    Called Terry’s Plumbing today around 11 to see if they had availability to snake our line since one of the bathrooms was backed up. Angela was great and said Yes but wouldn’t be til the afternoon. 1pm she calls back and says technician was en route. Mark showed up and was patient as I had to put the dog away. I explained the issue as I had already troubleshot the recurring problem and knew our pipe layout from previous work. He was kind enough to honor pricing from another plumber that had done the job for us previously. Mark was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the clog. I would absolutely call Terry’s Plumbing again and recommend.

    We had a backup. Another plumber came out first. That plumber charged us $749 for a snake and camera. He said that we had a break and needed to replace the pipes. He refused to give us a copy of the video or a written estimate. We called Terrys for a second opinion. He charged us $400 for the same work (the backup had already reoccured) but also gave is a copy of the video and a written estimate. He didnt find a break, which was supported by the video. He also recommended replacing the pipes, though. Backup has not reoccurred.

    Now, when you need service really fast like in an emergency, I was so lucky to have Casey from Terrys plumbing come to my apartment and fix my water leak. He installed the water heater in the morning and left and then all of a sudden I had an emergency with my bathroom sink with a water leak underneath my bathroom sink so he took the time to go back out to shop for my faucet and came back the same day to install a new faucet and to fix my leak. He’s very dependable. He knows his craft and the staff is outstanding very friendly and personable. I will be calling him again when I need more plumbing! Again Casey thank you so much for everything. I really appreciate it.

    I have been using Terrys plumbing since May. My most recent visit inspired me to write this review.Monday I called Terrys to have a new shower installed. I had researched what would be required, and thought there was only one part of the job that my handyman could not do, involving what they call sweating the pipes. Of course, the new shower required much more skill and experience than I thought!I asked for an estimate up front for both the shower and to diagnose and repair a slightly leaky toilet.I was very happy with Coulton and Casey. They gave me a free estimate in my home and a package price that was more reasonable than pricing the toilet and the shower separately. They did the work that day. Casey, who was new to me, is a master plumber. He is very professional, and funny, and Colton was his usual helpful and friendly self. I would definitely recommend Terrys Plumbing to my friends and my neighbors.

    I see a lot of mix reviews but my experiance my experience was nothing but great! Casey came to check if the pipes needed to be changed for the main water tank. At first he thought that is what he will be doing but then he said let me try something...  After opening and closing the main valve a few times the problem was solved! Thank you Casey for being honest! I am looking forward to my master bathroom remodeling and hope that everything will go as nice and smooth. Will be posting an updated review after its done ;)

    Had very low flow in my sink and showers out of no where. We called Terrys Plumbing and they were available right away. Alex came to the house, checked my meter, the master valve and even the cut off valves and showed me it was likely the fixtures had debris from the lines. I changed all the fixtures over the weekend and he was spot on. I appreciate his honesty. Highly recommend.

    My hot water tankless system wasn’t working in my apartment and I called Terrys Plumbing this morning , first time, and within 45 minutes they’re here and made an assessment.The service man, Alex ,did a wonderful job, as he went and got the new hot water heater and installed it and was done promptly.He was professional, courteous, and competent.     Great service from Terry’s plumbing! Barry was awesome at helping me problem solve my issue and his instincts came in when there was a question on the power supply. I was very appreciative of that as it turned out that the wire in the wall would not have supported our existing tank, let alone the new one! Barry- Thank you again!     I have used Terrys plumbing multiple times over the 7 years that Ive lived at my current home and have never had an issue prior. This time my wife was at home to take care of the business. I wont go into detail about the issue that arose because I was not there and did not speak to the plumber directly nor did I speak to the person on the phone to schedule this service, but we were not able to come to an agreement to obtain their services for this visit. The service needed was a garbage disposal installation. We knew the garbage disposal wasnt working so the two options were either repair or replacement, I had already attempted to reset the disposal as Ive done before with success but this time it didnt work. That being said, I thought that this would be a simple task. Terrys plumbing called us the next day to ask how the service was and my wife expressed her dissatisfaction. They sent the plumber back to our home the following day to make it right. This time I spoke to the plumber. We were then able to come to an agreement and the installation was completed. This took about 15 minutes, as I expected it would because it was a simple job that I felt was basically a 1 hour service call. This would have been a 5 star if the first call out was handled the same way. I cant speak for everybody, but as a customer I have no problem paying a fair price for someone performing a service I could have done myself, because it frees up my time. I dont think this exchange should be unfair to the business or to myself as the customer. I only wish that contractors/service workers wouldnt try to take advantage of customers assumed ignorance. I will use Terrys again because of how they made this right.

