I called at 6 pm on a Sunday with a leaking hose bib. The receptionist told me they could have someone here in a few hours but if I could wait until Monday morning they could have someone here by 8 am with no emergency fee. I took the 8 am time and Julio texted me at 7:30 to say he was on his way. Right on time he inspected the problem and carefully explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. In my experience it was a fair and reasonable estimate.One hour later it was fixed and the workmanship was clean and neat.I definitely will call John’s Plumbing when I need a plumbing service. Ask for Julio. He will take care of you.

John (not the owner) came by my house, he made suggestions and installed my new toilet about and hour later. He picked up the new toilet, took away the old broken one and installed the new one. Jackson was my technician for today. My original problem was that I wasnt getting any hot water in my shower. I was glad that he was around my area to do a free estimate. He later found that it was my tankless water heater that was a problem as it only lasts about every 5 years. He got that fixed the same day and I got a really good price. He also suggested that I do a flush every year which I did not know it was needed and unfortunately it was not done before. He also taught me some things about my house that I didnt know regarding the shower knob and also the bow thats outside of my house which will be taken care of on the next time. Great job thank you very much Johns plumbing and your technicians!
