Danny was fantastic. He positioned well the flashing valve mechanism which was previously not well placed. He then flashed the water heater and cleaned with wool paper the burner system. He also checked the gas pressure, which was within normal limits. This was a 5-star experience all the way! Unfortunately my very expensive dual tankless water heater system was installed improperly by another company and never worked. I called Pompa Plumbing to diagnose the problem and their team of Ben and Levi solved the problem in one visit. They are Rinnai experts among many other qualifications. These guys are great. Our water heater needed to be replaced. Got quotes from others that didnt seem right. They came out right away, contacted Rheem, was covered under warranty, replaced it right when they said they would. Beautiful installation. Professional, clean, honest and so responsive. Starting with Remi, and then Melanie in the office really sealed the deal with her thorough follow through and politeness, and then Danny did a great job with the replacement installation. This company is great! Carlos sent me a text letting me know his approximate arrival time, called when he was five minutes out, and showed up promptly. He introduced himself and got right to work. Carlos was extremely professional and very informative, telling me the cause of the issue with my water heater, showing me what went wrong and then explaining everything he was doing to fix the issue.I’ve had other service techs come by for various issues, but none that displayed the professionalism, cleanliness, punctuality, and friendliness that Carlos did. Amado the tech they sent went beyond what he was required to do in order to complete the job for me. He even cleaned the installation area which I should have had prepped for him. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly from the company and they got to work on my issue from the initial call. I had a good experience with their company over the phone as well and I can’t speak for everyone in the company but I’ll vouch personally for Amado- he makes your company worth calling again because of his work ethic.
