There are no words to express how happy I was with the help I got from the Fort Lauderdale Plumbing team. I received amazing same-day service for a plumbing issue that resulted in significant water damage to my home. Jason was the first technician to come at my residence, and he quickly located and resolved the plumbing issue. He followed him quickly and gave me the directions. He was really understanding and quick to respond to any of my questions. Following him were Dickson and Nadia, who had done all that was necessary to ensure that the water damage was stopped. They went above and above to ensure that everything was left in a clean and working state and that only the damaged pieces were removed. Each of these gentlemen was a friendly businessman. So I contacted another company for help with water hammer in my bathroom pipes. This guy arrived and repair that someone else would have to do it since he was too large to fit into my attic. So I decided to phone Fort Lauderdale Plumbing and see what they would say.Drickson and Nadia arrived in the early hours of Saturday morning. Talked with me, listened to my worries, and knew how to fix the problem in seconds. They charged me less than a tenth of what the other company attempted to charge and even guided me through everything he needed to accomplish. This organization should be really pleased with the two men they have working for them. They were friendly, courteous, understanding, and extremely educated.Calling them was the best decision I could have made. These folks and this company have gained a customer for life.

I cant say enough about Fort Lauderdale Plumbing excellent service. We suspected a leak in our upstairs bathroom because we heard a loud dripping noise. On the first effort, Dickson was able to identify the exact cause and location of the problem. It turned out to be a loose pipe rubbing against another pipe, and he had to drill a hole in the ceiling downstairs to secure it.

I highly suggest Fort Lauderdale Plumbing. Water heater ordered online was delivered with a large dent/damage, which was not detected until the box was opened. Online companies are not helpful. Nadia performed his magic, contacted the manufacturer and getting us a new one! Their plumbers arrived with a replacement water heater and completed an excellent job installing and replacing old PEX non-code hot and cold lines. During the same trip, we also installed a new bathroom faucet. This was my third work with Fort Lauderdale Plumbing, and I will only use them. We prefer them over the previous plumbers since they do a better job and are more helpful.
