I am very happy I called and I got the service the same day, however I would had loved to have an estimate of different services previous to the visit, since I got aware at the time the technician came before doing anything, and the technician looked impatient, unhappy to wait for my decision or for some other reasons. I suggest future customers to ask first. At the end, I was happy with the result for the service I chose, thats why I gave 5 stars. I suggest company should provide discounts for new customers.

They detected the leak in my down stair bedroom that orginated from a pipe behind my upstairs washing machine. The wasted no time. They corrected the problen and was gone in less than an hour. The cleaned up and left the cut out areas neatly closed up ready for the drywall person to complete. Professional experts.

Had to repipe 2/1 house in jupiter since it was polybutelyn Pipes as well as handling mold remediation. They were on schedule and talked me through the process and worked with a public adjuster to get insurance claim. Still pending on the claim but were thorough and understand the Tremendous strain for me to deal with this financially and mentally, sent me pictures along the way of the progress and scope as well a detailed outline which was a big project.thank you
