Dhidson was outstanding fixed my clogged pipes and replaced a toilet and the work was done excellent and very professional. Called them and within a few hours they were here. Had a clogged sink on the day after Thanksgiving and was not sure anyone was willing to come up. Called four companies and then Roto-Rooter Plumbing Weston and they were the only ones willing to come out that day. They in fact, came out within two hours and fix the problem right away. Worked with Clive, who was great. Showed me what the problem was and also possibly diagnosed a long-term issue which they are going to follow up on for free. Appreciate their willingness and availability to help. Highly recommended.

Jordan came to my home to assess the issue with a water back up into the house. He assess the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. He had some concerns and said he would send the supervisor Jesse out to take a look the next day, Jesse arrived, made an assessment And said that everything looked OK. Both these gentlemen were fantastic. I felt I was in the company of two honest workers, which in my opinion is very rare. I would trust them to return to my home should I have any future problems. Roto Rooter is awesome and is lucky to have these two young men working for them.

Was alerted by water company of suspected leak. Did some online searching and settled on Roto-Rooter because of all the 5 star reviews. Was easy to book a time slot for the next day. Plumber arrived and was very professional. Conducted a thorough search of the property (including using sound etc) and found leak in question. Also replaced some PVC piping with copper and repaired toilet flappers that were old. Plumber worked very hard and quality of work was really good. The work isnt cheap but we were very satisfied with the outcome.

Joe came over this morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and honestly told us we could fix it ourselves rather than spending $500 for him to fix it. Ralston and Riccardo did the pipes, Derius water damage cleanup. Sorry, there was one other gentleman working with Derius, courteous and professional, but I dont remember his name. Adam made the initial assessment. 13 grueling hours of pipe repair, dedication. Looks great, though I will confess I have no basis of reference, not knowledgeable about plumbing. But so far, so good.

We had a very hard clog to break-up as we are in a duplex and this had affected both sides.
