through a time of frustration. I will never call anyone that isn’t him to welcome into my home!!

These folks are top notch! I used them to replace the cast iron pipes in my yard, they came in dug under the house and replaced everything.Now I found a leak in one of the walls (separate issue), called them up their techs were out in an hour diagnosing and giving me options. I went with a replumb the house (old copper everywhere) and they said theyd replace the stacks at the same time.These company is my go to plumbing service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Consider this a 6-Star review. If there were a Hall of Fame for plumbing companies, Fort Lauderdale Plumber would be there. We are a busy restaurant that opens 7 days a week. We are non-stop from 8AM to 4PM and then the usual 2 hours of cleaning procedures when the dish pit is at its max. So when it was time to have clogged pipes, they got clogged with attitude!! We called 4 different companies that proudly advertise themselves as 24/7, Fast response, bla, bla, bla stuff. That was on Saturday Aug 6th after 2PM. No answers, whatsoever, from the bla, bla, bla guys.On Sunday 7th at 9AM I sent a message to Ft Lauderdale Plumber and Tim (the owner) called me in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!! The job performed? Fast, clean, friendly, quintessential. Tim sent David and then Tim himself joined the call of duty. That is how you do business. They even tipped our staff (good tip, indeed) for food and drinks we gave them at no charge. Whom ever gives less than 3 stars reviews for companies like Ft Lauderdale Plumber is out to destroy reputations. We get those aliens too.THAT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO.Mainline Plumbing bought Ft Lauderdale Plumbing. Now is extremely expensive. We paid $550 to fix the syphon under a small handwasing sink and ONE O-ring on a dual faucet. Some changes make us do the same, change

He even helped us when he noticed that there was a problem with the sink that we had installed ourselves. He corrected the problem and made sure that everything functioned perfectly for us. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. Well worth 5 stars and more. I had a recurring problem with slow drain. Tim sent a camera down, unclogged the pipe and then spend 45 minutes with me determining how to solve the recurring problem. Our house was built in 1946 so finding where the pipes were was challenging. Tim found a way to use our crawl space eliminating the need and expense of digging up my property. I had 2 other plumbing contractors who quoted us upwards of $10,000 that included digging up my yard and driveway. Neither of these contractors even wanted to consider using the crawl space alternative. Hmmmm!!! Tim and his crew took 3 hours to replace the pipes and the bill was $1800. Done and Done.

I contacted Fort Lauderdale Plumber to install a replacement toilet that I had ordered myself. It was a Duravit one-piece toilet, so it was very heavy. I used Fort Lauderdale Plumber because they had done very satisfactory job replacing my ceiling-mounted rainfall showerhead the month before. The company sent the same plumber, Andrew Krobatsch, as they had sent to me last time to replace the showerhead. Andrew did another amazing job! He was able to remove the old heavy one-piece toilet and efficiently install the new heavy one-piece toilet all by himself, as well as clean up the work area and take away the old toilet. I am a very satisfied customer; Andrew did a five-star job! I highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Plumber for your plumbing needs.

I really should have listened to other reviews.--Charged double the price than another plumbing company I hired afterward who did a much better job than them.Tbh, if they could do a decent job, I dont mind they charge more, but they provided low-quality faucets, left the job unfinished until I asked the plumber to fix/finish;--Bad attitude, playing two-faced to me and my husband. Disgusting;--Showed up late (more than 1 hour) every time they came;--Left tools and trash here and there in the house*They charge $75 initial consultation fee, if you decide to move on with them, they promise to credit to the total charge. Thats a lie. They didnt credit me.Fortunately, I found another plumbing company to fix the pipes, install the vanity and toilet who charged half of the price and finished the job in 1.5 hours, and even took out the trash.#contrast

We are so happy with Fort Lauderdale Plumber. We noticed that our water bills were unusually high. After the city sent out someone to look at our meter, it was determined that we had a leak somewhere in our home. I did an internet search for Leak Specialists, and found these guys. They came out promptly with special equipment that helped them to narrow down where the leak was. All I could envision were my floors being chopped up and walls being smashed. To my delight, they were so neat and clean. They only had to make a hole on an outside wall leading into the townhouse, and one behind the washing machine and refrigerator. They patched up everything and I will only have to paint the outside wall, since the other two holes are not visible. They take extra care, so as not to destroy your home. In addition, both Tim & Angel could not be nicer more professional guys. We definitely recommend Fort Lauderdale Plumber.
