    This was one of the most professional companies Ive seen . They were working outside my windows today and I was sick all night.I didnt even have to tell them .They were so quiet you barely new they were there.     This company really does it all. First when my apartment had a plumbing issue. They came right out the same day and resolved the issue in a timely manner. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He was also on time. Now Im having an issue with the mini split in my apartment and they showed up yesterday until 7:00 on a Friday night out there with a light on their head trying to resolve the problem for me. Now that they figured out the problem they are here fixing it today. Also brie is very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!!Eric Paquin

    I’ve always had USHAC do all our plumbing repairs and services and today was another great example of there great customer service and professionalism. There technician came out to service our unit and right at the door I was greeted professionally and respectfully. The tech was very thorough in his inspection and clean. He took his time to make sure he inspected every part of our unit and made sure to document all possible problems and watch outs. After the inspection and service he sat down with me and gave me all possible ways to resolve my issues and explained why he recommended all. Service like this is one of the many reasons I always call on USHAC.

When my 10 year old AC finally took its ball and went home, I had people on the phone with me discussing options and plans well into the evening, and had a new one installed the next day.     I called there office to have my AC unit looked at, they were prompt and very professional. While the tech was here, CJ was his name I believe they noticed a problem with my water heater hoses.     My A/C didn’t seem to be performing properly, I called USHAC and they came out right away. They fixed the problem and saved me a ton of money. Our service technician was extremely informative and took the time to walk us through his assessment and the different options we had for addressing the issue.     I have been I property management since 2005 and a maintenance supervisor for over 11 years now. I recently moved back to South Florida and use USHAC for almost all my needs on my properties. I go through the Office Manager Bree Conde because she is awesome at what she does! I can see how much she really cares about her job, her clients and Co workers just the way she handles each job and speaking to her on the phone. She treats every issue in a timely fashion and will follow up to make sure everything went okay with with job (no vendor does this any more!). She is my go to person if I have any issues on my Properties I think of USHAC and Bree first.     We have a air b&b property we purchased and the techs were able to help us with installing a new a/c unit that was the correct size for the home. Also we needed duct work done due to lack of airflow issue we were having in the addition to our home. They were able to rectify all of our issues. We return about 6 month later to purchase a pool heater and have that installed on a pool which didn’t have a heater previously.     USHAC has been a go-to professional Plumber and HVAC company. Bree is the best, when you call she handles all your problems and takes all the stress away. She has scheduled multiple issues for me and handled them properly and professionally late at night, weekends and early in the morning. Invoices are correct and the followup is amazing.