    Received great same-day service from Michael within an hour of my call! He assessed the problem and was very knowledgeable. The drain stoppage and backup into my kitchen sink was cleared in no time. If youre looking for good work done at reasonable prices, call Terrys Plumbing.     The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient resulting in a great value for our project. I will definitely use Terrys for all future plumbing needs. This is the first time I have used Terrys. When I called the office the phone was answered immediately. Priscilla listened carefully to my description of the issue (needed to replace a kitchen faucet) and suggested that I send pictures of the issue and the type of faucet I wanted to make sure I had everything ready for the technician. She also suggested that I visit Nolands Plumbing supply to purchase a replacement faucet rather than a big box DIY store. This resulted in purchasing a much higher quality faucet for almost the same price. The technician did a great job. I couldnt be more pleased with every aspect of my experience with Terrys Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for all future projects.

    Terrys Plumbing might very well be the best plumbing company in South Florida. Ive used them three times now and they never disappoint. First, theyre on time - usually the same day you call. Second, the crew is fast, courteous, and thorough. And third, their prices are honest and fair.Master Plumber Steven, who carries the Encyclopedia of Plumbing around in his head, and his helper Mark spent the better part of 5/29/19 at my house replacing worn-out pipes in my laundry room. It was a complicated and tedious job, but this Dynamic Duo accomplished it with ease, and they actually left the place cleaner than when they started. Plus they were nice to my dog!So call Terrys. Youll be glad you did.

    I called Terry’s Plumbing to come out and look at a hose bib that was leaking.I am so glad I called and had a plumber come to look. Immediately the plumber knew something was not right with the weird angle of the pipe. He showed me the pipe and then came to the conclusion the wall needed to be broken open to access the hose bib water line.When the wall was opened up, the hose bib line in the wall had been previously twisted by someone prior with extreme force! It twisted the copper pipe in the wall. Luckily, it was not leaking!The plumber ran to Home Depot to grab a few parts, turned the water off to my house and fixed it entirely.I am so glad I called Terry’s Plumbing and not some handyman. I have been using Terry’s Plumbing for 15 years and they have never failed me. Casey (the plumber) is the man! Thank you!

    I called to request a bid to replace our sewer line, and my whole experience with them on the project has been terrific. Michael came out and talked me through what he thought was the best solution and answered all my questions. After we paid a deposit, he was in contact with me and daily.     I had called Terry’s plumbing regarding my water heater not producing hot water. The thing just stopped heating the water.It was on a Monday and after calling another plumbing service but getting an appointment date of Tuesday or Wednesday I very quickly called Terry’s plumbing and they were able to get one of their guys out within a couple hours.I thought I may need a brand new water heater being mine was at least 10 years old and know sometimes it’s better to get a new one than pay for a repair if it’s 10 years and more and I was ready to pay for one if needed.Jose showed up and quickly evaluated the situation and determined that I would NOT need a new water heater and that he could repair it to working conditions. I was elated. Extra Christmas cash for me.Jose was professional, honest, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He was a great representative of Terry’s plumbing and I highly recommend Terry for all your plumbing needs. They are a great American company!!

    Weve used Terrys on several occasions and they have always been reliable and trustworthy. On one instance we were not satisfied with the reinstallation of our toilet and I spoke with their Manager who was extremely understanding and helpful. I was impressed with how she handled the situation and kept it positive, immediately sending their Supervisor, Steve, to correct the situation. We were so pleased with Steves help that we will make sure to ask for him in the future. If you are in need of a plumber - use Terrys!

    I needed a plumber, went to google, first two I called I left a message, 1 did return the call, next 2 I called it was answered by the answering service. Then I called Terrys, right away I knew not only did they answer right away but the girl I spoke with knew plumbing.She sent Jose to my home that day, Can not say enough about Jose, he was knowledgeable, nice, polite. We ended up getting two new toilets, we purchased them and he came back the next day. Was right on time, again polite, and worked with no stops until the job was finished. Again he was polite, and knowledgeable. He cleaned up everything and offered to take the old toilets for us.While I hope I do not need a plumber again soon, I am so happy I found Terrys because if I do I have them to call and know they will be honest and fix my problem.Diana

    Called Terrys Plumbing for immediate help with our toilet not flushing and backing up into the bathtub. Waited all day to hear back from Landlord but no word on his end, neighbor lady been complaining for couple weeks that she has been having problems with toilet. Today right next door we started to have a problem without using the toilet but water not draining from taking a shower this morning. He sent a guy over 30 minutes later and took the plumber to Snake the Roof vent six times to get the sewer drain working. Thank you for the help.

