PRS liner the pipes in my house a year or 2 ago. Recently, two men came to check the lining, to make sure it was unrelated to a plumbing problem I was having. PRS arranged for them to check very quickly when I called, and their communication with customers is excellent. Called when they were on the way to give me a specific idea of when, within the time window, they would arrive. Lining is still in excellent condition. One of the men (I dont have their names) here to check the lining went above and beyond by noting a very simple, unrelated plumbing issue that no plumbers had noticed, and it was solved in minutes.

PRS did out project in 2 phases and it was tremendous, the staff worked diligently to complete the project on time and on budget. No change orders submitted and we had little or no disruptions. Will recommend them 100%. Also, best prices in town.

Unfortunately our pipes were in such bad shape that the firm could not do the cipp process. In spite of that, we have nothing but high praise for this company and their staff. They are extremely professional, their employees are courteous (whether part of the sales team or the onsite crew) and use time explaining the issues, problems, challenges, etc. They did their level best to help us and when they could not give us our desired solution they worked to get the pipes in as good a condition as they could to give us time. It is no cliche to say they went above and beyond what they could have done even when they found out they could not complete the contract through no fault of theirs.

Hello. I just wanted to send a quick message regarding the job that was done at my residence in Fort Lauderdale this week. I have old cast iron pipes that were cracking and deteriorating. A friend of a friend had used your company so I gave you a call. I initially spoke with Lauri...she was professional and efficient. She scheduled Jerry to come out and give me a quote. He was also great. He made a quick appointment and explained everything in detail so that I really understood the process. He took his time and answered all of my questions and wasted no time in getting the quote to me. The actual work and labor was done by Joe and Ed. They are a huge asset to your company. They worked so well together. They were so knowledgable, patient (as I had a lot of questions), pleasant and very hard workers. The whole time they were here they were giving 100%, which is obviously tough in one hundred degree weather. They cleaned up after they were done each day and finished in a very timely manner. I was so impressed and they made the process so easy as a homeowner. I will definitely recommend your company to neighbors and friends because of the job they did. Please relay my appreciated to them!
