There is nothing that ruins your day like water pouring out your light outlet from a plumbing issue on your second floor. That is what i woke up to today. We immediately called Joe Hillman, plumbing.Fortunately we have used Hillman plumbing before and as usual they quickly responded.we were fortunate to have Giovanni as our plumber for this emergency. He was extremely professional and competent at what he was doing. He explained what the problem was, explained everything that needed to be done properly set to work fixing the problem. Not only was Giovanni an excellent plumber. His personality and attitude were equally amazing.Hopefully there will not be a need for a plumber in the near future, but if there is i would never hesitate to use Joe Hilliman plumbing again and Giovanni. Five stars, I would give them six if I could.

This review is from mself and my husband, Rob: Mateo and his crew replaced the existing polybutylene water piping with PEX piping throughout the entire house. They did an outstanding job. The work that they performed was clean, neat and organized. The work was completed within the time frame that they provided for us. The plumbing inspector commented that they did a good job. Mateo Vasquez and his crew successfully located a water leak under the slab at our home This leak was forcing water into our living room. Mateo and his crew recognized that attempting to correct the problem under the slab would be prohibitively expensive, not to mention destructive, to repair. Mateo then isolated the leak location and installed an alternate water line to bypass the leak. This corrected the problem and we now have normal water service. And we suffered no damage to our living room. We were pleased with the work that Mateo and his crew did for us.

We did a whole house re-pipe in March 2024. Mateo, Robert and Austin did a great job! They were timely, professional, honest and hard working. They were reasonably priced for the scope of the job. They also replaced our hot water heater. We had researched this big plumbing project before we hired them and they did everything we asked them to do. They showed up within the hour range calling ahead of time. The gentleman was able to resecure my toilet and replace the shut off valve and install a new flange. All the rates were explained to me ahead of time and the service was great. Highly recommended.

My toilet kept running after being flushed. I knew the inner flush valve and flapper needed to be replaced. New to South Florida, I went online and found Joe Hillman plumbers. I called at around 12:30pm and about an hour later they came and 45 minutes after that they had me all fixed up and good to go replacing those parts. Their customer service was excellent and the plumber they sent(Glenn) was great. The price was very fair as well. He was courteous, professional, and understood the issue. The job he did worked perfectly and he cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Donte of Joe Hillman plumbers. He came out the same day that we experienced a blockage in our sink on the 23rd floor of an apartment building. He came right over to snake the thing out and at the same time he installed the new garbage disposal all for the same price. Another plumber was just gonna come out just to do the blockage for the same price without the disposal. Donte passed about 60 feet of snake down the pipe to make sure we were clear. Real He did a great job and we had a great service. Very pleasant young man.

He called in advance, arrived on time, did excellent work and left the work site clean. The office was very professional during scheduling. The plumber arrived on time and was extremely professional in explaining all of the details of what he was doing. I attempted to install a new faucet in my kitchen and when I turned off the hot water supply, the leaking from every joint under the sink made me promptly realize I was out of my league.I contacted Joe Hillman Plumbers and an appointment was set up for the next business day.Alex pulled into my driveway five minutes before scheduled appointment time and promptly and professionally replaced most of the piping under the sink and installed the new faucet. I would definitely recommend Joe Hillman Plumbing and Alex to my friends and family.Of course, as plumbing needs arise , I would have no hesitation calling them again.