    We had a massive overflow in our only bathroom at 7pm. We called Terry’s plumbing and they sent Michael over within about 20-25 minutes. He is the most knowledgeable and professional plumber we have ever hired. He cleared our line and detected the root cause of the problem. His suspicions were confirmed with a camera probe the following day. The prices were fair and honest. We highly recommend Michael and Terry’s plumbing. It is comforting to work with a company that goes above and beyond for its customers by not only fixing the symptom but also sourcing and repairing the cause.

    I called Terry’s after searching Google for a 100% clogged shower drain on a Friday about 6:45pm. I was greeted by a professional voice on the phone who took my information quickly and dispatched a tech.     I called Terrys Plumbing to clear a drain blockage. This company was the only company to give me a no-fuss estimate over the phone. On that basis alone, I was sold. Terrys also quoted me the best and most reasonable price of the various companies I contacted.Phil (the tech) came out to my house; he quickly and accurately assessed the situation and took care of the issue quickly.He gave me a great deal of knowledge regarding how to care for my pipes and how to avoid future blockages. He looked under the sink, knowledgeable enough to identify an installation issue that was causing a roach infestation. I really appreciated that tip as I have gone down many routes for clearing the infestation.After clearing the blockage, Phil helped me clean up the kitchen after his service call.In the end, the price was exactly as stated, with no games or tricks. I appreciate up-front and straightforward dealings like that.

    Terrys Plumbing was incredibly fast (we called and Dean showed up WITHIN the hour) - he was efficient and effective and figured out the issues with our dishwasher, and helped us figure out our hot water heater.     I called Terrys based on the positive reviews - I couldnt be more pleased! The receptionist was efficient and very nice on the phone. She scheduled someone for first thing the next morning. The plumber, Lamonte, was equally professional and helpful. He called before arriving and arrived in the time window designated... he took time to listen to the issues we were experiencing and offered several options for correcting the immediate issue as well as proposing preventative maintenance options we could pursue... normally this feels like a scam to pressure you to spend more money, but he was very knowledgeable and upfront with no pressure. Just the options. Very professional and reasonable in terms of cost (comparable to what weve paid previously with other plumbers but a much higher level of customer support and professionalism).

    Ive recently had service with a different plumbing company in Wilton Manors and they couldnt do anything for me as far as just trying to get the work done. It was only a small simple fixture repair, like re-tightening the shower handle, shower valve, and shower head. You would think for something so easy someone would come out, but nope that didnt happen. Instead, they tried to hit me with a bunch of quotes overseeing the repair. Only worrying about trying to take my money and not fixing the repair. How am I suppose to use my shower? If nobody wants to help me out. So, I decided to cancel the appointment and use another plumbing company. So, I called Terrys Plumbing who is based in Fort Lauderdale to try and assist my problem. They answered right away and immediately dived into resolving the issue without giving any quotes. It didnt even take long for the tech to arrive at my home. About 30min or so. Then, to top it all off...The tech was in and out in a hour. Super fast & efficient service. One of the best Ive had in a long time. Its difficult now & days to find a good plumbing company, since their are so many more out there. People are going to ask me Would I ever recommend Terrys Plumbing for service?. I say Of course, why wouldnt I? Thanks again guys for everything you have done for me. Amazing work! Highly recommend! I know who to call for any future service work.

    I highly recommend Terrys Plumbing!!! After calling 3 different places yesterday, because our normal plumber was not able to help us. Terrys Plumbing was able to provide same day emergency service. Donnie came out assesed and fixed our issue within an ahour. he was very nice, professional and actually stayed and cleaned up everything in the bathroom when he was finished.     I called Terrys because it was listed as a 24/7 emergency service. A water pipe in my kitchen burst and we need help immediately. I was referred to and contacted by a technician in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to come out for repairs due to issues with contacting the supply hub. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5. He was still very understanding and made sure that I would be seen first thing the next day. He was very professional and very informative about the repair and getting the damages fixed. Based off of my experience, I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

