First off, when you call Andrew at Special Ops, he actually answers the phone, thus allowing a conversation to address the situation and finding out he’ll be there as soon as he can!Upon arrival, he’s very respectful of your property, and can now look firsthand at the problem, and rest assured he’s not going to add any unnecessary plumbing or accessories, but rather get the job fixed correctly, check and re-check it’s in perfect order, and all at a price very reasonable!I highly recommend Andrew for any and all your plumbing needs, and so glad I found him, as he’s now ‘my’ plumber! (plus, he’s a helluva nice guy! 🙂
