Over the Christmas holidays we had a leak in our living room ceiling that was coming from the upstairs guest bathroom. My neighbor recommended Ganz plumbing as she was recommended this plumber by another neighbor who used them well. These people are honest and know what they’re doing. They fixed our problem and didn’t over charge us.

Ganz was great!! Prior to calling Ganz, a plumber from my home warranty company came out and said they wouldnt fix the leaking shower faucet (of course after taking the service call fee). Not Ganz, I sent them a picture of the leaking shower faucet and new exactly what it needed to be fixed. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and had it fixed quickly. Thanks again Ganz for the great customer service!

We not only depend on Ganz Plumbing but also used them for 30 years in additions on existing homes as well as construction on new custom home built by us. Ganz Plumbing is a family business. Their longevity of success is due to the highest level of integrity and quality workmanship. They are wonderful to deal with and well worth the cost. You will never find anyone better.

I decided to hire Ganz Plumbing after looking through the great reviews on Angies List. I called and set up an appointment which was scheduled for the same day at a convenient time (2 p.m to 5 p.m). I was told that if they could get here sooner someone would call. They called at 1:00 and said he was available. They arrived shortly thereafter and once they determined what the problem was, we discussed the price and they went straight to work. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and did not in anyway feel over sold or pressured to buy extra services. The technician was friendly and professional and did a great job with no mess! I will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

The owners sons Brian and Brad both came out to service a leak we were having in our ceiling in the kitchen today on July 5th. We had to pay to have them come out, but they find to the leak without having to take any of the wall apart. (Unlike their competitors whole all wanted to tear apart our walls) The leak was coming from our bathroom, and they assured that if the same leak occurred, they would come back at no extra charge to see what the problem was. They were very personable and respectful of the people in our house. They even recommended the best South Florida surfing spots. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service and customer interactions. I had a toilet that wouldnt flush and plunging only temporarily fixed the issue for each use. I called at 7:45 on a Wednesday morning, and Rosie dispatched Jose who was here in about an hour. After some troubleshooting, he realized the issue was near the drain connection to the sewer (Im not a plumber, so Im wording this the best I can). Within another 15 mins, he had the clog removed -- half of a t-shirt. Rosie and Jose both had great friendly attitudes. I *hope* I dont have to use them again, but I wouldnt hesitate to call if I have any more plumbing issues! :)

Kevin from Ganz Plumbing was awesome! He got the job done in 30 minutes so we didnt have to pay for any extra time and he had all the parts necessary. I would absolutely hire Ganz again!

Ive used ganz probably 6-8 times between two homes. Ive had them fix a water leak at the meter, replace the house water valve, install a dishwasher etc... Never an issue and would recommend them.

Brian and Juan came out to my dad’s home, and assessed and properly diagnosed an ongoing issue with his toilet. Turns out there was a GIANT ROOT in the pipe that has been the source of clogging for way too long. Fortunately it was a relatively easy fix and it was clearly NOT their first rodeo. Both Brian and Juan were courteous, professional, on time, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Ganz plumbing (also Rose!) for all of your help!!! I would absolutely contact this company again for any and all plumbing needs. These people know what they’re doing!!!

Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining.* Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further.* Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested.* Tech was punctual, polite, and clean.
