    Had a leaking shower valve and Joe Cole plumbing. That sent John Cordero out within a couple of hours which was awesome just on its own. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very courteous not to make a mess. He shared with me a variety of options on how to go about completing the job. He took time to explain everything thoroughly which was much appreciated. I will definitely be using them in the future for anything plumbing needs.

    My Mom’s house had a leak that was not easily identified in the house. Vivian came and inspected the whole house finding it was an inconsistent slow leak from one of the toilet tanks that was not shutting off all the time. He replaced the workings and monitored the toilet and the water meter to ensure it was not constantly running. Vivian was very professional and friendly. I’ve used Joe Cole plumbing a few times at my house and as usual this was a very pleasant and successful experience.

    Joe Cole came out to replace two toilets for me. Did a great job with communication. They were in and out and even took my old toilets to dispose of.Also, while at my house I was talking with the technician about a whole home water filter that I’ve been starting to look into.     I would highly recommend this company. I was having issues with rats getting into my house. My pest specialist told me to get a plumber. This company came highly recommended from a friend and they werent wrong. The plumbers came in and found the issue. They also found previous plumbing work that was done incorrectly. They repiped underneath my house and they even cleaned trash that a previous contractor had left underneath the house. Im very happy with the service I received by this company.     Between my crazy work schedule and not home in evenings Johnny worked around my schedule to accommodate me with a appointment the very next morning early at 730-am. The gentleman who arrived was friendly explained what it could be and after a few minutes found the problem why my dishwasher wasnt draining ( which was less than 2 years old ) it had nothing to do with a clogged line but with the garbage disposal. Crazy how it all ties in with plumbing but will definitely use them if needed or recommend them to others.

    We hired Joe Cole Plumbing to replace our 12-year-old 80 gallon electric water heater. We went with a 80 gallon Rheem hybrid that Joe Cole Plumbing had to order for us. Joe Cole Plumbing installed the new hybrid water heater within two days of it arriving from the manufacturer. The install went smoothly and they took away our old water heater. We love the new hybrid water heater. After about six days of usage, we are averaging under 3kWh per day for heating the new 80 gallon tank (at 130 degrees) with the side benefit of the heat pump discharging cool air that cools our garage. Ask for Johnny when you call. We obtained other estimates and Johnny was very fair with his pricing.

    Highly recommend Joe Cole Plumbing. In addition to being a legitimate licensed company, thanks to Johnny and his team, they inspected my friend’s 1960’s home and determined that the pipes underneath the concrete floor did not need to be replaced. Ended up saving them thousands in labor costs for demolition, install of new pipes, and repair of concrete flooring. A lot of other companies would have said the opposite, done the unnecessary work, and pocketed the money. I’ll definitely be using, and recommending them, for future plumbing needs.
