Great service!!! I called Roto-Rooter when my neighbor turned off my gas by mistake while trying to turn off his. I didnt have hot water and didnt know how to fix it. Roto-Rooter sent out Matthew within 2 hours who corrected the problem and was kind enough not to charge me.

I had a water valve issue from the start but had prior knowledge with our water heater leaking that was 12 years old. I was out of my league resolving the valve. I contacted Roto-Rooter and Matthew was our plumber. After his analysis, he highly suggested replacing our tank versus the valve as it would have just wasted money (which he was right). My wife and I decided to move forward with the replacement and now we have plenty of hot water with no more leaks. All of this was done within the hours he stated within the estimated costs he disclosed. Afterwards he followed up with us along with the manager Tony to make sure we were satisfied with the service. This was the first time I had ever called for a plumber and definitely would continue using them going forward.

Jerry came out quickly to give us an inspection for our leak despite it being late at night. Malcom ended up helping us and doing the repair because Jerry’s truck broke down the next day! But Malcom was also professional and polite and worked quickly. He was good at explaining things and we didn’t feel pressured to make any purchases or decisions. This was our second time using roto rooter as we had a similar leak last year in our hot water line and they’ve been accommodating and quick and professional. They made sure to look into our file from prior work and communicate with our prior tech as well to make sure they fully understood prior issues and work. Their financing helps us a lot with synchrony so I do recommend them for that as well the 18mo no interest option which saved us big time.

We had a sewer clog and back-up that happened on a Sunday afternoon. After a quick call, their technician messaged us within about 20 minutes, and showed up at the house within the hour. Stephenson was extremely courteous and professional. He worked quickly and carefully and had us back up and running in about an hour. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and we are extremely happy with his service. They may not be the cheapest, but they are super reliable and do great work. For that, I am willing to pay a little more knowing that their work is guaranteed and everything is done right. Based on that, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

He discovered that the builder had left the test plug in the drain. He worked for about ten minutes and was able to eventually remove the plug. We had a slow running toilet in the master bath and called Roto-Rooter to come out and snake the drain. We were given a time window and the tech showed up on time and confirmed he was on the way. After a quick snake of the drain we found the problem to be a bit more extensive than what we originally thought. All along we were told what the cost was going to be, and what was going to be involved to get the toilet back to working order. The situation was resolved at exactly the price quoted and no hidden extras or costs thrown in. The best part is that our bathroom is as clean as it was before this whole process started. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and our technician Dillon #1309 was thorough, knowledgable, nice and polite as well.

I called Roto Rooter for an inspection and they had someone dispatched the very next day, which was a Sunday and on New Year’s Eve. The plumbing technician, Malcolm, that came by to inspect my water heater notified me that he can come earlier than my initial window, which was appreciated. When he saw my water heater, he immediately told me the water heater needed to be replaced. I decided to purchase the water heater and parts separately but Malcolm came with me to purchase them to ensure I got everything that was needed. He worked diligently and ultimately did a phenomenal job. His work was meticulous and efficient. I was initially shocked by the flat fee cost for labor alone, but after seeing the work he did, I felt it was worth the peace of mind for a job well done.

The company promptly sent the technician to my house, they were very accommodating with time of my service appointment. The technician, Scott V. arrived on time, was very professional, quickly determined the problem and fixed it. When asked to help with another pluming problem at my house, the technician willingly carried on with his service. I am very pleased with this service call and will definitely use again Roto-Rooter Pluming & Water Cleanup Company.

Great experience! Have had Roto-Rooter come out twice in the last year and a half, and they were efficient and effective both times. Corrected the kitchen sink blockage. Alisa and Sebastian came, and they were super laid back and personable, but professional, and most importantly, helpful! Alisa is a really knowledgeable tech and gave us great tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. Just general maintenance information that no one has ever mentioned before. If they had, we probably would have avoided the blockage the second time. She was extraordinarily thorough and wanted to ensure the blockage was cleared so she went to check the cleanout and had Sebastian pour a large bucket of water down the drain to ensure it flushed anything else out instead of just running the water (which is what people usually do). Also, bonus points for being a woman in a male-dominated field! Boss. The service is expensive, but we call Roto-Rooter because we trust that they will get the job done right! Thanks, Alisa! Needed outside pipe unclogged. Wis, the technician, came after we got home from work and did a great job, quoting a price before beginning the work and only charging what he quoted after he was done. He was friendly, thorough and efficient explaining what he was doing and how this process would help our slow drain problem. He informed us of the warranty and that he would be happy to return if not completely satisfied. He made us feel comfortable in choosing Roto-Rooter and we would highly recommend this company to others.

Roto-Rooter provided same-day service on a Saturday. I explained my issue and they were at my house within the hour. As it turned out, my issue was complicated and time-consuming. It involved digging holes in my yard, draining pipes and then replacing them but by later that evening everything was resolved and back to normal and in working order. The men who provided the service were very considerate and explained everything that was happening. They were quick to assess the problem and begin working to fix it. I had Jeff at my home who did an amazing quick job. He gave me a nice discount and also did some additional work to stabilize my toilet that was unrelated to the issue he was here for free of charge. He was very professional and very kind.

The service tech, Dillon, was great. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. He fixed my issue, main drain clog, and cleaned up before leaving. It took a little longer than expected but only because the clog was harder to reach than first expected. He gave me a great discount for the job performed. Would definitely call again if I have other plumbing issues and request the same plumber, Dillon, to return.
