I can not tell you how hard it was to find a good plumber. We had a plumber/handy man that was extremely unreliable and kept rescheduling. I called several places all based on Google reviews and these guys were not my first call. They were however the only ones that answered my calls. Yes I called several highly rated places and was unable to get a human on the phone. The one place that did answer me answered the phone hello... I was like hello did I reach a plumber? The monosyllabic responses were enough for me to simply hang up and try the next place. This was the next place and I can say with out reservations that these guys are amazing. They came out same day and did the job on the spot that I couldnt get my plumber to do for literally 2 months. They were here, diagnosed and repaired the issue same day. Highly recommend and will use them for all my future plumbing needs. Tyvm

Main shut off valve .... Rose Plumbing called us back when no one else was returning our calls over the weekend. They were more expensive than the quotes that eventually came in on Monday. But they were there on Monday morning, as promised and they not only changed my main water shut off valve and outdoor spigot without issues...but also took the extra care to paint it to match the house. That was a total surprise! I highly recommend them, its been 3-4 weeks since the job was complete no issues yet.

We could have had a disastrous flood but like a hero —Avremy (owner) and his great assistant came to our rescue! And it shows.I had a leaky bathroom floor that caused damage to the ceiling below. Rose Plumbing expert visited and their thorough inspection pinpointed the problem. They are transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. They redid my shower including the floor, tiled walls, bathroom fittings. They also repaired a big chunk of the ceiling below. The length to which this company went to ensure that all the damage to the metal beams and the shower flooring by the leaking water (over the months) was totally addressed, is simply mind-boggling.I have never seen anything so professional and thorough. The beams were made like new and the floor was re-laid with extensive waterproofing systems incorporated. The owner himself came to inspect and spent several hours to ensure that the work met his high standard.They had covered off the stair and a lot of areas adjacent to the workspace so as not to cause dust and dirt to stain the stairs or other areas of the house. That itself was a very thorough work that I have NEVER seen before.I was in disbelief when I saw the repaired ceiling - it was so perfect. How on earth can someone repair the ceiling which has elaborate/intricate design and the repaired portion ended up having exactly matching grooves/design. The level of craftmanship is genius. I sat on my couch admiring how they managed to replicate the grooves/style of the ceiling on the repaired area, making it impossible to tell if a part of the ceiling had been repaired.The COMMITMENT to QUALITY, HARD WORK, and SHEER PROFESSIONALISM is of the highest order. I whole heartedly recommend this company. It doesnt get better than ROSE PLUMBING and you just cannot go wrong with Rose Plumbing. They went above and beyond in every aspect. Last night I was unable to turn off my main water valve to the house after discovering a leak behind my fridge and stove. After calling around to a few plumbers the only one willing to come out on Thanksgiving was Remy.The moment he stepped into our home he was a complete professional and able to assess the situation easily. He discovered the primary leak and he also found the broken valves that restricted me from shutting my water off completely to prevent further damage. While he was here we asked him to look into a few additional items which did without hesitation and was able to fix an additional, previously unknown, issue.To say Remy is a professional is an understatement. Everyone hates trying to find a professional dont they? I feel Ive found my plumber now, however. Remy was outstanding from the get-go, polite and helpful in the initial call, on time when he said he would be, and called ahead to let me know he was coming. When he was here he explained every option clearly and concisely, broke down the prices for each stage of the job(s) individually and collectively, and didnt pressure us to take more than we were comfortable with. The price I considered extremely fair for the work needed, and he completed the work quickly and efficiently, (replacement of three worn out/broken spigots, including the main riser) then insisted on a walkaround to explain exactly what hed done to make sure I was happy. He couldnt have been more friendly, helpful or professional. Plumbers are like car mechanics, electricians, the guy who fixes the swimming pool leak... everyone needs one, but youre never sure of finding the right one, are you? I dont think you can go wrong with Rose Plumbing though, Im confident Ill be in good hands for the next job we need, and I thoroughly recommend this company to others.
