Need a Plumber Inc responding quickly to my kitchen plumbing leaks on Monday October 21, 2024. The technician, Sase and helper were able to replace the old leaking pipes with new pvc plumbing and streamlined the plumbing connections to make more room under the kitchen sink. So far no leaks and did a great cleanup of the area. Looking forward to using Need a Plumber for future plumbing services.

We recently experienced a clog in the kitchen sink, and after a handful of failed attempts to clear the clog, we called Need a Plumber after seeing some very favorable recommendations on Facebook.Sase and his crew came out to the house, gave us a few different quotes in advance, depending on the overall scope of the required work, and more importantly had the clog fixed quickly!They are quick, super responsive, professional and reasonably priced. They have gained a client for life, and are highly recommended!

I called that morning to replace my hot water heater. Shelly asked me when.. I said today. She chuckled for a second. Then said okay… how about 2:00. I said that works. At 2:00 sharp their guy showed up. He came in and assessed the situation. He Immediately started covering and protecting my floors. Then went right to removing my old heater. Then installed the new one. No muss no fuss. Told me exactly how long it would take. He was spot on. After he checked to make sure everything was perfect he cleaned up and was out the door. There was no sign he was ever there. Beautiful new hot water heater installed. Same day. Immaculate job! Bravo!! What a pleasure to deal with quality professionals.

We had an emergency situation where the hot water heater broke. Need a Plumber’s great customer service support got someone out to us to fix the problem the same day! We were originally told a representative would be out between 1-3 pm today but Tim called and let us know he would be there even earlier around 12. He showed up with a new water heater and completed the removal and installation quickly and smoothly. He did an excellent job! We really appreciated his hard work, evaluation of the issues, and handling so quickly. We are thrilled to have hot water again! This is the second timewe have used Need a Plumber and we were very happy with the results on both occasions. We highly recommend!

It is never a “good day” when you have to call a plumber, but Kyle from Need A Plumber went above and beyond to address our issues. Starting with arriving on time for a Saturday emergency call, he was pleasant and professional. He took meticulous care of our house while he gained access for diagnosis. He was thorough and diligent in his work; the depth and breadth of his expertise was obvious. More than that, he understood my anxiety facing a potentially very costly/dirty/time consuming problem and clearly answered all my questions, always careful to provide a range of options and possible outcomes. He fixed our immediate issue that day and followed up with the long term repair starting Monday. His clean up was equally thorough.

She understood exactly what my problem was and quickly contacted my Condominium, e mailed the documents they needed and had the plumber at my home ready to go within an hour. I needed extensive plumbing work done on my home- literally re-piping it, Keyonie was awesome from day one when he came with the cameras and saw the problems (I had been experiencing for some time)...to the full replacement...through it all Shelley...in the office, kept in contact with me by phone and email to in person visits..she was kind and supportive and understood that it was a terrible inconvenience to be out of my home. She worked with me from the contracts to permit problems to getting engineers (which was unexpected) to even keeping my adjuster in the loop to reconstruction for final. Her kindness and understanding and knowledge was helpful in getting me through a very stressful situation/time...the job isnt quite finished yet but I consider myself fortunate to have her seeing this job through to its successful completion. From the first call with the office at Need a Plumber, my experience was delightful Shelly was very professional and understanding and made sure to listen to all of the issues I needed someone to look into at my home. She was able to get us in within a reasonable timeframe of scheduling. Keyonie came out and was very professional as well. He addressed all of my issues and kept me in the loop as he moved through each plumbing issue. Once he left, I was very happy with the way things were working. There was an issue that did pop up a few days after and I called the office. Keyonie was able to come out that same day, assessed the issue and fixed it. Everything is working great now! My hot water heater was replaced by a very experienced and helpful plumber, Sam Montoya. He also did a replacement of a water shut off valve which required a fair amount of expertise to go in behind the wall and solder new piping. My tub drain un-plugging was a bonus. I was very happy with his work and he was clear about pricing as he went along. Highly recommend him. The receptionist was also helpful and they were able to do the work the next morning.

After a No-Show (from a different plumber from another company) I contacted Marlene and explained my dilemma that we were in dire need of a plumber for my tank-less hot water tank installation today. Our electricians were already on sight and basically waiting to continue the installation. Marlene went above and beyond expectations (usually when we call for service from other companies we have to be scheduled in a day or two in advance) she put us on a brief hold, she made a call and came back within a minute and made sure that we were taken care of within a few hours. Thats great customer service and thats a great company! Its refresshingly nice to see people who care. Kevin the plumbing installer came and was extremely pleasant, professional and fast! The install took less than a 3 hours from removal of my old tank (which they thankfully hauled away) and installation of the new tank-less system. The main water valve was extended to the front of the A/C closet to easily turn it off and on and the water heater was replaced. The job was done smoothly and neatly. I had seven family members coming to stay at my house for the 4th of July weekend and a toilet that was leaking and not working properly. Although they were originally booked out a week, Need A Plumber worked hard around their busy schedule to make room for me when a spare hour popped up on one of the plumbers schedule. He came over the very same afternoon or my call and did a wonderful job fixing an old and run-down toilet into operating condition. He replaced the bowl seal and the flushing mechanism in an hour and saved the weekend. Need A Plumber will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.

Sam who were at our house was very professional and did find out very quickly that a pipe in the sewer system was corroded. This was the cause of all our clogs in the Bathroom. Directly the day after he had a team here that started to the replace the pipe and some other parts that also needed replacement. All in all it took a couples of days and we had everything in order and the bathroom operates perfectly. They also put everything into order after all the digging etc to the condition it was when the job started. A fantastic and professional job from start to end !

On 1/6/2020 my tankless gas-fired hot water heater stopped working. I noticed this at 1:00AM after getting home from a long day at work. At 8:30AM the same day i began my search for hot water. Need a Plumber not only answered at that time but was able to squeeze me in with Sam who did a phenomenal job. The heater needed to be replaced and the entire job was done in only a few hours (longest part was waiting for the new unit to arrive). I highly recommend Need a Plumber and if you get Sam be prepared for him to pay special attention to detail, complete the work in a short period of time and be profession and friendly throughout the install/repair. Really happy with the work!

I called Need A Plumber and they responded to waste water blockage.They called 1/2 hour before service to confirm time, the plumber wasvery professional, cleared blockage in less than 40 minutes.Other plumbers I called wanted to charge flat rates of $250 to $350.They charged for a service call by the hour which was much more reasonably priced. They recorded video and showed me case of blockage, feminine product put down toilet by tenant.I recommend them highly.