    This company is absolutely amazing. From the moment you call in to the office until the project is complete, they are all around outstanding. The young ladies in the office were very knowledgeable, polite, and quick to send someone out. The same day I called they were able to send out a clean cut, professional who not only fixed the problem but, explained everything he was going to do in detail (Im not a plumber so he even used comparisons to make it easier to visualize what actually had to go into the job).     Alex was extreme professional and polite. He was originally only scheduled to replace two faucets. While he was here asked if he could replace the spigot for the hose in the back yard. After checking with the office, he said that he could. He asked if I wanted to also replace the inlet valve. I told him to go ahead. While working on the new valve he found that the water line had a small leak. He showed me the leak and explained what options I had. He said he could repair the damaged section of pipe, but because the pipes were old galvanized pipes they might leak again, in another spot. We talked about what I could do,and I decided that it would be best if I replaced the entire line. A two hour job turned into a full days work. I would like to thank Alex for helping us. I will use Terrys Plumbing for any work I need in the future..

Then just recently, I kept noticing water under my sink and I couldnt find out where it was coming from.     I have worked with many plumbers as an interiors designer and have gone through a few, one I used for a long time, then things went south. I called Terry;s to come out with their sophisticated camera system after having 2 other plumbers snake the sewers. They found the problem gave me a great estimate, thinking it was a 3-4 hour job, theguys ended up at the site until 9pm calling the city and waiting for the 3 city trucks that arrive because of Michaels persistence. Both my husband and I were waiting for an adjusted invoice as the problem was a root growing from the street into our system ( city problem) They honored the quote, came back the next day to make sure things were done as he requested and I cannot be happier. 5 stars for the plumbing dudes!!

    I had a leak in the wall, My wife said call Terry Plumbing best thing she could have ever done. I called explained my dilemma and they gave me a time window which by the way was the same day.     Terry’s Plumbing is the best there is.They have been our go-to plumbers for close to ten years now and we have never had an issue with them.Their staff go above and beyond to assist with a small matter as well as guide us through the more complex issues.They recently assisted us in navigating a plumbing disaster that was caused by inexperienced plumbers hired by a neighbor that ended up damaging our plumbing lines that were originally installed by Terry’s Plumbing.     Five stars, BUT....I am giving them five stars because the woman who took my order on the phone was so nice, they arrived in less than an hour, and the plumber, Michael, was great. Price was reasonable, work done fast, no mess made. However, when it came time to pay the bill management informed Michael to add 5% to the credit card bill. Now, had I been informed of this before the work was done I would have had no problem with it. But in todays world I think Im pretty safe in saying at least 80% - AT LEAST - of people pay with credit cards; and since that number is so high it is not unreasonable for the company to assume that is what is going to happen, and thus inform the client BEFORE the job, not after. HOWEVER, THEY DID WAIVE THE FEE WHEN I MADE MY POINT OF VIEW CLEAR. Overall, I will definitely use them again if I need to. So there.

    It is the second time we have to call Terrys Plumbing to help us with plumbing issues at home. This time around the problem was major and needed it to be fixed immediately. As the first time, we call them and made an appointment within hours. The technician showed up on time and walks us through the problem, explained the possible options and time frame to fix it. Next morning, after a final assessment from Terry, the company owner, explained one more time our options and gave us a quote. The quote was fair considering the amount on work to be done.As we do with any other services to be done at home, we researched other options and prices before taking a final decision. I suggest everyone should do so as a practice of an educated consumer.The job was performed on time, under a professional setting, and completed up to city codes. I work in the Interior Design field, and dealing with contractors is an everyday task.We are planning on major renovations for the house, and this is the plumbing company we are planing on using for it.

