I hired Great American plumbing to clear a clogged main line at my inlaws house. Joe was very professional, punctual, and HONEST!!! He could have charged me more if he took the route of going through roof stack. he suggested he could go through the cleanout, that way would be faster, cleaner, and CHEAPER!! Usually I dont do reviews. But this corporation deserves a few words. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Not only THEY follow up with you at all times for whatever job. Joe personally will call you and explain to you the whole process. The prices are the best in the market and you literally have a 5 Star job. They care of everything have to do with the city (permits and stuffs) and they do it smoothly. I highly recommend this company. I guess they are in the buisness for years because surely they know what they are doing. !

I hired Joe at Great American Plumbing to solve a unique problem I was experiencing with rust in my hot water system throughout my entire house. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly (an old cast iron water distribution pump) and he ordered a more modern bras pump that does not rust. Pump was installed , system was flushed and problem solved. We have used Great American Plumbing twice, and both times Joe did a great job. The last thing we had done was a water heater replacement. He was very patient in getting the proper permits and dealing with our condo association in getting them everything they needed. He showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion. Never a bad experience! I called him out for my business backflow testing. On the same day as our appointment my toilet broke. I mentioned it to him when he arrived and suggested making an appointment to fix it another day. He took the time to fix it right then and there, even though thats not why we had called him out. He did a really great job and charged me very reasonably. Ill never use anyone else. If you want someone whos gonna give you a fair shake, choose Great American!