    We called Terrys Plumbing on a Friday night at 11:00 pm after a blockage was causing water and sewage to back up into our shower. I was told someone would be arriving in about 45 minutes. I was skeptical, but to my surprise he arrived in 40 minutes, after calling to let me know he was on his way! He assessed the problem, had his equipment out and was on our roof within 5 minutes. After about an hour the blockage was removed. He was very thorough and efficient and, to our surprise, quite reasonably priced for an emergency call on the Friday night of a weekend holiday.     Unbelievable service!!! I had an emergency 12:30 on a Sunday , the women who answered phone sounded as if I called at 10am on a weekday! She was polite, understanding and had someone out right away !! Literally 5min later a man name Ricky called and confirmed address and was on his way. 4min later he was here and not only was extremely professionally but was honest and truly understood and never made me feel like it was a burden so late!     I did a lot of research in my area 33484, AtDelray Beach and to fix my water heater in my New one bedroom condo. The plumbers quotes on the job including homedepot and Lowes Estimated at about $1750. I was shocked, and determined to save my money. It was a small closet and I needed a 3500 W 30 gallon shorty! The last water heater That apartment had seen was installed in 2004, it was a rusty, leaky and of course dead. I had just inherited the condo and had to fix the neglected disaster and pronto. The internal board and the external board were on my case.I called Terrys plumbing and Im very glad I did. The water heater was so hard to find that the only one possible was in Hialeah, which is an hour south of my location. Terrys plumbing went the extra mile to get me that last and final water heater in the area that would fit in my closet and save the day. The plumber Lewis immediately stopped the leak. And left the door open in the closet to airdry all night. Lewis was back promptly between 12 and 3 As planned, and Quickly and efficiently drained and Removed the horrible Broken, worn and rusty water heater. Then he carried the heavy new shorty, up the stairs and to the closet. We all held our breath because the water heater was a little different in size, but they calculated right. Wala it fit!, And then he put the extra parts and new water Pan and got it running in minutes. He didnt leave a big mess at all and we now we had hot water, Something that apartment had not seen for months. Terrys plumbing price for the complicated and urgent job was a far cry from the competition! They beat them hands down, And I got a Rheem, the best water heater made.     I moved here 2 years ago and dont know anyone here in the trade. It was the luck of the draw that I called Terrys to look at my problem, a small leak behind the wall in my bathroom that eventually started leaking out. Not exactly an emergency but worrisome nonetheless. I called the first thing Monday morning. The lady I spoke with was very professional and helpful and told me shed have someone out that morning or early afternoon. Dean was here by 11:00 and gone by 12:30, problem solved. It was fully explained, fixed and he even cleaned up the small mess he made. Best of all, the bill was less than I had feared. Im very happy and will definitely use them again, though I hope I wont need to :)

    I had a plumbing issue at my rental property and I called Terry`s Plumbing to rectify the problem last Friday afternoon.The plumber had to go up on the roof to clear the blockage from the vent , in doing so the glass from a window was inadvertently broken. The plumber immediately contacted his office to inform them of the incident. Terry`s Plumbing were hoping to have the glass replaced the very evening but their handyman did not answer his phone, so the glass was not able to be replaced last Friday. I had every intention to call the office first this morning, when I took up my cell phone at 8:03am l noticed that Priscillia had already called and left me a message that the handy man was already on his way to do the repair.I told her I was not satisfied with a section of work the plumber had completed Priscillia listened and assured me that she would have a workman back at the premises to correct the issue.     We had a mystery leak coming up through our Mexican tile and Terrys Plumbing sent out Steve who immediately knew what was causing the leak and where to find it. He was able to locate the pipes feeding the area and capped the leak to keep the damage to a minimum.     Ive had 3 excellent experiences with AAAH TerrysPlumbing. The most interesting involved my tankless water heater which has a filter to remove sediment. Terrys plumbing came out 18 months ago when I had an emergency with the water heater and fixed the problem. Flash forward to today when I called to say I could not remove the filter holder to change the filter. Turns out the filter had so much sediment it jammed up the unit and that is why I could not remove it. It was fixed and I received a lesson in how to maintain the filter which I will certainly do from now on. Bottom line. Terry the plumber is reliable and knowledgeable and respects the customer above all. They have a 5 star rating from me.

    We had a difficult situation- main drain was blocked and KB-the Technician who responded- had to come back a second day. He could not locate the drain-it was under my driveway!He had to dig under house (crawl space} it was raining all day. Not a complaint from him-every time he had to show me something- he took me through everything including the camera. He was here 9-4:30.     I tried to remove my old Delta cap on my shower-tub and was unable to remove it. I had to drill out the old handle. Donnie came out an with his strength and expertise was able to remove the cap without breaking the valve which would have cost about $700. He rebuilt the old shower valve within minutes and spent an hour and 45 minutes locating the part. Also he showed me how he removed the cap so hopefully I will be able to remove it the next time........

    Impressive company. I was having issues with my water having an odor. A plumber was sent out that day to investigate. It was noted that my hot water tank was in a dire condition. I live in a manufactured home and my gentleman plumber helped me find the model for installation. He came the next day after the tank was delivered (weather prohibited installation on day of delivery, in which he was prepared to install). It was a flawless experience. Mark was my plumber.     I was happy to have them come out on a Sat. I thought it was a bit over priced!!!! but had to have it done. Bathroom was backing up. My other question was the Servive man found handi-wipes to be my major issue, only problem is I have never never used them. He showed me some he claims came out of pipes. I have lived here alone for 10yrs and have never used them. Anyway pipes are clear and all back to normal. You sometimes have to just bite the bullet and move on.

    Bought a fixer upper about a year ago-thankfully no plumbing problems till now. During a DIY nightmare, I broke a copper pipe trying to install a new wall valve onto a copper fitting. With water shooting out of the wall into my laundry room, I shut off my houses water. I called Terrys Plumbing and had them there within about hour-he had the pipe cut extended and then replaced the valve all in about 30 minutes or less. They know what they are doing and do it well-I am a fan!

    Ok no joke people this company is the real deal family owned and operated!! Terrys two daughters help run his operation and take every detail to heart. Very impressed when I had to go by to sign my permit for the water heater they were installing in my Fort Lauderdale condo.     Dont usually leave reviews, but, just wanted to leave one for Terrys Plumbing and in particular their tech, Ricky Mendez. Ive used them on 4 properties i manage, from Hollywood, to Las Olas, to Coconut Creek with EXCELLENT RESULTS. Rickys been at 3 of those 4 properties almost exclusively and request him by name because of the THOROUGH PROFFESIONAL SERVICE! There hasnt been a job yet they havent been able to repair, replace or upgrade, from a simple bathroom unclog on a small residence, to a MAJOR repair of a 6 sewer line from under our driveway to the main trunk line in the roadway on my 3 builiding residence in ft. lauderdale. Office staff has yet to disappoint with nothing less than professionalism and excellent appointment keeping and communication.     We had just moved into our new home from Missouri. We were hanging a shelf and our dyson vaccum on the garage wall. Despite using a stud finder, we drilled into a water line. Water was spewing out. I called Terrys Plumbing. Thanks to the owners daughter on the phone - she helped talk me through finding the water shut off valve for the house. Within 20 minutes Jose came and was able to repair the pec line that we had drilled into. They were fast, knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Jose was a fantastic plumber. He explained what he was going to do ahead of time and gave us upfront pricing. He even checked our hot water heater and clothes washer lines since we had been turning lots of turn off switches in the beginning trying to shut off the water before calling a plumber. I will definately use them again in the future, though I am not hoping for more plumbing emercencies. I am including a pic of the area even you you almost cannot tell a small disaster had ocurred.

    If youre not a reader then heres the cliff notes: Quick dispatch-accurate estimate-professional service-highly recommend Terrys Plumbing.If you want the details of my experience....read on....The plumbing issue we had was at my aunts house. Shes a senior with no knowledge of plumbing of course and relied on me to make the call on what to do. I actually know a lot about home repair including plumbing and almost tackled it myself but given the location of the blockage Its likely I wouldve had to pull the toilet up or go on the roof dragging a 75-100lb power snake with me and last time we did it at my house I nearly got the thing in the head!! I figured it was better to call a pro this time! I made 2 calls. One to another well known plumbing company who said they DONT go on the roof ...and my preference was to have the line snaked out from the stack without disturbing the sink or toilet fixtures. The second call I made was the one THAT COUNTED (and the call I SHOULDve made FIRST)...THE CALL TO TERRYs PLUMBING! I described the problem over the phone and was given a ballpark figure for the repair which is something the competition would NOT do! (I wouldnt hold anyone to an exact quote over the phone of course without a technician seeing the problem in person.) Terrys quickly dispatched a technician who arrived in less than an hour. By the way...it was a Saturday and there was no additional charge! The tech assessed the problem and agreed with my analysis. A blockage in the main line on the north side of the house. He was up on the roof shortly afterwards and cleaned out the line from the vent stack...the way it SHOULD be done. Within 25 minutes or so of arrival the job was done and the toilet was flushing again and the shower was draining properly! (It was actually a little longer than that because there was lightning in the area and he wasnt about to go on the roof until it was far enough away and I didnt blame him one bit!). The quote came in right in line with what I was told on the phone too. All in all...a very pleasant experience! The technician (I believe it was Aaron) was courteous and definitely knew his stuff! I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to recommend Terrys Plumbing to friends and family. If youre deciding which plumbing company to call ...Ill make it easy for you...
